Tranae was great and fixed my account with no problem definitely recommend going and seeing her if you want your lines done right

I chose to come to this store over another location about 5 minutes from my home because of the reviews, I was not disappointed. Both Cliff and Tranae were remarkable. Friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make certain that I was happy with my customer experience.

I went in to upgrade my phone. The wait was a little long, but it was worth it. Tranae was super helpful, friendly, and hilarious. She answered any questions that we had and ensured we were happy customers. I would definitely go back!

Saw the reviews so I came to this store to switch over from Verizon to T-mobile, I was not disappointed. Tranae is way to overqualified for her job! Happy she is here though because the amazing service both her and cliff delivered was unmatchable. 20/10!

Where do I start? This have been one of my best experience with T-mobile. I just have to say that Cliff (Assistant Manager) is very charismatic and polite. Even though he tried to activate 6 new lines under my account!! 😂😂 just kidding. Also Tranae (Manager) knows exactly what to say and do! Whoop whoop 🙌🏽. We dealt with Cliff from the drum hill location in Chelmsford. Very friendly from the start. Cliff helped us with getting my 88 year old mother a phone at a reasonable price. He also helped us to get the youtube tv and possibly the philo tv. All in all it was a great visit with Cliff. His Manager was very nice as well.

Some of the best customer service Ie experienced anywhere from the entire team. Been working with Cliff since Ive been a coming here (give this man a raise ASAP), Jacob is was helpful the one time I had him help me, and Tranae is one of the best managers Ive come across at any business. I enjoy coming in to speak with them in general because theyre all cool people and give me incentive to stay with T-Mobile because I dont know how customer service would be elsewhere. This is a phone carriers superteam right here!

I had a lease for the past 18 months. I had gone to a different tire that rushed me through the process. I wanted to make sure I got ALL of my questions answered. I went in to by my first iPhone. My phone has been acting up, files full, may not work properly..I understood and completed a hard reset per phone instructions. But my contacts were erased. I would first of all like to say TY to Clifford & Jeremy they greeted me with the outmost sincere and smile, I proceeded to tell them how I had purchased a new phone the day before at another store (chelmsford st) and how the protective cover came off right away, They both took the time and while one was helping with the screen protector the other was helping me choose new gadgets for my new galaxy s21+, I mean they didnt even have the courtesy of telling me at the other store that the new phones do not come with the charger. So needless to say my Experience with the Tmobile on drumhill was amazing, hey they even let me know about the promos going on talk about 100% customer service, they even noticed i worked for Lowell General and thanked me for my service. Ive already have visited multiple locations, needing desperate help with my phones and understanding what is this bill amount. I walked in right away i was greeted by Mia Nguyen, was so helpful and knew everything i asked questions about phones prices plans. I never upgrade my phones only for my kids. Mia Looked at my phone and bill communicated CLEARLY everything the customer service from her was outstanding she went above and beyond to fix my phone issues as well as an amazing deal with a new phone, im not sure who reads this but id also like to add how it took a little while and as i was there, Mia worked with with me along with many other customers some one give this kid an award, because no matter what she stayed positive assured me and others we will be helped as soon as she was available while i see other employees hanging around chatting up.
