Good place to fuel up before your Market Basket run. Busy store but well laid out with staff thats more than efficient

Its a Starbucks, so thats that. But it has a pretty decent staff who are friendly and efficient, so a bit better than others.

Ima give this a 3 star review .... yes, the baristas are extremely attentive and helpful, always warm and welcoming... BUT, why when I come in and make an order inside, 9 other people come in after me and get their order before I do? It seems to never fail with me!!! Today, I ordered 2 drinks and an oatmeal .. thank God something told me to ask about it because I was standing on the side for about 15 minutes, WAITING for my oatmeal!! I get that online orders are a priority, but when other people are coming in after me and Im stillllllllllll waiting for my drink/food, it gets to be exhausting and ridiculous! PLEASE make sure youre serving the customers that came in first** before going to the next customer and making them priority...

It is a Starbucks, it does what its supposed to, nothing more or less. The staff is about what you would expect, the food what you would expect. Regular Starbucks-goers will be satisfied and have their preferred drinks. If you have never been to a Starbucks, this is about what you can expect. Its sugary caffeine with fast food.

I wish i was in the middle of a shift change but I was not. They take in to many orders and took 20 min to complete my order. I guess good things come to those who wait. I was satisfied once I did get it🙂

Very poor service I go there at least 3 times a week to buy the same beverage tripple expreso in an small cup I usually add milk to my preference today I asked the lady to add milk and she was very rude and unprofessional and denied to do so saying that the beverage does not come with extra milk but it was a small cup so I was only asking for literaly just a little bit of more milk I do it everyday and is not a problem... I paids 3.91 for a Coffee that i did not even drink Im very disapointtedI like the Coffee but I think we deserve a better service

I really can’t give 0 stars but this location does not even Stan for the one start never has anything or the people that are working there are so Lazy that they can’t make a Frappuccino please instead of this location Go to Dunkin’ Donuts or even McDonald’s would have a better menu..

I don’t know what they do when making the cold brew but it taste like water and is not strong whatsoever.Also my drink only comes out right half the time I go there, super inconsistent service.

If youre going to radically change and/or decrease your hours, including being.completely closed three days out of the week. at least have the decency to update your website and keep patrons from wasting their time .

Extremely rude staff. They are always in a rush to close the shop, to an extent that they close the shop 30 mins prior to their closing time even when both their website and the starbucks app says that you can go in and a server would be happy to get you take your order.Extremely dissatisfied. They need to train their staff members to be more humble and polite.

Got my drink and it was made right.

Save yourself the aggravation and purchase a coffee machine. Ordered a basic coffee via the app. Waited about 10 mins before entering the store, waited another 15 mins still no coffee. Finally asked the barista to cancel the order and refund the money. Communication is lackluster. If you no longer have an item or product communicate that. Please hire people that actually care and teenagers that are not there as a joke.

I went to the Starbucks in Chelsea ma the baristas were handling everything without gloves they put their fingers inside the cups where they we’re preparing my teas I told them why they do that ? Is not hygiene they told me Starbucks doses not provide them with gloves, I refused the teas they got ready for me I requested a new ones they got upset but they did them again. I don’t know if is true Starbucks does not provide the employees with gloves, but they don’t have to put their fingers inside the beverages

I just drive here as it said it was open, and no one is working! Like the store is closed and it is 6:40

I love the location and the employees are very polite and very friendly. I know almost all of the ladies who work at this Starbucks, they are all very nice. The spot is clean as well. The food and drinks are amazing and have different varieties.

This location is brutal. It’s always busy, but that’s not the issue. There’s always at least 1 employee behind the counter who is more interested in socializing with a friend who appears to be hanging out & not helping where help is needed. The other issue is people who frequent this location order the most complicated & fru-fru-iest drinks that it takes forever to get a plain coffee with some steamed milk. There should be an “easy” drink order line for us simple folk.

This one of the best things to come into Chelsea. I love great coffee and their pastries as well as smaller selection of lunch and breakfast items. They are a coffee house, and as such it is simply great. Give me a double expresso and let me just sit and collect the fine caffeine buzz.

The staff is always so friendly and consistent with the quality of drinks they put out. I throughly enjoy going here even though getting your drink in a timely manner is a hit or miss.

Great addition to the area. Quality is as expected from a Starbucks. I might be picky, but when I place an app order, I expect the cream and honey to be placed into my beverage of choice, not on the side. The app order is so I dont have to wait because Im in a rush. This means, having to put the honey and cream in, myself, after specifying exactly how much of each I need, seems a touch irrational to me. Other Starbucks have no issue providing a fully assembled beverage from an app order. This is the only one Ive used that has this assemble-your-own philosophy.

I live 6 blocks from this Starbucks it has been my office, my study room and my desk for 3 years. I have grown to love the people and the coffee that come into this Starbucks. Great addition to the Chelsea ethos.

This Starbucks cant decide on hours or if they want to be open, sometimes app orders are available sometime its not. Very unreliable same as the coffee flavor. Wish they would close and replace with something that is going to be dependable.

Would not recommend visiting this location unless you make a mobile order or have some extra time. They make all the mobile orders first so each time I have gone in and ordered a coffee Ive had to wait 15 minutes or more

Terrible.Worst Starbucks location I have found. Avoid at all costs. Only stopped here because the location on 1A is under construction. Second time I tried getting a Salted Cold Foam Cold Brew (which is usually delicious from every other location!) and it was terrible. It was a blended mess, no foam. I like it without ice. Barista claimed the ice is what seperates foam from coffee. BS. Every other location gives me a nice cold foam head sitting on top of the cold brew without ice.I seek out Starbucks wherever I travel. On road trips to Quebec City (great location in Chateau Fontenec where I stayed), Florida, Pennsylvania and as far as Las Vegas; this is the worst location I have every encountered.Step it up guys #BeBest
