What a great shopping experience. Ed greeted us at the door and helped me try to find a very specific lampshade. But then I found a dining room light that Ive searched for for 5 years! And it was on clearance! Abandoned the lamp shade, and he helped me find a matching ceiling light for my living room! Wrapped them up (both floor models) and we were out the door in minutes! Highly recommend this location. So many different styles and choices. My sister ended up buying a really cool occasional chair while we were there. It really is Lamps PLUS. Rugs, mirrors, really cool occasional chairs and accessories. What a fun way to spend a Sunday. Go see Ed - hell help you find exactly what youre looking for!

Had a great first experience here. Picked out two new patio lights. I felt like they had a great selection and a variety of prices ranging from lower to high end. We were able to get help and assistance when needed and they were very welcoming and professional. I can see if that place got busy enough it could be too much for the staff to handle. Overall, great experience and will be back in the future when the time is right.

Lamps plus has the largest selection of lighting Ive seen in any one place. They are well organized by style, considering the density of their collection, and this was a great place to see options in person, instead of endlessly scrolling through internet pages. Unfortunately, the prices here are very high, compared to Wayfair, for example. I cant speak to whether they use different vendors of significantly different quality, but I can say that I bought a fixture online for about 1/3 the SALE price at Lamps Plus. The item was already marked down $100 but still much more expensive than ordering online with free shipping and arrival within a week.

Lamps plus has a very nice selection of lighting, furniture, and accessories.

I would never ever buy lamp from this company it was a gift from my mom. When I got it it had a crack. I called and the guy said they will send me another one. Its been a while so I called them today and the guy was very rude. Not sure who I talked to since I got new phone so history not there. I know its gonna be like her never said that. Its $300 lamp and I wanted ti return and get money back if this is how they do business. I dont feel comfortable using cracked lamp that they send so its been sitting in the corner.

Lamps Plus offers a broad selection of lighting applications. Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable staff. Great insight into helping us understand the best lighting application for our needs and decor. Going forward we will use Lamps Plus for our lighting needs. They also had a very nice selection of quality furniture and accent pieces to choose from.

I love this store. All of our ceiling lights are from Lamps Plus. We just ordered a new entry light online because the store didnt have the model in stock. Super cute, modern, and very reasonably priced. Sometimes not the best quality, but we are happy with all of the lights weve gotten from them, which is about 7 so far.

They have beautiful lamps, but the people that I spoke to to set the appointment were kinda rude. The installer was unprofessional and a sarcastic A hole.

Construction on my new house completed, entire house pre-wired but lacking lighting. I finally made time today to drive the 25 miles to this store. I was in the store for 30 minutes and was never once approached by an associate. I did stare at a lady standing behind the register staring at me like I couldnt afford to shop there. I have 13 spots to fill with a light or a ceiling fan. 13. And I was ready to spend a chunk of change. You must have to dress or look like a Vanderbilt to get help. To the lady behind the counter, honey I may not dress like I have money, but I probably make in a week what you make in a month, or more. In the words of Pretty Woman, you made a big mistake, HUGE. I sure hope you work for commission.

Decent place drawback its expensive

This place was fantastic. A little pricey, but definitely not your Lowes Home Improvement selection. Absolutely beautiful lamps of all types and even a few beautiful home accessories to make your home gorgeous.

Large selection of quality lighting that is like jewelry to a home. Many styles and options and good pricing. Easy to find coordinating pieces for interior or exterior. Always something on sale or good deals. Also has some nice accent pieces for the home and small tables and unique mirrors.

The prices are very good and the help we got from the store manager was great and much appreciated!

So many things to choose from

Wow,how disappointing I needed stylized floor lamp and 2 shades,as well a questions on art lighting,I was the only person in the store with the exception of staff,I walked intire store, this store must have magic lamp lighting,because on entering store I became INVISIBLE, staff stayed behind desk and never acknowledged me,I left with no shades,floor lamp or art lighting,luckily I became visible on departing. This was verified by sales people at La Sur table minutes later,

Horrible customer service. The sales associate did not acknowledge or welcome me when I walked into the store. The sales associate s were rude and do not care about customer service.

Pretty surprised by the great customer service here. Had to return a ceiling fan that had a serious wobble, but there was no attempt by Lamps Plus to get us to stick with the defective fan. They listened to our issue and promptly took the fan back for an exchange on a different fan but the same model. Knowledgeable sales staff. Its not cheap, but its nice to know that there wont be a hassle if you need to return a product.

This may be the only furniture shop that you dont get mobbed by salesman. They were helpful, present and polite. This is a great place if you like to look without being harassed. When there were questions Aimee answered them and left us so we could discuss things. We love this place.

No discount for military or seniors. Prices are high.

This place is great for finding fixtures and such other than the basics at the Depot stores. Theres so many shiny sparkling things, feels like your in a fish bowl. So many lights its overwhelming and fun all at the same time. Good thing there are associated to help you through the madness

Hard to find a better place to buy lighting fixtures and lamps. Great selection and they often have big sales and you can walk in or shop on line.

The quality of the bar stools seemed poor. Several were wobbly, and they generally felt flimsy. They also looked just like ones I saw on Wayfair and Amazon for 30% less.Adding this to the review, because of the merchants response:While its true that you can order something online, its a big financial risk. Store Associates and the company website said the customer pays return shipping if they dont like an item purchased online. For a barstool, that could easily be $65+. Since their other products seemed cheaply made, I didnt want to gamble on a product they arent willing to back. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My very favorite store for lamps, pendants or chandeliers is fabulous, even on line. They make you feel at home. Brandon is my go to guy and he goes out of his way to make sure you get A+ service.

We bought a lot from this store when remodeling our house. Used to be a friendly and helpful place, but when I walked in the door yesterday, this sales lady or manager barged out and confronted me instead of greeting me. I guess I was not wearing preppy outfits. When I asked if they sell lamp shipping boxes. She responded bluntly: NO!!! If we do, we recycle em. Very rude, very cocky! Never patronize this store again!

My first visit tu a Lamps Plus. Courtney was very helpful and the whole team was amazing. Quite the selection of unique and beautiful ceiling fans.

Went in looking for replacement nuts since the size for my chandelier cant be found at a hardware store, I assume this is true for most chandeliers, and was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service. Ive never actually been into a lamps plus but if youre in the area I would strongly suggest going here. Very friendly staff and a large selection of items.

We walked in looking for outdoor lights and nobody greeted us. We walked right by an associate female and never said Hello, can I help you? We had a slightly difficult time finding the outdoor lights, so I had to interrupt an associate to ask where they were. While we were looking at the lights, I noticed two women talking and never aknowledging us at all, as we had been there for more that 20 minutes. We wanted to see what one of the lights looked like on, so we asked a young associate if he could turn it on for us, and he said it looks just like the one above it, which was a different size. The cords were exposed and a plug must of been close enough for the others to be on, but he wouldnt do it. He went away and we had another question, so we went up to the lady talking to another women and said can we get some help, she said I am with a customer. They had been chatting the entire time we were there, just shooting the breeze. She could of said Ill get someone. I did however ask where the clocks were, and another women was very nice, and told me where they were, but didnt show me..just pointed. When we got them home, the large lamp had a part missing. Ill order on- line next time.

When I returned about 30 minutes later I was told it was gone, someone must have bought it. I would have to go to the Scottsdale store but she could not guarantee it would be there either......I will not be back to shop at Lamps Plus.......
