Erica Williams in the salon department is absolutely a God. She saved my hair and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received. Go see her & request her! She is so sweet and kind and has such a beautiful smile! I will be back definitely
I have been going to this ULTA for about three months to buy product. When I first went in Anyone could have sold me into buying $500 plus worth of product. The associate who did help me gave very little advice that I was confident about, so I bought just a fragment of what I needed at the time. Since then I have bought other items/product on several trips. There is so much product in the store which is noteworthy, yet one really does need some assistance. In all trips to the store with my lists; I received very little help if no help at all. Hard to find someone who was available.Because of the lack of assistance, I have bought some product which simply didnt work for me. They should have a concierge or someone to attend each customer. Today, I tried to make a return on an item that I purchased and had not used for 11 days. I was TOLD that I could only get a store credit. When asked why is that, I was then informed by the associate Emma, that it was because of the number of days I had kept the item. When I got home I checked further their return policy and I should have been given a full credit back on my initial credit card.In addition, I also returned a few other items today; each and every item she opened the bottle and examined the product. I personally have never seen that type of scrutiny in front of the customer. She was extremely condescending and clearly irritated by the transaction. No one wants or should be treated that way. I left the store feeling like I just want to shake off the entire experience. I did file a formal complaint later with their customer service department. If I had been helped initially properly, then maybe I would not have to return items that after checking reviews online found I wanted a different product. In all of my experiences in the store, I think only one person was helpful, and she was a cashier. I would rate this store Extremely Low on customer service. I normally dont write reviews or take surveys, but this was so unpleasant that I felt it necessary to tell.
Erica was helpful to me, I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to help.
My 11 year old daughter went in for a teal hair color which came out forest green. She was in tears and the stylist only became more and more defensive when I said it was not the correct color. I had her bring over the swatch that we agreed to and it was nowhere close to being similar. She didnt offer to fix it and charged $70 for the color and $50 for the cut. We are extremely disappointed.
Got amazing color, cut and eyebrow wax from stylist Erica today. Very mannered talented young lady
I haven’t stepped foot in an Ulta for a few years now and it became even more apparent as to why on a very rare trip last week. Your representatives pick and choose who they want to greet and help and always have a look of disdain for the customer. It’s so rude and unprofessional. It’s experiences like this why I will always favor going directly to the manufacturer for my purchases and avoid retail stores like this. In an internet driven society you need to work on building better customer experiences and investing in customer service training for your employees. There are too many choices for people to choose from for their beauty selections than to have to put up with negative attitudes. Luckily, I needed only one item on my visit, but rest assured I won’t be coming back.
Lots of items to choose from but lots of expensive thangs also and.some items reasonable price
Awesome place to find all your hair and beauty needs!
I think that the short chick in the salon is so busted looking everyone else is beautiful women in the store
Organized with a great selection. Staff has always been very friendly as well
Really love the staff . Found what I needed quick. They truly seemed to enjoy helping my old @$$ ....No fake . 😃
Very helpful staff. Courteous!!!
Great staff.
Lots of varieties of different brands
Richard is the absolute best! A true makeup artist/beauty guru! His knowledge of products, color combinations, and application technique is outstanding!I left the store loving my new makeup look! I live an hour away but will travel to ask for Richards beauty advice and product recommendations.
I have never felt so UNWELCOMED at a store like i did here and after walking around for more then 5 min I noticed how everyone else who came through the doors was greeted so politely and asked if they needed help or if they where looking for anything particular. YET no one seemed to ask if I needed help or bothered to greet me and I walked by many employees just observing to see if any bothered to ask me if I needed anything and all of them just glanced at me and kept it moving onto other clients there and all I can really say is most likely because I was a Hispanic and everyone else was American they didn’t bother to pay much attention to me & that is honestly SAD to make selection of who you help & greet and this wasn’t my first time here it was actually my second time coming to this store and even the first day it was the same way I thought about giving it a second try but that’s a big no ! Thank God I have other Ulta stores near me because that is not okay for people to feel unwanted and unimportant because they aren’t American so most definitely this was racism if you ask me & FYI just because you look Spanish doesn’t mean you can’t talk, read or write in English and a persons skin color or appearance doesn’t determine the way they should be treated .
