If I could give ten stars, I would. We found a used vehicle online that was located at Porsche Chandler. We inquired, and Rick Mosely was very quick to respond. We were doing extensive research, and it took us a while to decide exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted. Rick was great about keeping me informed, without being pushy or salesman like.When we decided we wanted the RAV4, it was still available. I corresponded with Rick, and also Karen in finance. They both went above and beyond to get the deal done in a timely manner. We picked up our beautiful vehicle today, and couldnt be happier.Thank you to everyone who had a part in our experience, but especially Rick, who took great care of us!

You couldnt get a more caring person than Mike who has helped me with my car for years and years. Mike goes the extra mile to make sure you and your car are looked after. I would not recommend bringing a car here for service. They have had my car for over four months and yet I cannot get a phone call to give me an update. I feel like I have to harass their service department for someone to call me back, which isnt the customer service I would expect from a luxury brand. For example, I was told on 8/25 my car would be done 8/27 and that they would call me. They didnt and when I called, they wouldnt return my calls. Called the next week on 9/1, no call returned. I had to call three times on 9/9 to be told that I would get an update on 9/10, and I didnt. This is just two weeks of what all summer has been like. If you get Mike L. as your service advisor, I highly recommend asking for someone else who wont promise you call backs that never happen.

Worst service ever! Brought my 911 Carrera in for a factory recall and decided to get an oil change too. My service rep advised me that Porsche recommends certain maintenance at 24,000 miles. This includes spark plugs, flushing the brake lines and more. Also had 2 new Michelin Pilot tires installed on the rear and requested an alignment too. After a week, and every excuse possible, I got my car back.2 days and 75 total miles later, I bring the car to a specialized high performance shop for some additional upgrades where I discover that the alignment was not done correctly and the brake lines were never flushed, even though Porsche Chandler charged me for both.Now their quality control people call and ask how the service was and I told them exactly what happened or in this case did not happen. James, the service manager, calls me a few hours later, where he started making excuses right off the bat and left it with let me look into it further and Ill get back to you. That was 10 days ago with no follow-up. I called him today and basically got the same run around with no resolution or taking any responsibility.I will be following this up with getting the attorney generals office involved, filing a complaint with the BBB and all other remedies until Porsche owns up to their misleading and deceptive businesses practices.To all future customers, verify that they did what they said they did so you dont get taken advantage of as I did.

I recently placed an order from the parts department. I had the European part number and did not know. I placed the order via email because I live in Michigan. Tyler from parts emailed and told me that the part was European and did all he possibly could to find the correct part in the US. He found the correct part and sent it immediately. He went above and beyond IMO to help me out. I am disabled and own a Porsche and just want others to know what a wonderful parts department this location has.

Took my 12 yr old son just to look since hes a huge Porsche fan and had been wanting to go. I had the most horrible experience from this Porsche Service Center it is still giving me nightmares after several weeks. I had a very high opinion of the Porsche Brand not until I experienced Porsche Chandler kind of service. This Porsche dealer does not deserve to carry Porsches trusted name in quality and customer service. I bought my 911 from them couple of years back but as I found out they only care about sales, the $10,000 Platinum extended warranty that they sold extra is a piece of krap paper that they do not honor not even the so called Porsche Towing Service that you hope will be dependable enough to save you from unexpected situations is nothing but a cheap service where you are better off calling AAA. The Service advisor did not even check when the incompetent Porsche towing service delivered the car in their garage not even a single return call to let you know what is going on. No loaner car was given after 3 days, I have to rebook my flight because they dont know when they can check the car, and as it turns out it was just the battery to top it all the $10,000 extended warranty was not honored on a less than 24 month old battery that came with a Porsche Chandler 911.

Shawn in service is the best This dealership is totally honest.They found out oil on bottom of car.I had it serviced there w 64,000mi.@this time.They cleaned underside,and let stand and even run off&on overnight.Today they couldnt find a leak.Maybe spillage from previous owner.Hows that for being honest&fair.This is my porsche dealer from now on.Thank You Chandler Porsche&My service person especially.

