Always a great spot. This store does seem like they have less formal dresses than many I have visited other than that it’s a great store. This individual store also seems to need to learn if so many people on the floor that when you have more than 3 people waiting in line and make it up to 11, that you should have a second person checking people out! But I will always go to Windsor for the kids formal dresses.
Beautiful dresses for a good price, blingy accessories, and cute band dresses. When shopping here beware of their return policy. There is a green giant tag attached to the item that lets you know when something isnt returnable but people still like to argue. If the tag is there you have been warned why do you chose to argue?🤷♀️ Other than that, definitely recommend if you need a dress for a night out or upcoming school dances.

Staff was friendly. When coming out of the dressing room I was trying to hand back the clothes I didnt want. Attendant had me put it back myself even though she saw me struggling with having the clothes I was going to keep in the other had. She was also taking back clothes from other people after me. Other than that everyone was friendly and good atmosphere overall. Also dressing rooms are pretty small. Clothes prices are great!
Found my very picky teenages homecoming dress and accessories here with minimum interference. Shes happy im happy and she looks gorgeous.
Very cute clothing I usually always buy something when I’m here, very polite customer service as well. But I will say it is very disappointing with the lack of size large’s and x large sizes 🙁 plethora of smalls even some x smalls and mediums but the larger sizes are the first ones to go, please Windsor put more larger sizes in your inventory I would be definitely walking out with more things for my closet!
This is a great place for dresses and other nice clothes. I like how they have both casual dresses and prom dresses. I found great small cover-ups to choose from also. Found two graduation dresses at good pricing.
Don’t take down someone’s information and say you’re going to place a dress on hold for them & then sell the dress the next day when i’m already there to pick it up. Madison please do better next time

High school dresses and thing, not for 50+ ladies!
I absolutely adore this store! Ive visited other stores for formal dresses but I always end up at Windsor to find the perfect dress. This is the 4th occasion Ive needed a dress and Windsor has always saved the day! This visit was slightly different though..... They didnt have the dress size and staff said Tucson had it on stock and I made the drive to Tucson because it couldnt be shipped. All good though. Still love Windsor and recommend it!

My daughter and I come here every time she needs a fancy dress/gown. They always have many dresses to choose from and the prices are very reasonable.Today it was a crazy shopping day and I was really surprised to see all the employees there really genuinely smiling and interacting with customers.After being in a few stores where everyone is stressed out and find everyone in the Windsor store so friendly, smiling and helping, so refreshing!Thanks to the staff, we really enjoyed our shopping experience with you!

What an absolute disappointment in customer service. I bought a dress here and while I thought the store associate was utilizing customer service skills by switching a tie on the dress I was to purchase, she switched the entire dress for the wrong SIZE. As soon as I got home I realized what they had done and came back to the store and the larger size had been sold and THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW THE DRESS TO BE RETURNED after their error. Although this dress was in the casual rack area she said it was a special events dress.
Customer service is terrible. So many employees but nobody to help. Took forever to get someone to open a fitting room. When we finally did she just gave us a nasty look. They also made us put our bags outside of the dressing room? As if I’m going to shove a prom dress in my bag. Really used to like this location but their guest service is lacking.
You should allow returns of unworn dresses w tags...not this final sale nonsense when young girks like to show their family their choice. Instead, just set a short time to return...24-48 hours.
You can find cute clothese here, but staff is unfriendly. Dont expect to have much help. Also, the dressing rooms smell disgusting.

Im sorry but the service at the store is horrible. The store is cluttered and the ladies there are never handling the dressing room. One time I asked them about a dress on their website and i showed one of the ladies the picture of it and she didnt look around she just continued hanging the dresses, looked up immediately and all she said was no we dont have it and she didnt check she just went back to what she was doing. Then I asked her if I can only find it online and then she said yeah I dont think we have it. Then I said do you think you could maybe check the code of the dress? Its on the stores website. she got angry at me and rolled her eyes and said look I dont think we carry it. The last thing I said was, Thanks for your help i guess. I went to another girl and asked if she could help me find this dress without acknowledging me she made me follow her as she looked around the store. She yelled across the store to another lady asking her about the dress and it seems no one knows anything about their own inventory. She sighs and says we dont have it Im not even sure. Ive worked in retail and regardless of where your at in the store whether its register or checking inventory you should know your inventory like the back of your hand. You could say maybe theyre just tired after a long day, but so am I you think I dont work as hard if not more?
Honestly I used to think windsor was the best when I was younger, but going in the other day and looking for evening dresses was so disappointing because the material felt cheaper then I remembered in the past and the stitching done on some of the dresses was so poorly done. One of the dresses was literally unraveling when I put it on. Theyve definitely gone cheaper with the material and everything looked rushed or cheap made or had snags on them everywhere. Idk yall, just disappointing.
Love the store and the clothes!! But NICOLE that works at the CHANDLER location is the BEST!! and she is now my personal stylist and friend... no need to shop anywhere other than Windsor with service like that! Great prices for quality merch! Thx, nicole!

The staff makes this store amazing. We had a great time shopping. The store manager works just as hard as her associates do on the floor with customers. She is absolutly wonderful. We will go back again and again.
Horrible experience, I went there last minute to buy a dress for a party and first one of the employees gave me a dirty look when looking for someone to open a fitting room so I could try on a dress. once I was trying on dresses I came out of the fitting room to get some assistance and there was three of the employees trying on dresses. I was standing there for a good amount of time but, not a single one even acknowledge the fact that I needed help. I was shocked by the fact that they were more busy trying dresses than helping customers. I can not believe this stores customer service. I did purchased a dress there full priced and everything and only to find out that it had a huge run on one of the sides and it was dirty. overall very poor service and low quality dresses for the amount paid, I definitely do not recommend purchasing any dresses here.

Omg this store is great ! I drove to this location because it had a dress in stock that no other store in my area had . I decided to drive an hour to purchase the dress a week before my event I noticed the dress was missing a belt. I called the store and explained my stituation next thing you know the belt was in my mail box ! Thank you Windsor !

I love the dress I purchased but the ladies that work here are unprofessional and rude. They do roll their eyes at customers and yell across the store at each other and it makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience.
The girls here are so rude. They wont help you out, they literally roll their eyes when you ask for help or size. Every time I have entered this store I am always unhappy with the customer service. They act like you are asking for a kidney when you ask them for help. I had Erica when I checked out and she was probably the worst by far. She really hates her job. I wouldnt hire this girl if she was the last person on earth.
