We have had multiple satisfying purchase and installation experiences with this company. Several years ago they replaced three rooms of carpet with hardwood flooring, replacing the subflooring when necessary (due to cats). Their work ethic and attention to detail were impressive.This experience led us to call on them again this year, when we had extensive floor damage to hardwood floor in a second home in Fayette County. The remediation company cut out a rectangle of damaged flooring, which meant the company replacing it would have to remove additional boards to feather it in, and fit the new boards into the existing flooring.It was a very challenging job, and our first choice was Andrews Flooring. They agreed to travel 60 miles each way to do the work for us, and we couldnt be happier with the result. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality installation of hardwood flooring.

I have had dealings with pretty much the entire staff in the last few years and they are top knotch and have been in business for over 100 years for a reason! If I need anything for my small business or house I won’t hesitate to call them!

Excellent customer service and great products. Their installers are employees not contractors so you can feel comfortable with who is going to be in your home. Highly recommend.

Easy to deal with. Arrived on time to install my flooring. Didnt leave me a mess to clean up. Flooring looks wonderful. Andrews has their own installers. Work is not contracted out. Im a happy lady!

They charge an insane amount of money to come out and do an estimate then had the nerve to over bid the job. They want 5 days pay for a 400 sqft job and over $5,200.00. Im blind and only have one fully functioning arm, Ive done most of their demo in about 2 hrs. Who needs to work when you get paid $160 just to take a drive.

I received damaged, defective wood and the owners are trying to charge me a swipe fee for returning the defective wood that they sold me. BUYER BEWARE!!! I had requested a refund and they did not have the funds to refund my purchase. I agreed to wait almost 3 weeks for my credit card to be debited and when it was they kept $599 as a swipe fee and a delivery fee. The delivery fee was supposed to be waived in exchange of me waiting for a refund.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! scam artists. They will go out of business very soon. Dont say I didnt warn you.