Without question, this dealership sets the standard for all others; in regards to professionalism, transparency, & customer experience. I had the opportunity to work with Adam on a CPO vehicle that ultimately didn’t work out - however, considering how the entire process was handled, consider me hooked. I’ve purchased cars from a variety of dealers on both sides of the country - and have never had an experience in which rivaled this. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the car, and continually answered any and all questions. I genuinely felt as if I was in a work related business environment, considering the exceedingly high level of professionalism. There were absolutely no indication of ‘high pressure’ sales tactics, nor any other indicator aside from genuine transparency. Regardless of this specific vehicle not working out - I’ve warned Adam that I’ll be back, and I’m already excited to work with him again. What an absolutely incredible experience, let alone stunning dealership, with a variety of cars new/used. Don’t go elsewhere... I certainly won’t (sorry Adam). Admittedly, I have incredibly high standards when it comes to how a dealership ‘should be’ - Adam and Porsche of Chandler left me in awe.

I live in California, and bought a pre-owned 2018 Audi RS5 sight unseen from Chandler. This car was traded in 2 days before we bought it, so the team took a few days to sort everything out before we flew out to get the car.The whole team there was great, but specifically Chris Pauken, our salesman was one of the best salesman I have ever had. From taking phone calls, answering txts promptly, and going above and beyond to ensure I knew everything about the vehicles condition, to helping us plan when to come pick up the vehicle. Chris did so much behind the scenes that we didnt even know until we got there, such as getting the car new tires, an oil change, and a new pollen filter. I got pictures of everything, as well as detailed iteneraries about what was going on with the car during the whole process.I would highly recommend Chris to anyone, as he is a professional at this. To wiping down the car as it was being pulled into the delivery bay, to responding to all my questions (I had a lot of them). Service department requires consistent follow up to get a status, to get your part they claim was ordered etc. and more follow - up and more. Months later after they didn’t catch the obvious suspension problem themselves i am still waiting. And left to follow - up. And up.

This dealer ship was nice and our salesman was super nice and full of knowledge.We didn’t purchase from here, but if you’re legit looking for a Porsche I recommend this location over any other Porsche location in the valley.The other Porsche dealerships wouldn’t even help us! I only trust Porsche Chandler with servicing my Cayenne. Their customer service is the highest in the valley and you should not take your prized sports car to any other dealer because you will not be able to get the same treatment from anybody other the team at here at Porsche Chandler.This is a family owned and operated business owned by two brothers that sit upstairs and they clearly have vast experience in dealership management and auto service. A++++ would recommend highly!!

Ive been wanting to become part of the Porsche family for quite sometime now. What turned me off Porsche every time I was in the market for a new vehicle was usually the guy (from a different dealership by the way) that responds to the internet inquiries and/or the guy that lets you take these amazing pieces of engineering out for a test drive. I recently purchased a 2020 911 from ChandlerI purchased the vehicle through internet sales, as I do not live in AZ ( mistake). The sales person was responsive and knowledgeableDealing with the Finance staff post sale is a complete nightmare. They will not assist me in retrieving the correct documents to register my vehicle. After 6 week and several call and emails, Im still without documentationAfter spending over 100k, I would expect better customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from Chandler if you live out of state

I had talked to Chris Pauken a few times over email about a few cars, but found a CPO GTS in manual that looked amazing. We went back and forth on a few emails wanting to make sure the deal would be agreeable before I go in there and we reached one. Went in there, took the car for a test drive and loved it. Chris always took the time to answer any questions even before inquiring on this specific car. Ginger helped put everything together and dealt with PFS personally to make sure we could get the deal that was on the paperwork (we actually came in less than what was quoted!). We had some issues with another bank showing my previous car was paid off, but she took care of it and made the transition incredibly easy. This might not be as big as the dealership in Scottsdale, but everyone there is great to work with and they have a great selection of cars and the pricing is better!

Stopped by today after a very poor experience at the Audi dealership across the street (yes I know they are owned by the same folks). Spoke with Emil who had to be the most knowledgeable salesperson/rep I have ever spoken with across ANY dealership regardless of make. Makes a big difference when you have folks that know what they are talking about. Many thanks to Emil for the excellent help today!