The staff is incredibly rude, and not helpful. I walked in by myself looking to get a holiday gift for my spouse. I was ignored by staff, and when I finally flagged someone down, she rolled her eyes, and just pointed to where the item was across the store. It was not overly busy, and female patrons received much better treatment. You would think they would be willing to help a guy shopping for his SO a little more eagerly. Thats okay though, Ill go elsewhere in the future.
I got my eyebrows done and told the guy waxing my eye brows that I have sensitive skin that breaks out when waxed and usually Ulta will use a drying lotion after my brows are waxed so I don’t break out. The guy proceeds to tell me they use a soft wax not a hard one so that I won’t break out. I know about the wax because Ulta has waxed my eyebrows for 6 years because they are able to make me not break out with their lotion. Well since there was no aloe or drying lotion put on my face at all, I’ve got the worst break out I have EVER HAD It’s not their fault I have sensitive skin, but it is a training issue that the eye brow waxed offered no solution and completely dismissed my concerns now resulting in my face looking awful and feeling on fire itchy 3 days later. I don’t blame the guy waxing my brows at all, but I do think there is a training issue and disconnect that the company could easily resolve with their employee.
The salon is great but the employees on the sales floor walk around with no product on their face and have no knowledge about the products. Kind of a joke
I went in to purchase foundation today! Thanks to Erika, their new employee for Clinique section!! She was very helpful, and bright. Helped me match up my foundation and applied all over my face, so happy with her recommendations. I bought their foundation! She was also super nice and applied lip gloss to all of my little sisters’ she made our day!! I go to this Ulta often, but today was my best experience there, THANKS ERIKA!!
I don’t typically write these things because I don’t like to cause any issues with the employees or business but the experience I had with an employee named Kelsey Beams was absolutely horrific. Extremely rude customer service and tried to force me to buy a product that had an ingredient that I am deathly allergic to after I explained that I couldn’t use it due to severe allergies. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Just fine. Always find the products Im looking for and fun to browse around through the store.
By far the best costumer service i have ever experienced.Erika did such a wonderful job in color matching and helping with my skin routine. She made us feel comfortable and was so sweet! They were SO attentive and no one was hovering while I was trying on products. No one pressured me into buying anything i didn’t want, they offered samples had me thinking.... Sephora who!?
I love this place for cosmetics. For its warehouse style I wish that the prices were a little bit more reasonable. we used to get coupons in the mail which made it much better deal. But they stopped coming. the staff is about 50-50 sometimes theyre over-the-top super helpful and very knowledgeable other times theyre clueless and rude you never know what youre gonna get.
Great facial with Naomi. She was so kind and thorough with my 30 minute facial. I didnt know that Ulta Beauty provided facials. Great service for a great price.
Esther is my hair stylist and she does an amazing job, shes also very carefree and friendly and I enjoy chatting with her. In the store itself there are always employees around to answer questions and suggest things. The layout of the store makes everything very easy to find too!
Very helpful staff
Shopping here because they have all the different brands that I like. One of the sales associates tried to talk me out of something that Ive used before saying it wasnt good quality. But Ive always had wonderful experiences with that product
Friendly staff!!
Its a nice store wished I was helped a little more, maybe shown brands an options when I asked about a type of product. I did end up finding what I was looking for but could have been up sold if I had someone offering to help.
On yelp ulta workers get on and leave bad reviews for the customer, how unprofessional that they don’t allow people to rate their interactions without that kind of harassment. An employee took snap shot of a woman’s complaint and then made the woman out to be the issue and gave a 5 star because the customer left a one star.
Ive lived in the Charlottesville area for a few months now and shop here religiously. Ive never had an issue until today. I purchased several items, one of which was a palette. The clerk rang up all the items and put them in a decently small bag. Im just now looking through the bag and noticed that the palette was never put in the bag. i guess always double check your bag to make sure they put everything in.
All represantives were talking to each other and didnt offer to help me. I had to ask the cashier for help who asked one of the associated to help me. I wanted a cruelty free foundation. The associate told me clinique was cruelty free and sold me one of theirproducts. I googled the company when I got home and realized it wasnt cruelty free. I am returning this product but it I was disappointed by this place.
Ulta has a good variety of beauty/hair products for many skin tones and hair types. Associates usually greet shoppers upon entering the store and are eager to help find what youre looking for. Theres also a hair salon in the store, however I dont know what salon services are provided.
