Unfortunately, this company over promised and under delivered and we still haven’t received our paid-in-full product. We actually enjoyed the experience in-store. The staff seemed super friendly and knowledgeable, but the customer experience is about more than just the sale, it’s also about the fulfillment of the order and the service we receive when issues arise. When we paid in full on 4/9, we were promised our order would be in on the next shipment on 4/16 (two people verified this before we paid). After a week of work, getting everything ready for the turf, we got the expected delivery call on Friday 4/16, but were told it didn’t get shipped. As we had a good experience in-store, we figured, things happened and awaited the promised call back on Wed 4/21. Fast forward to Thur 4/22 (no call had been made to us), we called to get an update and were told, yet again, that our paid-in-full order was not there and ‘it was out of their hands’. Even when escalated to the GM, she took no responsibility, nor offered any sort of resolution outside of ‘it’ll be there now on Friday’. We are bummed this turned out to be our experience, as we really enjoyed our sales consultant, and this has been a project we’ve waited years to finally commit to. This company has potential, but they really need to figure out empathy towards clients and learn to under promise and over deliver, as well as provide proactive customer support when issues arrive. That would make such a huge difference to the whole experience. Now we wait to see if promise date #3 actually happens...

Disappointed with the service receive. communication to customer will be different to what they do. they said a person need to be present at the time of delivery but they just drop of the stuff without even giving a call when they reach home. call customer service, was rude and without any resolution

I gave them a one star review due to the time it took them to acknowledge me and get my order started. It took them an hour and 40 minutes to get my order on the trailer. They said it was because they didn’t know what company I was with and they didn’t even bother to ask me at all.

Warrenty process is a joke…talked to the owner today and could careless of my situation then hung up on me…talked to my “sales guy and told him the situation he also could careless and said I was being recorded and hung up also….turf hub grass is a garbage product that they don’t stand behind until someone push back hard enough then they finally do something about it….buy your grass elsewhere and it’s a seamless process

My husband called this company to get a quote on their turf, the first person he spoke to was super happy and nice and even helped him with what turf would be the best. My husband was thinking of a specific turf and the gentleman asked him a little more questions and what we are looking for and told us the best option for us! They got the turf delivered that same week, even after all the COVID-19 going on!! No other company had a clue when they were getting anything in or were weeks out for delivery. The pricing was so affordable as well! Great pricing for great turf. The gentleman that delivered the turf was awesome!! He was beyond nice and happy, I had my 6 mo old with me since she was awake and he LOVED her. I ask him if he was able to move the turf to a specific spot while he was preparing to drop it off and he said yes without an attitude or a fuss and got his truck back together to place it where I wanted it. After it all he even thanked ME for bringing my daughter out because she was the cutest. Everything about this company went smoothly and had amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this place 100% especially over Ewing. You guys are awesome and keep doing what your doing with a smile on!! We are very happy

It must be nice to have the hours artifical turf supply stores have. 7-4 M-F and closed on the weekends. If you have a job and plan on installing turf yourself, prepare to add the expense of shipping to your budget. Take a guess at how much shipping costs are for 5-50lb boxes of 5 nails are. Kinda hard NOT to go to the big box stores...

Good service and great prices

They have lots of Artificial grass (turf) to choose from that fits almost anyones budget. Great quality turf that seems to be superior to the competition. I will say the bags of infill were poorly packaged and did not hold up against the transportation. Overall they really have knowledge and will get your order right while answering all the questions!
