Some things are better at Costco... I like this store, excited about the one opening this month near Savannah. Clean, good products and the employees are friendly. All good.

Awesome people unloading. Very fast and friendly. I will say that it was a pleasure to deliver to this store. Its at times, a bit tight as far as maneuvering a truck, but all-in-all, a great place to deliver.

Costco is a major discount store and sells mainly bulk items. I really like the store and all the employees are super polite. Prices will vary from day to day but due to the CPI this is normal. Alot of hard to get items can be found here. Furniture, bedding, appliances, groceries and gasoline can be purchased. Infact very little cannot be found here. Costco has a membership that must be purchased. But the discount cost per year makes up for it.

Became a member today, I was serviced by Deborah... Who was literally the most kind customer service representative I think Ive ever experienced. We had a very light hired and beautiful interaction. The store was very clean with attentive staff and great stock.

Its Costco!Recently management has finally had a better focus on well needed customer service training. Thankfully.They could do much better.. They do in other stores I have shopped in the prior 2+ decades.Great gas prices.

Its been quite some time since Ive done warehouse shopping so I had forgotten how odd the first trip can be. The prices were great on many items as should be expected but figuring out the layout of the store made the experience a little bit trickier than a typical shopping excursion.I can certainly say that the wine selection is great and the prices are incredible. The meat selection was pretty good but would work best for someone who religiously uses a menu to plan purchases for meals.I drank the kool aid so now Im committed to getting the most out of my membership, so every 4-6 weeks to Costco I shall go.

Major shoutout to Lee!First of all, this location is clean and well organized. I went today to gather several hundred dollars worth of donations for refugees overseas...and I had my toddler with me. Lee held my first cart for me while I finished shopping and then helped me checkout and consolidate my items. He was efficient, professional, and had a great attitude. He made my life so much easier!

I shortly became a member. I am interested in a certain product that I asked for at the store and I could not get it there. I got home and ordered it online, after waiting for days they cancelled my order. I contacted customer service and they said is because it is out of stock, but it is available at the store...... Really? Are they messing with me?.Look your name when they make the card.I changed my stars from 1 to 3, for the people that do well their job and finally I was able to get the product, hopefully I will keep feeling better about this place eventually.

This location—like others now—has self-serve registers staffed with helpful employees to facilitate and quicken your check-out experience. I rarely have to wait very long. The gasoline pumps can be very busy! Choose your line carefully; seems like a wait anytime you go.

Its always nice. I love going in there for meat, tissue, wipes, or the hot dog/drink combo.

Always find what we love, and prices are always good. The store is organized and cleaned and everyone is quick and helpful.

Um, not even one star. Been here many many times, and the manager and employee actually made me cause A Scene while checking out. Like an outburst which Im embarrassed to have let the manager and employee make me lose self control. In a nut shell, dont expect to get help. Great selection and clean/organized, however prices are definitely on the high end, and the deals you used to find no longer exist.

Great deals for the family size portions. A membership club that is worth it. Even if you just come in for the Nathans hot dog and soda for a $1.50 or fruit smoothie for $2.99. There are also a few sample tables with usually pretty great deals.Very clean.

Clean, friendly, busy environment. Greeters and associates were smiling and nice. Lots of instant savings promotions going on!

KELLY ANN WAS SO RUDE TO US AT CHECK OUT. She was literally slamming my groceries, piling things on top of bread, snatching things out of my hand and whispering about us up at the cashiers area. Extremely rude, almost to the point of where I feel like she was judging us. So so rude, little short white lady with glasses and a sour attitude.

Like Costco, but DO NOT understand why they only take Visa Credit Cards!!! Good thing I was with my son who had to use his card to pay my $225 bill, as I only have American Express and MasterCard. I thought about getting a membership until this.

Fresh hot rotisserie chicken for dinner. New bake and serve dinners for a crew looked wonderful. You can buy rotisserie chicken meat for your own recipes which is so helpful.

The people that work at this Costco make it a wonderful place to visit . It seems like they keep the same people employed year after year . That says a lot . Always a good experience when I visit,at least 2 times a month .

Just to be sure that the cart you choose has the word patience on it otherwise go have a great time.!!

I love Costco. The staff here are super friendly, and I have had several great experience when buying a sectional couch, table, and sofa. The vast majority of items are a great deal, except for random things. Like I think Tide laundry soap is more expensive? But overall, awesome place to shop.

This is a great Costco. Produce is always fresh. In the seafood department, pick up their fresh salmon with scoop of dill butter that’s ready to put in the oven. In less than 20 minutes you’ll have a main dish that will impress any seafood lover.

Love this Costco as long as I go during off-peak hours, otherwise, its a zoo. The Costco-prepared foods are almost always amazingly delicious! We tried the meatloaf with mashed potatoes recently, and our kids loved it!We always find great deals here for everything! The only drawback is that without self control, its impossible to leave the store without spending a lot.

We were able to find everything that we needed with a little bit of help from workers and the cashier was very nice and helpful. I love Costco.

We shop there monthly and enjoy it every time.

