They go by this business name and The Log Furniture Store name. This website needs to be closed down. It is fake and fraudulent. They do not respond to email, they do not answer your calls. You are not able to leave a message. They will take your money and possible fraudulently use your credit card to make other purchases. We placed an order using our card. Then we were alerted that our card was used at Best Buy to make a large purchase that we did not make.

BEWARE! FRAUD! Placed an order and received email verification. Did not receive items ordered, cannot reach business by phone. They have an online store The Log Furniture Store however all email correspondence comes from CCOAbout a week after order was placed there was a fraudulent charge on my card, had to cancel the card.

I actually received most of what I ordered from this company, however the rug was missing and the headboard & foot board of the bed I ordered has all 4 holes drilled at different measurements, so we have to drill new holes and figure out how to fill the other ones and make it look decent. I have sent multiple emails, called with no answer and no ability to leave a message and have posted on their Facebook Page. I have done this for almost a month now with no response or any luck getting through to them. I called a business across the street and they said this company left that location 5 years ago and its now a thrift shop. I am now escalating my claim with Paypal to at least get a refund for the rug that never arrived. The bed situation sucks, but well just have to make it work on our own

Never received $175 worth of fabric after 3 weeks. No attempts at contacting them was successful whether by phone or email. Sounds shady. Dont order.

I have ordered a bedroom set. Not one person calls me back or answers emails. Have had to contact my bank to report them.

I ordered a wall clock through the website TheLogFurnitureStore.com. PayPal payment went to CCO Inc. Phone number is for Clearwater Creek Outfitters. Same thing as other reviews, calls and emails not returned. Filing a dispute now through PayPal. I think these companies are fraudulent or very poorly run.

Worst place ever, orered bedding 3 months later nothing came. Called, e-mailed over an over again, no response. Called BBB filed complaint. BBB returned e-mail saying after 3 tries an no response back to them, there was nothing I could do but small claims court.Great, that cost money too.My advice, stay away from them

They have my money and I have no product. Six weeks, four emails and 4 phone calls later, finally I am going to dispute the charges.

Ordered fabric and it never arrived. Their phone only goes to a voicemail with a full inbox so you can’t leave a message. Never answered email either. Now I’m trying to get my money back.
