Took forever. I am from Seattle and this is not acceptable 😂nah Im not mad, its just interesting how different the production speed, even with the same number of employees and less customers, took 15 minutes!

If you’re not placing a mobile order be prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time… very frustrating to walk in and have to wait 20 plus minutes for one coffee

Ordered ahead and my matcha tea iced latte was ready and waiting even ahead of the time stated on the mobile app 😋👍🏼 tasted quite good 🥰 although the price itself is a bit much, at least it was good.

Ok location to grab a quick beverage or bite right off highway. Doesnt offer too much seating but it does have a few tables and a bar seating comunal table. Bathrooms were average in terms of cleanliness. It has a parking lot right in front.

Baristas were all great....ice tea was great as usual.

My wife just learned her mother died in another country and our heads were spinning trying to deal with the state department and trying to get an expedited passport. We needed a caffeine boost to clear our heads and Marcus the shift manager who took our order could see we werent OK. He took our orders and insisted it was on the house. This meant alot to us... Thanks Marcus! You guys are awesome.

I get my coffee almost every day from this Starbucks. Never had an issue. Love the people works there. Employees care about your drink. They remember my coffee and name.

I have a lot respect for the awesome team that works here. The job is certainly not easy but every employee always has a positive attitude! Definitely one of my favorite stores to go to. I’ve been going to this store for the past 4 years. They always go above and beyond for their clients. The store can get pretty busy but they handle it really well and if they ever make a mistake they certainly make up for it. The service here really can’t be beat!

Im kind of amazed at the number of 5 star reviews for this location. Ive been going here for 13 years, and I will actually go to a Starbucks a little out of my way rather than this one which is right near my destination because it will be faster. The staff is always friendly. But they move with no sense of urgency when the line is long, and they are not well trained. Orders pile up behind the counter before someone comes over who thinks to start calling out names. This can happen even when you have already checked in and given your name. I usually order 20 minutes before I plan to arrive there, and then still plan on a 5 or 10 minute wait to get my order.Im giving 2 stars because the staff is very nice, and the order is never wrong, but management needs to spend more time in the store watching and training.

The place was mobbed at 8 and 9 am. We never got our food. It was supposed to be ready at 8:48 am. It was not ready by 9:40 am. We had to leave as we were supposed to meet furniture delivery people at 10 am.

I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order. Ridiculous.

This starbucks is uaully busy but the staff handles it well and is always cheerful. They are serious about their guests safety and I have seen them work to ensure that others pay attention to the social distancing and also the capacity of the store.

Got my order after everyone that ordered behind me... drinks were cold... employees just stared at me as I waited for my drinks... asked for a caramel brulee latte and they gave me a latte with caramel in it... probably dont go to this starbucks location, only if you dont mind ordering one thing and getting another. Dropped $18 on two coffees and a cake pop... definitely got overcharged by accident

Went to store today. Picked up food and coffee. All was good except the Chicken Caprese sandwich was positively spoiled. Contacted CS let’s see what they reply with. The person in store told us that they are behind on deliveries due to a storm so we think the sandwich is old.

20 min for a $5 coffee. Losing money being here.. shouldve went to dunkins.. nice workers though

I have been a dedicated Starbucks customer for a few years now and I have never been so frustrated and disappointed in the Chelmsford Starbucks. Lately, I havent been able to use the mobile order EARLY in the morning when the shop opens because, supposedly, the baristas are too busy picking up messes(yea, right!), or at least thats what my app says. Then, the main issue is the amount of times that shop has had to shut down for a week or two (MOST LIKELY BECAUSE OF COVID-19 PROTOCOL VIOLATIONS). And Im not just talking about couple times. This shop has shut down more times than any other Starbucks in a 10 mile radius over the past few months. The district supervisor seriously needs to pay a visit to the Drum Hill Starbucks.

Always very busy but the staff keeps up and makes all the drinks in a timely fashion. They are very friendly and helpful with questions I have about the menu and new items.

Went here with my toddler today- who was antsy, impatient, and not happy to be wearing her mask. It was busy and took a few minutes for our order to be ready. When they gave me my drink they included a little card for a drink next time. I think my squirmy child came off as a bit impatient. Their little gift made my day, and I will be visiting again tomorrow!

I ordered from this store through uber eats. A mistake was made, and I was sent an iced latte instead of hot. I called the store and the Manager was kind enough to bring me my corrected order and a bonus treat. Most people would not go out of their way to fix something like that. I did not expect such a warm and kind response and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. The latte was delicious, as was the treat. Thank you so much to the wonderful management of this store!

