They refuse to price match their own website. Went elsewhere rather than pay arbitrarily higher prices in store.Employees were not well trained, after asking two different ones they had to call up a supervisor to answer such a simple and basic question.

Wish I could say it was due to staffing issues but this pharmacy has been consistently bad before covid and during covid. Other locations have been better but this one is so bad that we are looking to leave CVS all together.

I have been on wait for 25 mins to just talk to pharmacy on phone for some information and I was unable to do that even after all that hold time someone picked up the call and hung up immediately. After that I tried and talk to the supervisor in the front and he said “I am sorry I cannot make pharmacy pick up your call it is out of my hand”.I was unable to get the name of the person but was a male voice and was working on July 3rd at 6.30 pm. Like this is not okay I needed to ask them only a question and what if I had an emergency question and was unable to make it to the store ? Someone needs to address this situation and solve it

Terrible pharmacy. Yesterday and today they havent been answering their phone. I called corporate customer service to complain about their inability to simply refill my prescription. Corporate pharmacist told me that this pharmacy was short handed. He admitted that was not an acceptable excuse. These are medications that people NEED. If I treated people this way in my field I would be fired.I am STILL waiting for my prescription, maybe at this point theyre doing it out of spite. Two days. Disgraceful, and I will be switching to Walgreens.

I was there on a Sunday, desperate to get the results of my sons COVID test. Minute Man only gave verbal results. I needed written results for his camp, for which he was going to next day. Porcha, a pharmacy tech took the time to call Minute Man headquarters and in two minutes it was resolved! When we called we were on hold for 20 .I minutes before we got disconnected. Thank you so much Porcha, you really saved us a lot of angst.

Janet and the whole TEAM here in Chelmsford, are friendly, knowledgeable and are helpful. I agree, there are a few members of the team who its obvious they do not want to be there and it comes across loud and clear. Otherwise, the beauty assist goes way over and above, she is very helpful. The pharmacy no doubt is beyond busy, however given COVID testing, vaccinations, etc... it takes time and answers are not instant. However, that said, being the daughter of an RPh, its their lic on the line and information/ direction and delivery of medicine is nothing to take lightly.Thank you for the CVS Chelmsford TEAM for all you DO!!!The rest of us need to be patient and respectful.

If I could’ve given 0 stars, I would have. Worst experience I’ve EVER had ANYWHERE at a minute clinic/urgent care facility. They have EXTREMELY rude pharmacy staff, with the exception of the male. I will never go here or to a CVS location ever again.

Worst CVS pharmacy in town, and so disorganized. The pharmacists lead by example, however; in a poor way. Ive literally have never been asked do you have any questions for the pharmacist, or ever offered a flu shot. Whomever is the district manager should take notice.....dysfunctional to say the least. AVOID this place trust me. Very rude associates in the pharmacy. They talk to you like you are dumb to put it nicely......

Got an automated call, on the 12th, saying my prescription cant be filled until the 12th, which makes no sense. So I called and was told it cant be filled until the 13th (today.) Today I called and was hung up on. Then I called back and was told it cant be filled until the 14th. Get your story straight! This is not the first time I have had problems with this pharmacy. Never had a problem with CVS until coming to this particular one.The staff is extremely rude and do the bare minimum here. I had a prescription for eye drops several months ago. I got a text saying it was filled. Went to pick it up, was told come back in an hour. Came back an hour later, they didnt even have it in stock! Then they just handed me the paper prescription and said try another pharmacy. Called another cvs and they were happy to call around to other pharmacies for me and see which ones had it in stock. Ill be returning to my old pharmacy because it is worth the longer drive to never deal with these people again.

Technicians need to learn basic customer service. Extremely rude. Also this pharmacy does not offer to counsel patients on their medications which is illegal in the state of Massachusetts

I wish I could give this CVS ZERO stars!! the worst customer service ever...second time now that I have ordered photos for 1 hour pick up. Today I placed an order online at 930AM and already paid for it. Received and email saying they will be ready at 1030AM...called them at 1230PM due to my previous experience with printing photos to make sure they got the order and I was told they were short staffed and will have someone “finish it” by 2PM. AKA start the order because nobody paid attention and they just realized my order when I called...my boyfriend goes in at 150PM and they aren’t even close to being finished...because they “ran out of paper.” Excuses excuses excuses!!! FINALLY he comes back out and told me they gave him 25% off and charged him $30 for the photos that I ALREADY PAID FOR!! it is currently 230PM and is now inside trying to get the money back! TERRIBLE!! I will never ever ever step foot inside of this CVS again! Shame on CVS for allowing such careless people to work for them!