From a males perspective; the selection for cologne is very small although I did find what I was looking for. There are some skin care products for men and while I have made some bad purchases in my life, I just couldnt fathom paying $40 plus for moisturizer. Also, no one offered to help me, several employees of them just walked passed me. As a guy, youre probably better off just going to a department store for cologne, more selection and they will probably offer assistance. Needless to say, my wife liked the place as it was her idea to find the cologne there. I also realize that I am not their target demographic, so I do understand why I was not acknowledged.
The store is organized and nice, but get these employees some more help! Why are there only two employees in the entire store running register when there is a line that stretches all the way to the back of the store? Also, those impulse items at the front registers are hard to get to when you go there specifically to get something thats considered impulse to Ulta, because you have to cross into people waiting in line.
I had my wedding makeup done here along with my bridesmaids and mother and I had a mixed experience. My husbands female family members also had their hair done here the same morning/afternoon.One of the two makeup artists showed up an hour late to work when our appointments started at 9am, so that made us an hour behind on getting ready and we ended up not having enough time to do our first look photos before the wedding because of this delay. I was pretty angry about that. My maid of honor and myself had even gone all the way up to Charlottesville a week prior (a 5 hour round trip for me) to confirm all of the appointments and do another makeup consultation before the wedding and everything seemed to be all in place then. When we arrived at 9am the day of the wedding the people at the salon acted very confused about the order of appointments (makeup first for the bridal party and then hair styling for additional family members) and informed us that one of the makeup artists was not there yet.In addition to all of this madness, I had brought my own makeup brushes and some makeup for my appointment and the artist accidentally forget to put my Eco Tools eyebrow brush back into my makeup bag. I called the store a few days later asking about it and they said they would call me back after speaking with the artist and its been over a week and Ive still heard back about from Ulta about my missing item.Even though all that other stuff got messed up, Lauren did a fantastic job on my wedding makeup. She was on time and everyone who had her as their makeup artist was very satisfied with her work. Sadly it was 90 + degrees that day, so most of our makeup ended up melting off anyway. The family members who got their hair done were satisfied with their styling. I wish Ulta had been more prepared for our appointments and that someone had actually followed up with me about my missing item.
Always wonderful! Great staff and variety of items.
I like the variety of product however this trip I was at Charlottesville VA store for first time looking for my Bumble and Bumble Sumogel I got at a different Ulta and they did t have it. At check out they asked if I found everything so I told them I came for the Sumogel and they didnt have it so I wondered if I could just order it. The person at the register called to the floor for someone to check if they had Sumogel and the person responded that they had the same thing, same ingredients in American Crew. She brought them up and I had already tried one of them and it wasnt what I was looking for but she assured me the other one would hold like the Sumogel it was just matter not shiny and a lot less expensive. So I tried it. It is NOTHING like Sumogel. Not in the slightest! Im kind of upset because I dont live near an Ulta so it will be an inconvenience to return it. It does not hold my hair at all. It worked the same as the lighter hold American Crew. There was no difference. I have both American crews at home and the quality doesnt compare to Bumble and Bumble. I want to be a le to go back to that associate with the American Crew and Bumble and Bumble Sumogel and ask her why she ever thought they were the same! Even if they have the same ingredients they cant possibly use the same formula. American Crew is a pharmacy quality product while Bumble and Bumble is a more upscale hair product. You only need very very little to get amazing results so even if it is more expensive I would have to buy 3 of the American Crew to one Sumogel essentially spending more money on a lesser quality product! Dont they teach you anything about quality when you work at Ulta?! That associate who I was told was their expert in their hair products has no clue! Does not give me any faith in asking questions anymore to the staff at Ulta! Please Ulta, educate your employees on your products!
The girl that helped me find what I was looking for was awesome!
This Ulta is depressing. The staff is great, but the selection is almost always lacking and they are constantly under stocked. I have yet to go into this location and not see a ton of scarce product shelves.
Normally I dont write reviews but I feel compelled to do so because I am extremely disappointed. I went into the store November the 16th looking for some foundation. Not one employee acknowledged me. Two employees were standing taking to each other not paying attention to any customer. I went back in yesterday the 24th and the same exact thing happened. I found what I needed and left. That will be the last time I patronize this store again. Sephora will be my go to spot from now on. Their employees always greet you with a smile and a how can I help you.
