Goodyear has serviced all my cars for over 30 years. The location in Cherry Hill is just great. I always wait for my car and it is always ready before the allotted time. The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is always explained to me so I understand what is being done. I’ve never had a problem and trust these guys implicitly. They take great care of my car

I’ve taken my car there about 3 or 4 times. Only once, the first time I went during the beginning of 2020 pandemic, was when they provided me good service. It went downhill from there. The dude was dishonest by saying my tire rod was about to snap and that it needed to be replaced right away; I said no, and drove the way it was for almost a year before I got an alignment service from Mavis (also on route 70) that fixed the underlying issue (alignment services are much less expensive than a tire rod replacement). Their service isn’t terrible— they are usually quick, but if they are misdiagnosing the issues of my car, I can’t come here anymore.

Made an appointment. Was seen on time and the work was completed in a timely fashion and the work was done perfectly. Will be back for more work next week.

I take my 1972 C10 super Cheyenne to these guys every time always does a great job most of the time prices are really affordable unless its a major work fast and reliable usually have my car back the same day I guess they there earlier if it is not a major job. That is very cool and knowledgeable with older vehicles super friendly and professional will not take my truck anywhere else

I’ve been to this Goodyear multiple times and I’ve always had a great experience. One morning when waking up to a screw in my tire, I called Goodyear and they said to come in as soon as I could, and that they would fix it. When I arrived, the staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. My car was fixed quickly and has been driving great. Other times when I go, the staff is always welcoming, very thorough with what they’re doing, and respectful. I 10/10 recommend!!!

My family has been coming here for years. I had a screw in my tire and my husband dropped the vehicle off. I picked it up just before closing time and saw it was marked $.00 on the invoice. I asked if my husband had paid it earlier and was informed they dont charge to repair tires! What a surprise. I really appreciated it. Also, they called to give me a heads-up that they were near closing time (I was already on the way) and I thought that was helpful.

I took my car in for an oil change and to have the battery checked. The battery failed. Mike called me and told me that there was a sticker on the battery which showed a warranty with time left in it.He suggested that I take it to the dealer where I bought it and I did. I had a new battery installed and I thank Mike at Goodyear. He saved me over $100.00.

Too expensive and not enough service

I went yesterday and asked if they had the tire for my car because it said it was in stock online and the guy told me yes. He then told me my car would be ready by 4:00pm. I dropped the car off at noon and all I needed was 1 tire changed because I got a flat earlier that day and my spare is too small to drive more than a few miles with. I called around 5:30pm and not only was it not ready but the guy tried to claim that he did call me about my car. I had no record of this so called call they left me. Then I gave him my information and then he was like oh that’s the wrong car. Then he told me that they didn’t have my tire and I would have to wait until the next day. I work for Uber and this cost me an entire day of earnings. On top of this when I finally got my car back 24 hours later there was garbage in my car and the spare was just thrown in my backseat. I am a very understanding person because thing happen but the service and the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. I will never be going to another Goodyear again.

Brought my wife’s car here for a tire patch since it has a nail on the rear driver side tire. Dropped it off around 10:20am and the manager said he’ll give me a call once it’s done. Come by 2:20pm, called them and checked if they already worked on it, manager said not yet since they have a lot in line today for appointments. I just trusted my gut feeling that something is not happening right. Went back to get the car again and saw the other cars that I saw in the morning that are parked there waiting to be worked on not yet being done and I told the manager that I’m pulling the car out from them because of their sluggishness. Never will I go back to them again, sorry...

Excellent experience. The customer service was prompt and the price was fair. I went in for an oil change and a flat tire. They found a leak in the tire and was able to repair it saving me the expense of a new tire. I would recommend.

Avoid this place like the plague. Came in with a slow leak. They tell me it’s $100 sensor. Then they can’t program it to my Infinity. After three return visits, I go to Infinity dealer. I’m told the air leak that is still there is from debris on the rim, and my sensor was fine. Infinity removed the tire, cleaned the rim, and programmed the sensor for $45.00. The mechanic said Goodyear never removed my tire. This is tire 101.Top it off Nate, the service manager lies to my face telling me it was fine, when George the store manager specifically told him I needed to go to the dealer because they couldn’t program the sensor. Total waste of time to be scammed about a sensor I didn’t need.

