I hired them twice, the first time for a kitchen and the second time for 3 bathrooms. The first time they chipped the walls and the cabinets and broke the old cabinets that we were planning to use in a rental. The second time, they cut the pieces wrong, made 3 delivery attempts when they didnt bring the right pieces, broke a few and brought others on the wrong width. It took them 3 months, enough to lose my contractor, so now I have to pay again for permits and find contractors to finish other peoples work, and I still have too thick soap pieces. I called many times, texted, and stopped by the shop to attempt to get remedy. Pedro does not answer the phone or respond to texts, and his employees are giving you the run around. I am left with half of the items of subpar quality. Poor customer service, lousy job. I was going to buy more granite for the kitchen, but there have to be better granite places out there.