I absolutely love shopping at ULTA, I’m a Diamond Reward member so I’m definitely a frequent shopper. I went to the store today to purchase several items and left with none. I went in the store and was greeted by no one. There were several employees in the store. I went to NARS section to get a foundation and a young lady was leaned against the Lancôme counter and looked at me and turned the other way. I asked her for products to clean off the samples from my hand and she pointed and was very unfriendly. Another customer comes up behind her and she welcome her with warm welcomes and asked to help show her items. I was very shocked at the lack of energy I received. As I walked out the store I received no farewell from the employees who had no customers at the register and they were just standing and joking around. So asking me will I come back to this location will probably be a no.
Great variety of products and well organized. Nice specials on certain products but, in general, some products are pricey to me.
I love this place it has all my beauty needs as makeup accessories plus great representative that teaches alot of us what makeup goes with each person plus more. Ulta had great place for hair n a great beauty salon & great place to add points that Go toward your dollar spent and discount given to the members like myself.
Picked up some cosmetics for my lady from this store and it was reasonably priced
Very large store; huge selection. Super clean and organized. If you are looking for a cheaper version of a more expensive brand, the staff can make recommendations- theyve always been ready to answer any questions.
Ive gotten my hair cut at this location before, but every time I call to make an appointment, Im on hold for 15 minutes or more. It should NEVER take longer than 3 minutes to check a lousy appointment book. Ive had just about enough. Im never getting my hair cut there again. Ill stick to shopping.
I love Ulta. I started going there after a friend recommended it and now it has become my one stop shop. You cannot beat the selection, and the rewards program means i can earn points to pay for other goods and services. Those 20% off coupons are helpful around the holiday season! Ashley Washington does my hair and is phenomenal— she did my keratin treatment and my cut, booking her for my color retouch! Savannah is amazing at picking out lip shades and was very helpful. The manager there is also really friendly and gave me some great advice. Tamara does the facials and runs the Dermalogica Skin bar— she did my facial once and it felt super healthy and soft, and she has also pointed me in the right direction for products to help with my skin (combination oily/acne/scarring). It’s actually helping. Despite some of the negative reviews here, my experience has been great and never have I had any problems with booking an appointment or calling for help.
Jennifer was pleasant and eager to help me with my transaction! Thank you to Jennifer and to all of the staff!
As an employee I am biased. As one of the managers I try to be helpful. We carry sooo many products! And can often order if we are out of stock.
Customer service is terrible. Every time I walk in there its a struggle to find anyone to assist me. Went to get my hair cut with Pam and she ended up botching it; one side was longer than the other, she did not layer one side of my part but layered the other, and she did not even trim my bangs. Ended up calling to make an appointment for the next day so they could fix it and they made me wait 4 days to come in and get it fixed. I highly suggest for corporate to come in and do something with their faculty to make shopping there a much more enjoyable experience. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one this time in order to save someone else from experiencing what I went through.
I went to the hair salon, and it came out looking fine, but it wasnt what I had asked for. I requested a gray balayage and my hair wound up a slightly lighter golden blonde than it already was. However, because it didnt work the way I had wanted, she gave me a nice discount, so it was worth it.
I was there yesterday for the first time to represent my brand and the store manager was so kind and inviting, all of the employees are super friendly and outgoing. Very clean and well layed out store, looking forward to working with them regularly.
If it was open it would have been nice.
Awesome place ... expensive for me personally ... but ... JESS was soooo sweet and helpful ... even got a bit pampered ... I am not used to that at all but sure would love to 😁
This place is horrible. Went to purchase my girlfriend some makeup and didnt have any assistance at all. No one asked if i needed help or anything. Im a guy. What do i know about makeup. When i asked for help an employee completely ignored me and walked off. And when i went to the register the employees was beyond rude. I wouldnt recommend this place to know one.
If I had written this review yesterday, it would have been 5 stars. The employees who helped me yesterday were extremely courteous and helpful. I do not remember their names, but one of them had bifocal glasses on and was young and blonde. Today however, when I went to purchase more items, the girl working at the register at 11am was extremely rude. Not only was she unhelpful, she also was very monotone and unenthusiastic with her greetings as customers walked through the door. She was very rude when I asked her why I was not told I had points to redeem. I understand that they have a reason for not telling you, but her attitude was extremely poor and unnecessary.
Selection seems good, I honestly dont know how people navigate places like these.