My OCD got the best of me and I decided to try to buy my birthday (May) car early if I make a deal on the car I had in my sights. Porsche Chandler is about an 8-hour drive and I felt it was within range to drive down, drop off my trade-in and pick up the new car if we agreed on a price. With financing in hand I started the process of negotiating via email. Knowing I was anxious to buy, but also jumping the gun on my birthday present. It was exciting and fun to work the negotiations without sitting in the showroom with the car in the background prompting me to spend more money than I budgeted. We agreed on a price, Chris sent me the Purchase Agreement which I signed and returned, made arrangements to drive down the following Friday and complete the transaction. Arrived at Chandler Porsche around 2:00 PM for them to check out my trade-in and inspect my new ride. It was already staged and ready to go. Was on the road home by 4:00 PM with the top down and very excited and happy with the whole experience.

Always top notch service! You always worry that you are being over charged at a dealership for repairs, especially when it comes to performance cars. I had a minor issue with my Panamera that is getting up there in age (waiting to upgrade to a Taycan) and not only did Kyle get it taken care of same day, but wouldnt even let me pay for the repairs this time. I dont expect free work but it was small fix and a huge gesture. They have gone above and beyond every time I bring my car here and I highly recommend them for their honesty and customer service. I cant imagine trusting my car to anyone else. Im in great hands here at Porsche Chandler!!

I am very happy with my experience from the Chandler Porsche dealership. I originally started my correspondence with them from out of state because the vehicle I was looking for was hard to find in my area. I called and originally spoke with Haydn to get the ball rolling and he placed me in the care of Steven to complete the sale. The whole time things were very professional and I was well taken care of. On the day I flew into Phoenix to finalize paperwork and take possession and things were smooth. Steven picked me up from the airport and we traveled to the dealership in style. I was really impressed with the pickup vehicle. Finalized the paperwork at the dealership and the car was sitting in the bay waiting for me shining like new money and all gassed up, ready to go. 3 months of free XM radio for the ride home was wonderful. Really gave the Bose sound system a good workout. Thank you to everyone that took care of me each step of the way. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Made appointment with Chris this past Saturday to test drive a 2016 Boxter. Drove the car, fell in love with it, and drove it home. Chris was very helpful walking me through the loan process and explaining the cars features. I strongly recommend this dealership if youre in the market for a Porsche. This isnt a rating for my experience with sales as I bought my car from a private dealer close by. This is for the service department, mainly Kyle the service manager. I sent the car in for a PPI and told Kyle exactly what I wanted along with my concerns and he made it happen. I really appreciate the time he took.

After the deal was done, dealer failed to mention that my certified bank check from out of state wasnt good enough for them. Had to cancel flight from Chicago to Phoenix and eat the $300 cost. They did not do a good job informing me in anything knowing I already paid for my flight and planned on coming the next day. 1/10 would NOT reccomend buying from if out of state.Also sent them my information to put a deposit on vehicle 3 days before flying out and only to find out they didnt put the deposit on the vehicle. Big waste of time.

We had a wonderful buying experience. Our sales associate was Emil Najar. He was extremely knowledgable about the product, and considerate. He was very helpful without being pushy. There was no hard sell coming from him. My wife and I would highly recommend purchasing an automobile from this man!!! My first time buying a 6 figure car but when a customer walks in ASKING to buy a car I would think they would be all over you but after getting the cold shoulder at the Scottsdale Porsche, I headed to Chandler and the experience was totally different.I was offered water and snacks! was a nice touch. Chris P. was my point of contact and always responded no more than a business day later.Made buying my Taycan a breeze. I wish he could get my 2500 deposit i placed 2 years ago at Scottsdale Porsche back for me as they are ghosting me.....

When you think of buying a new car, you dread the experience, the back and forth negotiations and the stress. Not with Porsche of Chandler and not with my sales rep Miles. I decided to get rid of my Range Rover and was interested in the new Cayenne. Miles was patient, knew the car inside and out. I mean every little detail. I guess you expect this from a sales person at this caliber of a car but trust me, my partner just purchased a new Mercedes GLE and the experience was the complete opposite. When the car was ready, finances was a breeze with Ginger. Miles went through the entire car. Was so detailed that he saw a small mark on the car and got detailing out quickly. I didn’t even have to point it out. He followed up with me the next day to see how the car is going and if I had any questions. I mentioned a few questions and he sent personal videos to me via text. This was my first Porsche and honestly I didn’t know what to expect. I have had the privilege of owning other cars like BMWs and a Range Rover and this by far was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. And furthermore, think I will be a Porsche client for life as well as a client for life at Porsche of Chandler. Thank you Miles for a superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience.