I have traditionally gone to cvs over other convenience stores in my life, however this stands out as one of the worst cvs stores I have ever been to. After being told 15 to 20 minutes to fill a prescription I returned an hour later where I was told they were still working on it, and then was told they only had 1 done and that it was another 20 minutes for the second one. But that I could also come inside and get it over the counter. However I was sick and could not go inside. Staff was completely clueless and unhelpful.

Terrible, phone calls dont work, signing up on line doesnt work. IVE COMPLAINED A FEW TIMES BUT ITS NO USE. Unable to talk to a human person and left on hold for more than 15 minutes and then the phone goes dead

Cashier could NOT produce a teceipt for my credit card purchase.On-duty manager could NOT either.I called CVS Headquarters.Was promised call back by aProblem solver within 2 days.This was almost 2-Weeks ago.Never heard from Anyone!! : (

Ordered photos online but my promo code would not work. The sales associate in the store wouldnt Price adjust for me, so instead I wasted 10 minutes trying to get the photo kiosk to work. I finally gave up and left my 100 prints behind. SMH.

Always short staffed no matter what time of day. Pharmacy staff can be rude and dismissive. Prescriptions are never ready when promised, even when they text you to pick them up! It’s really unbelievable. Never a happy face around the back of the store at the Pharmacy, stay away from there! Really, who’s the manager here? Or is it poorly run with a revolving managers door? Soooo bad...

If I could give no stars or negative I would.Calling or going through drive through is very short, inhuman service. We are patients mostly with some sort of issue physically or injury that need someone to be attentive and kind. I called to ask about delivery. I needed clarification on what they meant, mail service, somebody drives over meds? All the female said was idc go to the app, I said where on website I dont have app, she said idk. Then she said Mail service I said you delivery meaning USPS? With a huge attitude she said, didnt you just ask about delivery? I got mgr next, told him, and he never apologized just said Im trying to figure out where she had an attitude? Her taking direction from this male just explained a lot about horrible uncaring people in pharmacy. I have gone thru pharmacy and sev times they talk at you not to you, they are bothered with your needing to pickup something and dont want to deal with you, again not a few times or once, all the time I go.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacy staff was rude and dismissive. Asked for help from the pharmacy tech about finding a product and was told she doesnt personally stock that so i need to talk to consultation. I go to consultation and the pharmacist dismisses me and tells me i need to ask upfront. The pharmacy tech just stood there...wow thanks for the help. I go up front to ask a cashier and am told whatever is out is what we have and acts confused. Wow no help at all. Will not be shopping there ever again.

Not once has my prescription been ready. Each month a different pharmacist says we have nothing for you... then they miraculously find the nonexistent prescription and tell me to come back while they refill it. EVERY SINGLE MONTH... & today Ive decided to finally switch pharmacies. You suck CVS

Prices and inventory...why have store brand zyrtec d at 16 bucks when you can have name brand and 27. All year last year...looks like a solid revenue driving strategy on their part carried forward to help drive another successful fiscal year.

Terrible customer service. Every time I have to pick up a prescription there is an issue and it is never accurate or on time. They are rude and dismissive and I’ll be transferring to Walgreens up the street. Don’t waste your time.

People going to the pharmacy be forewarned!!! Make sure you double check your prescription because they screw up constantly. I have had problems with getting my meds filled properly on several occasions and have made several complaints. I foolishly decided to give them another chance and I regret doing so because I am yet again needing them to correct an error in my fill

Spoiling myself to the buy 2 get one free King size candies they display at the registers turned into me getting scolded at by Linda who was ringing me out. Happened to grab a normal size bag of m&ms by mistake and when I noticed it on the screen where it said my total, I pointed out I did not get the 3rd free. Linda proceeded to scold me well its not the right size and you have different sizes here getting flustered because she was obviously annoyed she had to void out that one bag of m&ms, another female employee said no they are buy one get one for 25 cents. Now being ganged up on I probably justified it was a mistake 3 times? And I pointed out if just grab the king size m&ms bag (that I meant to grab in the first place) and be done with it. So long story short, at 7:20 tonight I made up my mind I was no long going to be visiting this cvs.

Most clueless incompetent phaenacy location I have seen. To many screw ups with medication I have been prescribed. Went here near where I work. The pharmacies in this area suck and I stuck with where I usually go in New Hampshire. Even CVS is better. Screw you guys

I hate to give a bad review but it seems like the prices here are borderline astronomical. I go in there to buy a few minor things and I have to spend $50+. Theres been several times where the cashier told me my total and my jaw just dropped. The fact that a case of Poland Spring here is $6.50 and its $4.99 everywhere else just shows that their prices are through the roof.

I been at this CVS many times. Customer service no good. Their machine never except my coupon. Cashier never helpful sometime rude when I show them my CVS rewards.