They were really nice and friendly. It was quite busy but i had to get tire fix.They said they had found the problem and got it fix. I didnt get charged. I left and couple hour later my pressure from my tire got even worse. It started leaking more. I had to go to another shop and they patch it up.

Had some car trouble the other day and needed my car towed. This was the closest place And I am glad I came here. I was a little unsure because I needed anAlternator and battery and this is a tire place LOL The guys were very nice and walked me through everything. They also discovered the noises my car was making a were cracked mounts. They couldn’t finish the whole job in one day so I am came back today. They did a great job and treated me with respect.

Great experience having my car serviced here. I have purchased two sets of tires and had oil change. I dont ever feel like the guys are trying to up-sell you on additional service, and thats HUGE for me.

Great people and Great Service. went in with a fuse problem and they fixed it for me with no charge. Later I got my alignment done and new tires installed, I Highly recommend this place.

Im pretty frustrated. The guy was super nice and laid back on the phone. He told me he could help me with new tires and to come in that day. He didnt specify a time and said they were open until 6. I got there at 4:25 only to find out he could not help me. He said it was impossible and that I got there too late. I feel like he should have mentioned a time or given me an appointment if that were the case.I ended up calling the Levittown location and they were able to help me.

Very unprofessional and you wait inside for about 25 mins before you helped. Everyone is “in the shop” also published hours are open Sunday but the cherry hill location closes Sunday. hmm. I Had an appointment which I should up too early then wouldn’t take me. Came back later that day around 3. Told me they have 4:30 appointments for oil changed and they’ll get me in when they can. Will not go back them. That being said they use to be my go to car care center.

I just walked in and there was a very short wait time. The mechanics were knowledgeable and very nice.

I had all kinds of sensor lights on toke it to one mechanic shop and they couldnt even figure out what was wrong. Then I toke it to good year and now my car is on the road.....

Not recommended, just installed 4 brand new tires and they gave me old tires, one even 1,5 year old. My fault for not asking first. Never come back

Avoid this service center. First of all, one of the mechanics dont know to patch up the tiers. On my first visit, they found a nail in my tire and then they patched it up and charged me close to forty bucks. Next day morning, the tire was flat and when I returned they found that the patch came off and another guy said that the person who patched it up didnt do a good job. I was shocked to see that that person dont know to do a basic patching service. So this new guy patched it well but when I hit highway speed, the steering was vibrating. I went back after a while and asked them to check the tire. He just saw the tire and said that the vibration was nothing related to the tire they fixed. They didnt event care to check the wheel balancing of that tire and in return asked me if I want to pay for the balancing.I would not recommend this service center.

Had a nail in the tire. Originally said theyd repair it for free but turns out the nail landed in a bad spot. Since the tires was worn anyways, decided to change the tire and they gave us a good deal as well as bumped us to an express service since we had a flight. Friendly staff and you get a good feeling theyre got your best interest in mind.

I had a nail in one of my tires. Took it here to get it fixed and the repair was completely free. I was in and out in under an hour!

Came in with a nail in my tire and they took care of me right away! The most fantastic part is they repaired it for FREE! No other shop that I know of would have done this. I’ll definitly be back to this location for what appears to be honest work.

Made an appointment online for Sunday and when I got there they were closed. I got there on time and was greeted to a sign in the window saying closed Sundays but the hours say open 9-6. Contacted customer service and they also said they should be open. Thanks for waisting my time.

All the good people have been transferred out of the shop I dont trust their work I had quite a few issues though they resolve them and the staff was friendly their technicians there need to be brought up to speed on diagnosing issues properly and being more careful when it comes to details using the proper parts and not forgetting to put all the parts back in when they do brake jobs and other jobs such as wheel bearings ect.

Guy on the front desk really lazy and unprofessional, not my fault he hates his job.

