This place has five stars for a reason and over 400 reviews. I called and spoke to Dev who gave me all of the prices of everything and was very no pressure. The next day, Jason put in a brand new opener and a bunch of other stuff for our garage. Jason knew exactly what was wrong with our garage door. Now we have a brand new opener, two clickers, springs and a keypad. He also took the time and oiled our garage door so now it doesnt screech while opening and closing. Website said 24 hour calling so I called them at 10pm on a Sunday because our garage door spring snapped. Call was answered and Lee was out by 8am Monday, took him less than 30 minutes to fix it.Looking online, it says it costs between $200-$300 to fix and the whole bill was $239. Right in line.Repair was quick, courteous, and priced in range. Can’t ask for better than that, I would recommend using them again in a heartbeat.Update: I didnt notice it at first, but Lee obviously lubricated the tracks. It is much quieter than before. Checked the bill, sure enough he did that without even being asked. Thanks!

Our garage door busted this week and I had no idea who to call. The old homeowners had stickers on the garage wall for Door Power Inc. I took a chance and called them. I was so pleased someone answered at 5PM and was able to come fix our door the following morning. Jason was prompt, polite, and did a good job fixing our door. Fair price for the fix. Our old garage door has never worked better after the fix and some other adjustments he made (tightening things up). I’ll be using them again!

Chad serviced our home and was professional, knowledgeable, and practiced physical distancing during CV-19. He was able to diagnose my door issue and corrected it all in about 20 minutes.My one complaint about the service is that on the phone, the dispatch rep did not explain the mandatory home visit fee, nor did Chad when he arrived at my home. The first time I heard the $$$ amount for a home visit and 20 minutes of work I nearly fell over.My garage door issue has not re-occurred and the work comes with a warranty, so Door Power will come back if the issue isnt fixed, but they should be up front about the home visit service charge, and I wish it could be pro-rated for very simple, quick fixes.

We had a close spring system that they recommended to convert over (which after them encouraging us to verify that information with other companies we found to be the standard fix for our particular spring), they converted our spring so future repairs will be less pricey.Bill was great and had us 100% back up and running in a short period of time. Definitely would recommend Door Power. We called around 8 AM to fix a broken torsion spring on our garage door. While they were out we decided to install a new quiet garage door opener and move the old opener to our third stall. This was all completed within 4 hours of calling and came in under the estimated price. Very impressed with the service.

They did a fantastic job. Called one afternoon and they were able to make the fix the next day. They also pointed out some minor on-going maintenance things I could do to lengthen the life of the garage door and hinges. Also, fairly inexpensive...$450 because I have heavy duty springs. I think its normally $250. I highly recommend them!

The whole process took about 20 minutes and turned out to be the exact price I was quoted; no attempts to up charge me or talk me in to something else. A tension cable broke on our garage door and it was all out of whack. This was on Friday July 3rd - you know, the day before a holiday. Within 2 hours of us calling them they were out here fixing it. We cant say enough good things about our experience with Door Power. They came when they said they were coming; and in fact, phoned us when they were about 20 minutes away to let us know they were on time. They had all the parts with them and when my husband suggested that the repairman replace the spring on both of our garage doors, he inspected the spring on the good door and said it was still in good shape and there was no need to incur the expense. The repairman then inspected the cables, as well, and found one that was about to give way, so replaced that cable and also replaced a portion of the track that had rusted away from exposure to winters salt.We couldnt be happier with the service and the price. The repairman was knowledgeable and courteous. The cost was very reasonable; we were pleased!
