What an AWESOME! business. I dont usually write reviews, but since I first stepped foot in the door, I was treated like a friend! Rob has gone out of his way to help me more than once to get a job done on the same day. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to motorcycles. This is the only place in Charleston that will be servicing my ride from here on out. Thanks for the great service! The only regret I have is not finding this place sooner! Forget these over grown shops in this area that overcharge on everything. This place is a gem.

I was in town for my yearly vacation. No plans on riding my Sportster but so nice on the day we were leaving I jumped on and got on the road. Once I was at Folly Beach I noticed my rear tire was worn and I had no tread so to speak. Contacted James Island Cycles and Rob took care of me. I left my bike on Friday afternoon and picked it up on Saturday. New tires and rear brakes. Awesome customer service. Rob makes you feel welcome. If I lived in the area I would use his shop to service my bike all the time.. Thanks again.

Bob Curtis has a great local cycle repair, most makes and models. Has been known to travel/service out of area too! Shops a little dusty but so is he! All around good guy and great reliabel work! TCB

The owner of James Island Cycle is the front man for the operation. They have been providing service for my new motorcycle. Professional operation, with fair prices. Ill continue to have the motorcycle men service my bike.