The lady who cut my hair was super nice, but unfortunately the cut was just not what I’d asked for. It looked on the short side at the salon, but OK. Once I went home to play with it myself I could see that it was much shorter than I had wanted. I’m currently growing out a pixie, she said something about shaping it, and now I’m set back several months of growth. I don’t want to be petty, but it is really disappointing. I’d finally gotten to the point where I wasn’t going to need to go in for monthly trims anymore. I mean, it’s hair, so it will grow back. It is disappointing to look in the mirror right now, though.
Huge selection of everything for hair, body, makeup, etc. Love it!
Every time I go I never get help. I can barley find any utilities to clean off makeup I tried on... I work at Sephora & we get a lot of people coming to US letting us know they get zero service, and that there is a lot of racial comments.
The employees here are helpful and knowledgable about their products. I dont always know exactly what Im look for, but theyre friendly and patient with me. In particular, Carmen spent about 20 mins or more matching concealer to my skin tone and checking the back of the store for a color that was out of stock.
Honestly, as a male, I was extremely lost. Had to google what I was looking at while looking at it. Was successful in picking out what I was sent in to get though!
Love getting my hair cut here. All the stylists are great, especially Jennifer A.
I love Ulta and this location specifically is excellent. Its not always the best stocked but the employees always go above and beyond.
Excellent service, plenty of staff, very friendly.
I went in today super excited. I left unhappy. I went in with my niece and we found a jacklyn hill pallet on sale. Well it was in front of the JH sign 2 for $25 sign. The lady who was working went and saw sign and called manager. The manager was rude to me. She came up to the register and didnt even acknowledge me until i spoke and told her it was right in front of sign. She goes on to treat me like i cant read and points out print so small i have to pull out my reading glasses. The sign was still in the wrong place and very misleading. I will never buy from ulta beauty in Charlottesville again. Not only this my niece nakes a purchase and the cashier offers her a reward card. Turns out her rewards cards is a credit card and the item she wanted was also not priced right. She didnt buy from them but now has a credit card to a store with snotty management and doesnt honor their mistakes. BUYER BEWARE.
The sales staff were excellent in helping me find the items I needed and were very courteous.
This Ulta has a great selection of cosmetics, hair products, bath products, soaps, and more. You can get typical drugstore brands here for a bit less money, as well as higher-end makeup such as Clinique, Urban Decay, and Juice Beauty. These brands are more expensive, but that is the case everywhere. The store is well-organized and its fairly easy to find what youre looking for; if you have any problems, though, the associates are very kind and eager to help. Id like to give a special shout-out to Stephanie, who worked with me to make a skincare and makeup routine with products that wouldnt counteract one another. She was so patient and I felt like she really wanted me to be satisfied. Im happy to report that I feel comfortable in my own skin again, thanks to her. Ive never had a bad experience with this Ulta!
I shop at ulta quit frequently everytime and I mean everytime, this ugly chick with green hair follows me through the store as if Im trying to steal. That pisses me off to no end. What she need to be worried about is that ugly azz face of hers. Stop assuming all people are the same( black). Everytime i go and ask for her help she always give me the wrong product so I feel she hates on me because Im beautiful!!!
They were very responsive to my needs! Ill definitely be returning!!
This store has everything beauty wise. Love it..
Wonderful selection of makeup! Join the Ulta points club. Itll save you lots of $$$!
Great Place If They Have What You Want In Stock.
Earlier this week, I went in for a color correct to the Salon at Ulta. I am so happy with my hair and the team at the Salon at Ulta. I had a bad color previously and its unbelievable the difference between my hair on Saturday and the color correction on Tuesday.Alma is wonderful and a complete asset to Ulta. Shes the salon assistant manager and a color wizard. Shes well trained and a well experienced hair stylist. She walked me through every step of the color correction and hair trim. She matched my natural color and mixed colors to make sure it was the right shade and what I wanted. She consulted with another hair dresser, Jennifer, since theyre both Redken experts to make sure my hair would look perfectly colored. If in a month, I tried to book and appointment with her and someone told me that Alma was doing hair for movie stars in LA or Manhattan, I would believe them. I left the salon feeling like Meghan Markle or Kate Middleton. Her blow out was perfect, I had some volume but my hair was still straight and she didnt use a flat iron on it. My hair is curly (3a with a little bit of 2b wave) and I have much more hair than the average person. So its rare for me to leave a salon with a perfect blow out, but I did on Tuesday! She used to do hair in Miami where people were very particular about their blowouts, so she knows how to do a kick-ass blowout.Rachel, the manager, has great customer service. After I was upset with my initial color on Saturday, when I called and spoke to Rachel, she booked me with Alma to make sure I was in the best hands possible. Jennifer, who I mentioned previously, was very fun when she and I chatted while my color processed, plus it was interesting to hear her input about the various Redken colors that would work for my hair.I received so many compliments on my hair at work and I told them that Alma at Ulta was the best! If youre looking for a new hairdresser, I recommend Alma, shes worth every penny. Your hair will never look better.
