Im new in town and have never been in the store.. was there 2 days in a row.. they spent time FINDING my items, and took me around to the 3 areas I needed to shop, waiting for me to MAKE A SELECTION and guide me to the NEXT AREA!! you just DONT GET CUSTOMER service like THAT anymore!! Its a great place to shop. They have everything for farm and fleet. They even sell some firearms and ammunition. I was there for some horse supplies. I found a few things, they were out of stock on others. I know the nation is having supply chain issues every where on everything, but if I can find what I am looking for at another store I have to wonder if it is all supply chain.

Its got a little bit of everything. It is also in a great locale with other necessity stores nearby which makes it convenient when I am running errands to put it on my list of places I need to go.

Huge selection of almost anything you could possibly need for any home project. Their prices are very similar to the box box hardware stores yet very personal and knowledgeable. If I have the choice I go to Shoppers 9/10! Love the store and the people.

This place is a trip! Part sporting goods store, part feed/farm supply, part western wear store. Employees were all super engaging and friendly. Its an interesting place, but for sure worth checking out!

Great selection of pet food and supplies, generally lower cost than Chewy or national chains for the same products, and youre supporting a LOCAL business.Employees are genuinely happy to see customers, theyre helpful, and youll find products you might not even know about.Update - Shoppers Supply has become my de facto go-to for everything except lumber and building materials. Especially hardware - better selection than ACE.Plus my wife really likes their clothes...And theyre still unfailingly super friendly.Great to have them literally across the street.

Amazing place for farm, yard, hunting, camping and outdoor supplies! From animal care products to outdoor attire and all sorts of custom / unique sodas and sweets, the staff and atmosphere are great! Fire arms, ammo, and cow classes also.

UPDATE-This WAS one of my favorite places to shop. Every two weeks I visited Shoppers - dropping several hundred dollars on feed or things I needed for my animals. Recently, my husband stopped in to return an item I had purchased for my son’s pony that didn’t fit. I realized that due to the fact that I had forgotten to return it within thirty days - I’d probably only receive a store credit. When my husband tried to return the item (that still had the tags on it) the associate told him that it was used and it couldn’t be returned. The manager was called and reiterated what the front desk clerk had said - “used” and not returnable. Honestly - we were both sort of shocked. I called in and talked to the manager who basically told me there was nothing he could do and to come in and talk to the main boss. I returned to the store and spoke with another front desk person who told me she didn’t understand what the problem was and didn’t consider it in used condition at all. She agreed to return it and did so with the assistance of another manager. To the associate that finally listened, thank you for your help and advocating for the customer. Her peer however - that wasn’t directly helping me but nearby was extremely rude and unhelpful.This has to be the most bizarre and frustrating experience I’ve ever had returning an item to a retailer. I shop here all the time and rarely return things. Apparently Shoppers definition of “used” and mine are drastically different. To me - used means removing the tags, using an item multiple times and then attempting to return it the store. Rather than, trying something on your horse once, realizing it’s not the right fit and trying to return it - tags intact. This whole experience rubbed me the wrong way and the most frustrating part was being told by more than one person that my item was used - which is really no different than calling me a liar. I get it people are cheap and probably attempt to return used items on a regular basis but this was absolutely not the case here. My purchases from this store 1000% outweigh my returns. The snarky attitude I received from an associate that told me to “relax” when I vocalized that my item wasn’t used is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Ive been shopping here since I moved to Arizona three years ago - and sadly it only takes one experience like this to ruin it for a customer. I’ve always been an advocate of shopping local but this pretty much did it for me. Even though they returned it, it took three times and a whole lot of attitude. It’s evident that Shoppers Supply doesn’t care about their regular customer’s business. I’ll be giving my feed business to Higley Feeds and anything else I would typically purchase here I can easily find online or through Amazon.I’ve attached a picture of the item for reference. Tags still on it and in new condition.*******************************************************This is one of my favorite places to shop! They have everything - from clothes to home decor to animal feed and ammunition and firearms. The folks in the feed department are really helpful and willing to order any type of horse feed if they dont have it in stock.

Didnt have ammo I needed. But who does this day and age? But did have other I needed. Clean and spacious. I recommend shopping there at least once. I like. Be nice if there was a few more in the valley. Thats the only reason for 4 stars. Its a bit out of my way to shop there.

This store is huge. They have a wide variety of products. I would say that at least half the store is dedicated to animals. Anything you need for whatever animal you have, they have it. They have a clothes section, gun and ammo, household supplies of all kinds, gun safes, and of course the animal feed section. They have more but that is what I remember off the top of my head.

Would honestly not recommend this place!! Went there this morning and every so called employee couldnt even make eye contact or ask if I needed help with anything...Todays younger generation I dont honestly know. Very disappointed!!

This place has a bit of Disneyland to it! So many offerings. I have purchased a grill, compressor, dog toys, clothing, propane...you name it. Very friendly from the greeting as you enter through checkout. Very fair pricing and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Very very disappointed in the Chandlers shoppers .Called them before making the 45 min trip for a product they said they had on Sunday.Went straight to the register cashier rang up the product and paid went to pick up and was told after alot of confusion that it was not that price in fact instead of $ 99 which I was told over the phone before the 45 min drive also rang up at register as $99 to be told nope it was $269 !!! That is by far no where near $99 .Went in to get refund and of course 1-7 business days before it will be refunded the manager had to come from his office along with 3 other employees...Besides the fact 3 other employees where at unopen register consumed with there phones, at no time were 6 employees working while store was busy, searched for help Noone to assist anyone not one employee was over 25 sadly with the uh not us attitude .. ... where are the hard working employees not the children playing with there phones .Manager of the day said uh oh sorry also under 25 ..I wouldnt waste my time going there there whole store has gone to hell..Ill pay more money to shop at a store with respect to there customers besides a mere Uh sorry ... make it right ... # noshoppers

Staff was very helpful. They were willing to answer questions, and took their time giving me additional resources. Learned a lot about raising chickens, as well as cost saving measures I could take. Price was better than amazon as well for the chickens starter and equipment.

Customer service is what this place specializes in! To me thats the deal breaker with any company! They have a good selection of apparel for men. Not so much for woman. However theres much more to this store than apparel, they have a good selection of guns, tactical gear, and ammunition. Even through the pandemic I was still treated fairly! Which is why I even recommend this store to all diversities! Thanks for the great customer experience!

Shoppers has what we, my family, needs every time we visit.

Love the store, shop there every couple weeks, since they opened. However, with Covid, even though there is a sign on the entrance door to please wear a mask, they do not police the policy AT ALL. Every time I’m in, there are more people WITHOUT a mask, than with a mask. Not cool. And the people who are not wearing masks are just being rude and childish for not wearing them.

We love Shoppers supply and we arent farmers or ranchers. YOu can find almost anything there, well laid out and cheerful...animal food, cages, womens and mens clothing, Dots Pretzels, tools of every variety..should just go for fun and look around!