Still a great Costco. Some items dont reappear when they are out. But they always have a lot of product. Their change in mask policy has pushed about 50% of the patrons to go maskless. Everyone was still polite and kept their distance. Great place

I am a WW lifetime member and I get some great choices for me and stuff for the family here as well including my fur kids. The rotisserie chickens are always so good, bananas are competitive in cost, meats are nice and also cost friendly...so many options.

It a Nice COSTCO, wish they would bring bask the lobsters dip.

Not to busy when I last went. Great selection and layout of the store. Easy to find the things I need. Checkout is usually pretty quick and I grab a bite as I walk out at the little Cafe too.

Costco Wholesale on Ashley Town Center Drive in West Ashley is a well managed Costco location that has everything you need in a Costco and more. The store is well organized and even when it is very busy it is easy to navigate and get exactly what you need. The staff here is very efficient and is available to help you if you need it. I have had a good experience shopping every time I have been here.

Nice, bright, clean Costco. Has all the typical foods and appliances youd expect at a Costco. Got an instapot for only $60! Would have gone for the air fryer too if they had the 4qt instead of just the 6qt. Food snacks are still not available but the associate said that its coming back soon. Woo hoo!

A vey busy Costco. Great pizza. Great hotdog. Baked items include baguettes French bread and pastries I like cheese danishes and cookies. Croissants are also available. They also sell rotisserie chicken and barbecue ribs fresh all the time.

We ordered food, then realized the tables had been removed. We were asked to eat outside. When I pointed out that employees can sit inside (a section was partitioned off), the response was, Well they are employees.I asked, Are employees not susceptible to Covid, just like everyone else?The manager replied, Well but they arent sitting together.So, I cant sit with my family? I certainly wouldnt sit together with a stranger!I threw my food away. This whole thing has just gotten ridiculous and the inconsistency in policy is unreal.

Busy as usual, but never disappoints !! Take that back, my wallet gets disappointed :-)

My go to place. Especially love the gal who compliments us on our buying choice. There are a few that have no emotions as youre leaving.

It is a great place to find everyday items. There are things like Pamolive dish detergent 102 oz for $5 49 to 6pcs queen sheet set $12.99 and vitamins for the entire family.

We came in for the quality of their food and left with new cell phones as well. With the help of the knowledgeable staff in the electronics we had our phones activated in no time. And the deal we received with the help of the representative was perfect for our budget.

Costco is hands down my favorite store. I love their business model. I wanted to comment on the optical store in this particular Costco. The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. They always help me find the cutest and best fitting glasses. They always take the time to get things perfect. When my glasses are broken, they will do their best to repair them. The prices are hands down the best in town. There is a also an optician office on site that does a great job.

Today I did my first Insta cart delivery at Costco. It was a very large order of over 60 items. Jordan was bagging and there was another woman on the register. They were so helpful and amazing to me during the very stressful process that was bagging my groceries as I did not do it the best way possible. They instructed me on sales that I had missed, went back and retrieve them for me, helped me organize my groceries in a timely manner and in the most suitable way for delivery. They also took the time to give me pointers on my next Costco Instacart delivery. Thank you so much to those two women who helped make my delivery 50 times easier. Incredible work ethic!

Busy, busy, busy place! But, the store was clean and everyone was polite. Everything was well stocked, too. This was my first time at a Costco, as Ive been a loyal BJs customer for a long time. Well still use BJs, but Costco is pretty nice, too!

The tire center here was top notch. They were super busy and still had me out in under 30 minutes on a flat repair I had brought in. Trip Saver!

Always a friendly staff here to welcome you into the store. This Costco does have self check out lines available. As for everything else its the same as you would find at a Costco. Loaded up for our sailing trip south.

We did our every 6 weeks shopping at Costco on Monday November 16 (our new normal with the pandemic). We spend $500-$700 every 5-6 weeks. I also order many things from Costco online. Today was a very BAD experience. We did our shopping carefully as I am a very picky shopper especially in the produce section and we took our time and purposely shop in the order that we would like our items to be loaded on conveyor and placed back in cart(all delicate produce, breads and eggs together, frozen foods together and other items). When we got to the checkout( no long lines)it was like the Indy 500. The checker was ok but the person unloading and reloading our cart threw our items and slammed the frozen items down on the produce with no regard to the fact that this was OUR food that we had just paid $600.00 for, half of which was fresh produce. She put our produce in a large flat open box and then proceeded to press another box on top on the first one and fill it with heavy frozen food and a turkey. We came very close to cancelling the purchase and walking out. We see that you have a sign on the wall heading toward the bathrooms promoting how many items your checkers check in a minute and how many members they process in an hour. This would NOT be something that I would brag about since speed is not always a good thing when it comes to produce and delicate groceries. I expect Costco to rise above the WAREHOUSE mentality. Your food selections are far superior to the other membership stores available in our area and I would like to think that the customer service would be equal to the quality of products. I hope today was an off day and you will make sure that any NEW employees are trained in proper handling of produce and delicate items. While we appreciate you promoting efficiency, we would greatly appreciate it if you would train your employees to treat our shopping not just as ITEMS, but look at what they are grabbing and treat them accordingly. We would like to continue to be very loyal customers of Costco. Thank you for your considerations of these much needed improvements.