Great store. Friendly staff, very helpful
The front desk was very helpful.
Guess theyre certain times of the day you get good service. Night crew was rude as hell and not helpful will take my business else where
I sat for four hours getting my hair done by someone who said they were experienced with bayalage. I get done, my hair is barely one shade lighter, but theres now a straight line across my hair of where they put the color in. I basically look like I forgot to get my hair done for months and my roots have grown out. Because its so awful, they want me to come back in two weeks to sit for another four hours. Complete waste of time.Update: I got my hair fixed elsewhere, and the manager of the salon called and apologized and tried to make things right. I would be careful going here to get your hair done, it seems like the training expectations for the stylists is highly variable.
Easy to find everything youre looking to purchase. Instructions and opinions from knowledgeable staff
I marked poor on all three categories because like the other reviewers said, this place is awful. My poor experience has mostly been with the employees. They have an I really dont want to be here vibe. No effort to extend genuine customer service, which I think is about the easiest thing one can do (or fake). PLEASE will ulta corporate PLEASE read these reviews and do something about it. I really dread having to go in there for some product I might need--I have resolved, though, to do my best to find the product elsewhere, even online before I step foot in this toxic store.
Good service and selection. very friendly staff!
Can usually find what u are looking for..
There were too few checkers and when I asked about a product the checker found where it was but I had to get back into a line of 4 people. Too few people working the floor also. There were a lot of customers in the store and no customer service. This is a normal for this store.
Fiance loves it I dont do makeup.
This place is great, but the eyebrow queen Hilary has left the building! Shes no longer at Ulta, but shes still doing eyebrows down at Salon Cielo (which is only a bit further down the Barracks shopping strip!). If youre looking for her, go check out Salon Cielo!
Worse company, would not recommend..DO NOT TRUST THEIR POINT SYSTEM, Ulta will cheat u put of points, also, do not open their credit card, biggest scam ever
I know they give good service because I work there!!
Had the products I needed and the customer service was outstanding.
They couldnt tell me a price on an item on display right in the front of the store. Who has time to wait until they look it up at the cashier?
Store was very busy and staff still had time to take me to the items i was considering. Fantastic selection and service.
Very helpful staff and great selection.
Everything thing under one roof!
Ive been in this store 4 times. I have only shopped there...never gotten a makeover, used the salon, etc. The merchandise promoted in the emails has always been available. The staff have been mostly friendly and helpful when Ive asked for help. However, the store looks a disorganized and generally under-merchandised, especially in the lower-end brands section, on the endcaps and in the mid-aisle displays of marked-down inventory. Perhaps the store is understaffed and there is no staff to straighten and properly merchandise. Management might consider consulting corporate about getting someone in there at least 5 hours a week to get that done. Another thing, and this is perhaps indicative of other issues there of which I am not aware, is that the store is almost always empty of customers besides me. It might also be a location issue. Not including the grocery stores, Old Navy, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Michaels and Barnes & Noble are some of the other big box retailers at Barracks Road Shopping Center, but I would guess that the only stores that show any kind of real non-holiday traffic are Michaels and Barnes & Noble. Those two stores are located within Barracks Road proper...in line with the smaller stores, accessible by sheltered sidewalk. Ulta, BB&B and ON are only a few steps away, but the storefronts just dont give off the same vibe. Barracks Road is traditionally a boutique-ish, exclusive-feeling, shopping center. Charlottesville loves it for that reason. Maybe Ulta should relocate near Target on the north side of town.
Store is huge, but didnt have one of the items we were looking for.
Makeup, everything in one place! Christmas present shopping heaven!
Wouldve given 5 stars, but I can NEVER find someone to assist. Everyone is always busy, severely understaffed.
The store itself was ok. The salespeople arent always knowledgeable and the basic makeup is way over priced.
Great selection, wonderful staff, very convenient.
