I went here to look at this beautiful Jeep they had, and by the end of the afternoon, I drove it home. This is my second experience purchasing from a dealership, and my first one (with a different dealership, in a different state) was far from a good experience- but Jay Hatfield in Chanute was an absolute pleasure to buy from. My salesman was Mike Mcguire, and he was great- no pressure to buy, upfront about the vehicle and the buying process, and the finance department was incredibly helpful with answering questions about the loan process- and they got me a great interest rate! I would recommend Jay Hatfield to any of my friends, from my experience, if theyre in the market for a new vehicle!

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado yesterday. My buying experience went very well. My sales person was Zach Anderson. They gave me a very good price on the truck and several financing options. I will refer people to them.

Absolutely an AWFUL experience. I called about a car I wanted to look at and was told to come on down! Got there and the car wasnt there. Bait and switch. A 4Kk bill turned into a 13K bill even though I was VERY clear about my budget and the price I was willing and able to pay monthly. The sales associate said to me in reference to the car I was interested in we want to do something FOR you, rather than TO you. That was a TO Me if I ever experienced one...I will NOT return to do business with them.

A few months ago, I sent an inquiry about financing a vehicle. After receiving a few emails from them, I decided I wasnt going to go with their dealership, and then unsubscribed from their mailing list. They then continued sending emails, and I have unsubscribed a number of times with no success. I then used their online contact form to let them know this was happening, and that I needed them to remove my contact information from their database because further emails would be reported to the FTC for anti-spam laws. I stepped away from my phone and computer, and came back about 10 min later to my phone ringing. One of their salespeople was calling because he believed I had contacted them about information about a vehicle. He had not been passed along the content of my message. I informed him of the contents, and that I would not be purchasing a vehicle here because they didnt remove me the multiple times I asked, and he said he would do so. I then hung up the phone and found a voicemail. My filling out the contact form had apparently triggered more than one phone call from salespeople asking if I needed more information about a vehicle.I have no idea what their prices are like or what their service offerings are. And based on this, I wont be finding out.

Terrible experience Mike great salesman, who does financing not so much im self employed flooring installer tried to buy a used truck, was told $4000 down and 1099/W-2 was not enough proof of income i needed employers cancelled checks to me to backup my proof . Who does this ?Bought house cars trucks never been asked this

Not very happy. Wanted to buy a cheap commuter car, but instead decided to trade in my Jeep Wrangler. They couldnt wait to get my Jeep. They said I had financing the same day. But day after day and then week after week they still needed more information. Im a travel nurse I make a small hourly salary, but I also get a weekly stipend. They could not even wrap their heads around this, even after I gave them check stubs over and over again. They actually got me me financed over a month later. The kicker is that sold my Jeep before I ever got financed

I didnt feel the pressure that I always have with others, and he was very understanding and paid attention to my wants/needs in a car. Communication was great! My salesman put me in 2 cars 10K over my price range, and then in another one 5I over (which I fell in love with and got my heart broke over). And he was getting way too flirty; he was pretty young and new to the business so I let it slide, but it definitely was not my favorite experience.

Very predatory and aggressive sales tactics. I was not told the value of my trade, I was also not given an itemized bill of sale.The salesman will automatically bump your warranty to 100k miles. This is an unnecessary upcharge/insurance. They are charging you 2K for something that cant be used until the 60k factory warranty is expired. Remember this is added to your bill of sale. So you must pay interest on 2k extra on something that you can add to your insurance when the factory warranty is expired.They also will not give you time to read any contract given to you to sign. They get HIGHLY AGRESSIVE.Folks this is the only dealer that will mess with poor/no credit. There is a reason for this. They are preying off the financially unstable. They tried to get me to commit fraud on a loan multiple times/ways (It is not legal for them to get co-signer info over the phone, Or to tell you that you can sign for the co-signer).

I recently purchased a used truck from Jay Hatfield and was happy with the service they provided. Jim Naff was the salesman that I dealt with and I was very happy with the length he went to answer any questions and help in every way that he could. He was great. I had a few issues with the truck that he did everything in his power to fix. The only complaint I have is that there are four open recalls on my truck that where current when I purchased it. This caused the majority of the problems that I experienced the first 24hrs of owning the truck. In my opinion when the truck was ran through the shop and made the repairs to bring it up to par to sell it should have been checked for any recalls that needed done as well. Overall I really appreciate the efforts that were made and really like the truck just feel that having to schedule an appointment to have work done on my new truck the first business day after owning it is disheartening.

Used the dealership for service on my 03 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. Great for maintenance and purchase of factory certified parts. The staff was informed, confident and professional. I was able to set an appointment and have the work completed in a timely manner. Purchased Goodyear Eagle tires which have improved the handling and braking of my car. It is a pleasure to have a business that has the knowledge and parts to work on my car.

Just bought a ram with Jay hatfield. BJ Wood right off the bat found a truck that I not only really enjoyed but he found a truck that got perfectly into my price budget. Super easy to work with and paperwork didnt take forever to get through.

Very disappointed w the sales etiquette. As soon as the sales guy found out we were looking for something low priced to pay cash and not finance he lost all interest in our business. Had to prompt him several times to show us vehicles, asked what mechanical issues a few had and got idk as a response several times. Not even an offer to find out. He literally told us I know these run but idk for how long and i know the mechanics looked at it but if they parked them back here theyre not worth buying. UNBELIEVABLE hope he was just having a bad day and does not treat all his customers this way. But even still, his bad day should not run down to me. I will NOT do any future business here, nor will EVER reccomend them to anyone. This is the exact reason people dont shop locally, which is sad for the town. Smh...

The service department promises to call you with updates but they never do. They also do not stand behind their work. If what they fix doesnt work they just want you to spend more money. 2,000 dollars and no fix.

N we both make good money for around here... So id say they should definitely do some research before they get your hopes up..

I was really satisfied with the service

I bought my car there and brought it back to the dealership when my check engine light came on. Once they had my vehicle it took several tries and calls to get ahold of anyone who could tell me about the status on my car and no one returned calls. Over 24 hours later I found out what was wrong. They said 2 of my fuel injectors were shot and one wasn’t good, so they replaced all of them. It’s been a week since I’ve had my car back, $1350 later and my check engine light is on again. The exact same thing happened to my father’s vehicle, and I was hoping it was just a random thing, but now I’m sure it was random.

Stopped to see buddies who works there. To also see about a truck.

They were fast for what we had ordered and got it programmed in the next day.

DO NOT USE THEIR SRRVICE CENTER!! Took my car in for oil change and to check alignment since 1 tire was wearing funny. Was told $1400 worth of work was needed (1 month after I paid them $1200 to fix a different issue) so I declined service and had fiance fix the problems for less than half the cost and called for alignment... Took it in and got a call saying it needed $1000 worth of more work before they could do alignment... so I declined again and went and got it. Took it to another mechanic and found it only needed one part and after alignment and labor would only cost me $250. They are LIARS just trying to get your money!!
