I was amazed over how bare the storewas... If it wasnt for the shelves being solid structuring I probably could see from one end of the store to the other diagonally! There was a quantity of 2 for each item in stock (if your lucky) but dont think your getting anything refrigerated cause the only working cooler is at the checkout counter requesting $3 for your choice of 4 different types of 20oz sodas or a fruit punch powerade

Staff very courteous, and helpful. I was able to load prepaid cards here, prices are great!

The cashier/manager at the 63 st store harassed me about leaving my purse up front. Mine was no bigger than any other. Said to get out when I refused. My bag is personal to me. I am not a thief. Went to we st side family dollar on Washington St and was treated like a person. I am 60 and too old to be treated like a common criminal just for entering a store.

Its better than the state it was in six months ago. The stores inventory is not always depleted as it was then but the quality to price ratio is garbage. You have to pick and choose to actually make shopping there worth the trip.

Very friendly staff today! The store was out of many items. Shelves were completely bare in many places. But overall good experience, again. I shop there almost every day!

It was fine, but the way they wanna treat you fallow a person around the store on several different occasions for absolutely no reason is unnecessary, inconsiderate, discrimination by doing an extremely poor & sad job of trying to see choose who they think looks like your typical thief which is stereotyping which is immoral & unprofessional... Therefore due to the experiences Ive had on continuous basis at this particular Family Dollar along with the other one just 2-3 miles from this Im no longer going to choose to be a law abiding, paying, loyal customer like I have these past couple years & will no longer be shopping at either of the Family Dollar Stores in my area!!!