Do not ever; and I mean EVER take your car to Goodyear Auto Service in Cherry Hill. They keep over tightening my wheels. Ive been there 5 times to get them to re torque the lugs. Every single time I come home set my car up with a jack get my impact wrench out and the lugs are locked in place. After 5 visits and a call to the manager they were able to torque the wheel properly. Its like they think it is funny. Ive wasted hours of my life setting up my car to do work on it only to find out that they shoved 500lb-ft of torque into a lug or 5. Tonight I was doing work around the opposite wheel. Guess what? Locked lug. Will be going back tomorrow for my 6th visit and asking them to remove the lug and hand it to me so I can put it on when I get home. They make me so uncomfortable that I will be recording the incident as well.

Ive been going to this service center for a long time. Matt is one of the best in the industry. I have always had professional courteous service and have never felt taken advantage of.

Would give a 10/5 if I had the option. Just a young guy having trouble with his vehicle no triple a at the moment because I used all my service calls but not a problem thanks to these guys. Their tow service is a life saver I wouldnt have my car if it wasnt for these guys at Goodyear! Thanks again gentlemen!

Three trips for Air conditioning repair, and there is no cold air again!$1500 later, did the BBB but it goes right to Akron to keep the local Cherry Hill location free of complaints. Though Matts intentions were good, it is worse than ever, not even air flowing on accelleration any more.Tires seem to be there only strength, or maybe an oil change, but nothing bigger..in my opinion.

Quick, helpful and friendly. They changed the tire as per my request and also did a free inspection on the other tires. Will be visiting them again when tire change is requested.

Ive been going here for years because theyre honest. The even go extra at no charge. I scheduled an appointment to have my hubcabs put on as well as check all tires - no charge at all.

This is my second worst experience with Good Year service. This time, i had a problem with low engine oil indicator been showing on, on my car maintenance dashboard. With my basic understanding i raised an online service request for changing my oil and mentioned my actual problem of having an indicator on and was expecting technician to identify the root problem and fix it.I was told that brakes needs to be replaced and i accepted it, even though while driving i was not experiencing any brakes problem and i paid nearly 1100 $ for the same. When i picked my car i found the indicator was not on, and was happy that my actual problem was solved but then it again appeared on next day and my car also was jerking as it was initially happening. When i reached the service center again, i was told that they dont have knowledge to fix this issue and needs to be taken to the actual dealer.This lead me into disappointing situation and have below questions -Why doesnt the technician understands the root problem and work to address it ?Why other unwanted costs of maintenance are been shown to the customers ?Why oil change was done in the car even when that was needed ? They could have atleast see if that is at all needed ?

Nice guys, straight forward, no nonsense....

I asked for headlight bulb and coolant topoff. tech came to me in waiting area and said bulb replaced, coolant topped off and i needed wiper blades. he had 34.00 highlighted on the paper he showed me. he didnt ask if i approved the wiper blade replacement. i thought the bulb and the coolant were 34.00. turns out he replaced rhe wiper blades wothout my authorization and the toal bill was 86.00. ripoff upselking. i’ll not be back here.

I had a slow leak and tire was repaired for free. On top of that Matthew was the greatest.

Dishonest workers, when theyre busy they lie to send you elsewhere. They lied about not being able to install wheels on my car forgetting they originally installed it the first time. I called them out on it and they backtracked changing their minds. I left anyway and was very disappointed

Stopped to get a flat fixed and was told they are too busy to fix a flat.

Went to get a tire plugged. $55 to get it plugged. The tire was supposed to be 38psi with a maximum rated pressure of 51psi per the tire manufacturer and they OVER INFLATED it to 55psi (I measured this after the car sat overnight). This is a WARNING to you if you plan to get your tires serviced, check your tire pressure after they finish to make sure it is at the car manufacturers specs.

Zero STARS!!!!!! Broke lug stud off during tire installation. Suggested I drive with 4 instead of 5. I am and the Honda Dealer spending 500 to get this fixed the right way.

I wish there were no stars. Purchased two brand new tires and they never replaced the one that I went in for repair. The next day I go back they said they removed the nail and patched the tire. If that was true I wouldnt have a flat tire today and now have to buy another new tire . Go anywhere, but there.
