Im a loyal customer when it comes to buying for my husband but I went in and bought a hat for my son who wanted one for his birthday. The gentleman who was working Wednesday couldnt help with converting his hat size based off of the measurements I took prior to going...okay thats cool I used Google. Well I asked if he could stitch my sons name on the side no he was sorry he couldnt do it but told me I could bring the hat back in...still okay no big deal. Well today Friday I take the hat back in to have this 3 letter name stitched on it and what do you know he cant do it sorry ill have to come back. How can you advertise something and not have anyone in there to do it? Can all the employees not know how to run the machine?

Lids you get one star from me for the fact that you machine is down consistently. To the point I dont see why you keep your location at the mall. Why even stay open? I rely on you guys to make hats for my business. But I cant come there to get them made I have to drive a hour and a half some time 2 and a half hours Chicago or Indianapolis just to get a few hats made. Why? Every one that works there says that machine is old why dont you get a new one. Are you guys going bankrupt? I just dont get it get your business together. If I ran my company like you did your I would be closed. All Im asking is for you to get the machine fixed and skilled employees to work the machine there is always someone new in there who doesnt know how to work the machine what up with that. Lastly why is that when I do come in and you can make a hat you guys do it wrong when I get the hats the same way every single time big stich print and I the first hat made comes to the size you cant see omy logo?

Worst service ever..I returned a cap was not given a receipt and my money has still not been returned to my card! Management or corporate have not gotten back to me. So unprofessional!

Terrible customer service, manager did not want to give me a refund because I had an emailed receipt instead of a printed receipt. Raised his voice multiple times.
