The main owner was a complete delight to talk to on the phone & so friendly! Would definitely live here!

Don’t be fooled by the pool. It’s closed all winter. And closed often during the summer months. Jennifer is a sweetheart in the office. But something isn’t right downstream. Also, the clubhouse is not a clubhouse. The lot rent is for your lot, not for the amenities. Here is a photo Saturday afternoon. Saw several families walk up to the gate to return back to there cars and go home.

Older park but kept nice.

Management was very pleasant n very helpful abt all the questions we had asked. Explained to us what they had done to the park. And told us abt the rules. Very reasonable. Would love to love there soon. Former tenants looking into the financial part as I text this post. Have a great day everyone.

I stayed in this RV park for 4 months while traveling. This park isnt bad for the money, and they offer short & long term stay. GREAT LOCATION & close to everything! They have onsite pool, maintenance, community building, basket ball court, etc. More family oriented / kid friendly. Most of the lots are mobile homes with longer term tenants, however you can park RVs. and when I was there, at least 15 class A were parked. I had a 36 class A and had a pull through corner lot. No trees/shade but okay lot with all utilities. **added picture of awesome sand storm that came through the park!

Im glad to be able to live here. Its quiet, safe, and family friendly. The owners are nice. They dont rent homes here and everyone here is a homeowner.

Very nice manager. She was very receptive to my leaving some flyers for our Wild Elk Den Restaurant close by.

I have been working with the management for 2 months, to find my new residence. Worth every minute.

Worthless rude management that regularly tells tenants not to call or come to the office no matter what the problem is. Refuses to answer simple questions like.... Why is the water turned off for the entire park and when will it be back on. Also handyman is unwilling or unable to fix anything since new management took over

Compared to other trailer parks this one is above average. Had some older homes so it can look trashy. But so can anywhere

They residents are all pretty nice and friendly and the staff seem to be very helpful and friendly as well! Pool is open 24 hrs too!

Too expensive for the amenities offered Many of the neighbors allowed to break the community rules on a continuous basis, such as lack of trash & weed removal, and keeping their guests out of resident parking.

My brother lives here. Theres just a lot of speed bumps

My wife and I were looking for houses and we drove through this small park and as soon as we could drive in, we drove back out too many speed bumps its ridiculous I would never live at a dump like that.
