Worst experience after driving for 1.5 hr and when i reached they have a small sign stating by appointment only!! Nothing online mentioning this as well! Spoke to someone they cant do anything even when im at the door.. much appreciated lost my business before it even started. :)

Wanted to look at a Steelcase Gesture chair for my office at work. OE is the only authorized Steelcase dealer in Charlotte. But they do not allow walk-ins, and when I called to make an appointment, I was told they do not sell to the public, and would not be able to sell me a chair. Not helpful at all to small businesses.