I bought a Porsche 911 (2014) yesterday, and couldnt be happier with the car and the whole buying experience. From Jolene at the reception desk to Kevin, Adam and Josh on the sales team, to Ginger in finance, this crew was friendly. accommodating and responsive. They answered every concern, made us feel welcome, and gave me a great price on the new car and a great trade-in value on my old one. I can heartily recommend them for all your Porsche needs.

Chris was great to work with and understood our needs. They made us an offer we couldnt refuse to purchase the 2017 Panamera in Carmine Red! We traded in a 2014 911 Porsche and 2016 Lexus CT500H and were given good trade values which enticed us to go forward with the purchase. They also threw in a few extra perks; powder coat the rims and split the cost to clear coat the front of the car. Ginger was also very helpful in the Finance Dept.

I have purchased many vehicles in my life and my Macan S purchase was definitely one of the easiest. I dealt with Adam and Steve initially, and subsequently with Adam, Aaron, & Ginger. Adam took the time to listen & provide assistance with my personal situation in helping me to find the right vehicle. Although I have been a Porsche owner for many years and the cars really sell themselves, it is an added pleasure to deal with professional staff who make you feel welcomed and dont push the hard sell. I have always bought my cars from the dealership located in Scottsdale - at one time the only dealership in town and definitely the closest one to my home in Cave Creek. The service received in the past from them pales in comparison to what I experienced at Porsche Chandler. The trade-in valuation and purchase price were both fair and reasonable. It takes longer to get there from my house but is definitely worth the drive. I would highly recommend this dealership and Adam for your future Porsche needs. They have certainly won my business.

I dealt with several Porsche dealers when trying to find the right vehicle. This dealership was by far the best to work with - they found exactly the Macan I was looking for, made a fair deal and made it extremely easy. The sales manager, Steve, was involved to ensure everything was going well and Adam was very professional and did not pressure me into anything. I can honestly say it was a comfortable buying experience and I will tell others and continue to buy from this dealership although it is not closest to my home in Scottsdale.

This dealership is AMAZING. I came here after NOT receiving the best customer service from a non porsche dealership in the same vicinity. The bad experience, at the other dealership, happened in front of my 3 nephews and left a salty taste in my mouth. This was the best car buying experience ever. I just purchased a 2018 Macan S. From the start, it was an easy and professional transaction. I live in Scottsdale and usually work with the Porsche dealer by my house. However their service department is overbooked so I thought Id give the new guys a shot. I was selling my Boxster and needed an inspection report. I was granted an appointment the following morning, on a Saturday no less. The drop off experience was flawless (drove the car into an enclosed service area - perfect for hot summer days!). Even better, they gave the car an honest clean bill of health! really put the buyers at ease. its a bit out of the way for me, but I will definitely give them a shot for my next Porsche purchase.

My wifes dream car turn to reality thanks to Porsche Chandler! We drove 40 miles to this dealership based on many positive reviews. Joe was not available when we walked in so we were greeted by another salesperson. This person later turned us over to Joe when he became available. What a great teammate! We advised Joe of the vehicles we wanted to test drive and the amount of time we have. After test driving 3 vehicles, We took some numbers down and went to the competition to have another look at different vehicles. Our experience with the other dealerships were just plain terrible. We were looked down at and the salesperson was rude. Ok so we drove my Prius out of habit and did not drive one of my bimmer. Im so glad I did because this enabled me to see who truly deserve my business. Called Joe worked on some numbers and boom we came to an agreement. This has been the best dealer experience my wife and I have been to. Kudos to Joe and the entire staff of Porsche of Chandler! You guys are amazing!!!

