I’m very pleased my doctor recommended Beltone for my hearing aids. Ryan is extremely knowledgable and very friendly. He explains everything so that you can understand from a patients perspective. He’s gone above and beyond with me personally as I’ve had some difficulties adjusting to the hearing aids.His staff has excellent customer services skills, and will work with you if you need appointments etc. You will not be disappointed!

I called the Beltone office and explained my problem to Diana. My issue was that although my aids were working there was no amplification. I assumed that my ear was blocked with wax. This was complicated bythe fact that my wife and I were flying to California the next day. She told me that they would squeeze me in. I went and Ryan McKallagat took me in and with his expert examination found that my problem was not ear wax but blocked microphones. He cleaned the microphones as well as my ears. The amazing thing was that this was a busy Friday afternoon!! I cannot be more appreciative of these two Beltone professionals, they saved the day.

I’ve been coming to Beltone for several years and it’s been a wonderful experience. I got my pair of hearing aids here, and the doctor was so helpful in helping me adapt. I love that my hearing aids can connect to my phone, making calls easier. The adjustable settings are great, as I can change the volume and background noise filtering as needed. It’s great being able to hear conversations better.

Shout out to Ryan and Diana for taking such good care of my fathers hearing aid needs. Everyone is so courteous, compassionate, and capable!

This really is a great place to come. The service is second to none! Anytime I call, Sarah is there to help and if they happen to be out of the office, they always return my call asap. Its nice to know, there are people who still care about their patients. I highly recommend this place!

Ryan the Hearing Instrument Specialist is EXCELLENT explaining everything regarding hearing, hearing aides and the life long benefits of starting to wear hearing aides with my mild hearing loss. Chrystal at the front-desk is efficient and follows-up with anything that pops up. Also the Chelmsford Beltone staff is friendly, patient and caring.