Starbucks is always ahead of the curve with staff that goes the extra mile and always delivers on great taste. From warm pastries straight from the oven, to fun yummies like my favorite - the shortbread cookies. And Starbucks never fails to make my latte just the way I like it!

The Starbucks itself it average and the lack of real straws stinks but the real issue that I have with this location is the parking or should I say lack there of and the insane volume of traffic coming in and out of the plaza. Getting out of the parking lot and back onto the main road is difficult as well depending on the time of day.

I really enjoyed atmosphere at the Starbucks in drum Hill, I drive out of my way to come to the Starbucks Instead of the one on plain Street located inside the target. The coffee and the food taste so much better when the people have a happy face not like the other one

Convenient location, but busy area! Staff is friendly, but busy. Coffee is good! (consistent with ask other Starbucks). Seating area is always crowded but its not a loud place.

The service at this Starbucks location deserves 5 stars! I use their mobile app and it is so convenient it works seamlessly right when I walk in my order is ready to go!

I commute to Massachusetts often to visit family. This is a very convenient location for me as I cut through Chelmsford to get from 293 to 495 and vice versa.Store is mostly clean, parking is limited and there is no drive through. I still give 4 stars because the staff is great and they also get my order right

The Chelmsford Drumhill location is always crazy busy and you will be waiting about ten minutes for your coffee, but the coffee is made correctly with a friendly smile so the wait is worth it! I love their holiday coffees, its mainly the reason I go to starbucks, but i choose this location because ordering is easy and always comes out correctly.

Friendly staff, lines arent usually too long when Im heading through, and Ive never had a drink order come out wrong. In addition, it has the usual atmosphere youd expect from a Starbucks. Like all Starbucks, though, its pricey and can be hard to find a seat if youre interested in sticking around.

This store can be hit or miss, they are a very busy store and half the time it is fast and easy the rest of the time it is slow and some times my order is wrong or takes much longer then it should. I find the staff here tends to talk to each other more then the actual customers. The store is usually clean and the condiment bar is stocked.

Soooo... Loving coffee, conversations and enthusiasms about coffees, the barrista here engaged with me on the nuances and richness of Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. I had tried it before and, meh. So learning about how seasons and corresponding roasting changes effects can come through, I tried it, again ¡¡Smokey, chocolatey, dark YUMMY!! Learning can be fun and tasty.

I order the same thing EVERY time through my app but this time it was made completely wrong and when I asked why I was told, it says extra soy yea hunni extra SPLASH of soy not 4 extra ounces...learn to read idiot. Also the customer is always right and shouldnt be argued with in front of a full shop of people. Think she shouldve been more worried about the customers and less worried about the pictures her coworker was posting of his girlfriend...

Like all other Starbucks it offers some of the worst coffee and pastry in the country. If one is lucky you can get a tasty Americano in occasion if they have cleaned the espresso machine properly. The pastry and sandwiches are utterly hopeless. Great place to stop and relax if you are on the road and need a bathroom and WiFi.

The girl that was running mobile order and pay is super rude for no reason ! I’ve had many problems at this Starbucks the people that work here are so rude why I don’t know ! One of the better NE locations for this chain, parking is tight but the store itself is large and has plenty of seating and efficient baristas.

The layout of this store makes the flow of people in and out a little awkward. A sign with an arrow pointing to where the line starts would be a BIG help, as I was confused and while I had my coffee I watched many others either cut into the front of the line, or be confused about where to go to order.Otherwise, the store was fine, nothing special. My table was very wobbly and there were barely any straws on the condiment booth. My latte was just as I ordered it, and took an average amount of time for how busy they were. A little pricey for a small drink.

Its a typical Starbucks chain location... Hipster stay and write your novel atmosphere, common to every Starbucks location.

Since the reworking of the layout of the store, there is much confusion about where the line starts. The cashiers are nice enough, but they keep totalling up the order before I finish ordering. It feels like they are trying too hard to finish up the ordering process rather than get the customer what he/she wants. Also, the employees need to be trained better to explain to each customer that your food and drink order will come out at *that* counter. This all makes me want to go somewhere else. Also, has Starbucks stopped selling CDs?Im becoming less and less impressed with this location management. This store is right down the street from my house, but I may take my business elsewhere.