My wife and I were in the market for a sports car, so we visited Porsche Chandler to see if we could make a deal. We felt so welcomed by everyone we met at the dealership. Our salesperson, Chris Pauken, was great- very down to earth and helpful. He showed us the inventory on site, suggested a few cars, and took each of us on a test drive. He explained the process of having a car built to order and gave us a projected delivery date. However, the silver Boxster on the lot was just right. Working with Ginger for payment was also pleasant and easy. There isnt any reason to go anywhere else.

Have not purchased a Porsche. I simply visited and learned a ton, thanks to Emil Najar. He took his time to learn about what (little) I know about Porsches, explained to me the various models and trim levels, and was simply a patient and nice person to an interested novice Porsche lookie loo. If and when I am in the market, I will be looking him up.The owners of this Porsche dealership also own the Subaru store next door. I have been a customer of the Subaru dealership since 2006. Both dealerships seem to value customer service, and that feeling was definitely delivered again when I visited Porsche.

Emil Najar was a highly knowledgable about the Porsche models. I am used to being far more knowledgable through my own research on models I am considering and he still told me things I did not know. This is my first Porsche purchase and it is really a work of art in every sense. Every person in the store is also outstanding with excellent manners. This is an enjoyable place to shop for a Porsche. Even the manager politely reached out to me as well to ensure my experience was great. Look forward to using this location for service and will definitely purchase any future Porsche model here

No help at all whatsoever!I came into the dealership last week with my family and was totally ignored. We parked our car at the customer parking, walked around for a few minutes outside to check out the cars then walked inside to look at all the cars. There were several people which looked like salesmans talking to each other (we saw them looking at us but they didnt even bother to stop talking and even two people walked towards the back once they notice we were looking back) throughout the building and after a few minutes of walking around and looking at some of the cars, still not one person came up to us and the only person who said something to us was a gentleman at the reception desk and that was only when we made our way towards his area.We looked at a few more cars and decided to leave after spending a total of 15 minutes in the dealership. I have never ever been in any type of dealership where we were ignored especially when we were ready to buy a new car... I can feel the discrimination coming out of this place because of what our ethnicity is. A Porsche salesman that works in your dealership sees someone like me and think i cannot afford your cars just by looking at us so you decide to not even bother coming to say hi?I can tell you i will never ever buy a car from your dealership nor will i have anything good to say about this place to anyone. I wasted my time at your place when i should have gone to the dealership in North Scottsdale instead, which i will do in the next couple days.

I had misfires in my 2006 Cayenne and I called for an appt. The SA got me in the next day and the staff was great. Eight plugs and one coil later and I was on my way. Thanks Porsche Chandler 👏

My wife and I hadnt purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating with me, even after hours. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didnt work since 2019s werent yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what youre selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service.And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.

I pull up here in my GT4 and just want to look around. I refuse the salesmans help and he asks if Im just here dreaming. Who the heck asks people that? Thats so condescending, dummy. Dont say that to people. Plus clearly Im not here to dream when I own a GT car lol

This is my second Porsche and my first from Porsche Chandler. Every step of my purchase was literally perfect.The call to request information on the car I was looking at. Mike was well informed about every aspect of the car and even helped me look at not only the car I was replacing (Porsche Macan S) with another Macan GTS that I was contemplating to help me be informed about my choices and my trade offs.Chris then assisted me with gathering all of my information so that when I arrived at the dealership my car was prepared, my trade in was evaluated, and Finance just needed to have me go through one of the cleanest paper work signings I have had in the last 6 cars that I have purchased (LOVE the computer signing and the paperwork validation).Fair/Honest/Real... When I spoke on the phone with both Mike and Chris, I was very clear that I didnt want to play games. That was the easiest way for me to just say no to a new car. Every step was a real cost on the car, an honest evaluation of my trade in and they treated me fairly.It IS a Porsche. Someone once asked me why I loved my Porsche so much. First, it is just a pure pleasure to drive. Second, the service that you get when owning a Porsche is 5 star every step of the way. But, Porsche Chandler adds in so much more to the relationship. From answering the smallest question on the phone and running back to my former car to validate the tint colors on my window to just making sure that I am welcome as I drive into their Air Conditioned bay, you know that you are a person that they care about making sure every aspect of your experience is to bring you joy with your car.I would one hundred percent recommend Porsche Chandler for purchasing a car.
