I have to say this is one of the best customer service Experiences I have had in a very long time! Ron Is very down to earth, patient, caring, trustworthy, polite and Ron is very very qualified to do his job. Ron Allowed me time to pick out what fitted my desires . He helped me with price range on what I could afford but still be Satisfied with. I will definitely be back to do business and I highly recommend the mattress .. thus far!

From the moment I walked into the building he was professional. He showed me everything and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was also very nice and welcoming. Other people I spoke with about buying from them were rude. He was courteous from the first time we spoke until he delivered which by the way was 10 mins after I left. I told him my back issues and he helped me pick a mattress set that had me sleeping like a baby. We were able to feel and touch to see what we were comfortable with. And the best part was not being rushed although it was well past closing time. And he still delivered my King size bed, box springs, mattress, and frame withing minutes. Thank you and Id recommend them to everyone. I will definitely shop here and only here from now on. Great prices for brand new sets. There really is a set for everyone.

My friend told me about mattress by an appointment. You dont have to have good credit to buy one is $39 down and I was approved. The guy was really nice no sales pitch no pressure of buying a mattress. I bought me a really nice queen size bed and I love my mattress the best mattress I ever had! Thanks for your help! He came and deliver it to me its $30 thats not bad at all. Even help me setup my bed frame and help me put my bed together thank you very much and Ill be coming back . Their mattresses are high quality but reasonable rates!

Best place to buy a new matress hands down. No pressure sales, salesman actually wants you to love what you are buying. Love my new matress set. I got to try many. I qualified for their financing.
