This is an excellent store for appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures. There is a tremendous supply.
Terrible customer service. I had a very large order for new construction. They not only screwed up my order, they were rude and they didnt return my phone calls. It has been a super frustrating experience.
Worst store to go to. Very rude. Lady at front desk has an attitude. We walked in the door and she started with rude comments. Dont know if its a jersey thing or just her but i spend around 100k-150k a year with Ferguson in my houses. This will change now.
Incredible customer service. Jaime helped me find a chandelier that would fit my custom glass shades this morning over the phone and over email. I could not be happier. If you have lighting needs (whether residential or commercial), there is no other place you should go.

From the beginning, entering the showroom-I was cheerfully greeted by Cindy. Then working with Amanda who personalized the entire shopping experience for the renovations of my kitchen and 2 bathrooms, as well as a 4 piece appliance package. Lastly, the delivery driver Brandon was friendly and prompt. I was intimated to shop here because I was under the impression that it would be too expensive. Thank you Amanda who helped me select beautiful fixtures all within my tiny budget!
Jamie was the absolute best! She was very attentive and really listened to my wishes and my design vision. After moving into our new place, we were beginning a remodel of our master bathroom. The previous owner just replaced the vanity faucets and shower rain head. They were brand new! Jamie was so honest that she recommended keeping them because they were a good brand, sleek and modern (my taste), and new. She picked out the coordinating fixtures for my shower and bathtub. Our shower hardware including the wand are terrific and the Mirabelle soaking tub with rainfall faucet has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jamie for your guidance and honesty! The bathroom looks like a million bucks!

My husband and I went to the Ferguson showroom in Cherry Hill to check out items for our upstairs hall bathroom. The showroom is filled with so many beautiful things that it was a bit overwhelming. Fortunately, we had an amazing consultant named Jaime Ricciardi to guide us in making the perfect selections for our project. Jaime was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She immediately put us at ease and guided us through the entire process. We had such an excellent experience that we will be coming back to Ferguson and Jaime Ricciardi for our next and more involved project when we renovate our master bathroom. I purchased a kitchen faucet in December 2017 and had an issue with the nozzle buttons that change spray setting. Contacted them and within a week they had sent me a replacement nozzle. Customer service is excellent. Plan to buy a bath sink faucet and lights this year when I remodel my powder room. Highly recommend.

I do business often with this location and am not one to write a review but I seen the other reviews on here and couldnt believe what I was seeing. Ive always had a great experience over the phone with this location. I always ask for Jason he has taken care of me every time I have a problem and even helps me work out some issues when I dont know what parts I need exactly. Great location but if you need anything done the right way here ask for Jason he will take care of you. He is very personable and knowledgeable and will get the job done every time.
They will rob you without a weapon... look and find what you want.... then go somewhere else and buy it... get the serial number and take it with you... order it on line... you will save at least 500 hundred dollars or more.!!!. I KID YOU NOT>>> !!!!!!..this is not funny... Highway robbery..!I found this out after I made high end purchases at this place... I could have saved 600 dollars ... that is a lot..!
I went to Ferguson’s to upgrade some appliances and bathroom fixtures when I bought my new home. Melissa was the associate who helped me and every step of the way she was helpful and had great communication. When I ordered pulls she told me to have them sent direct to me so they didn’t get lost at the job site and ensure they went where I wanted. She made sure when I made changes to my bathroom shower heads that she was advising us with the right plumbing and measurements and followed up with our builder and printed out and wrote down everything so we would have copies and understand it ourselves. She also helped us with our upgraded appliances which got delivered to the job site and installed seamlessly.When we saw everything installed for the first time we were so excited we didn’t notice that the dishwasher front was the wrong finish. For many people this would spur an experience but Melissa was on it. She noticed she ordered the wrong. color and admitted it and said she would fix it. She reached out to Miele and kept us in the loop the entire time. When they didn’t give the answer we needed she sent a picture of a stainless model above what we had ordered and said we can swap this out if you are ok with it. Wow! Talk about above and beyond.She had their guy Mike who was also amazing come out and swapped the dishwasher so we could have our appliances match.Seriously go to Ferguson’s and ask for Melissa. She is smart, honest, thorough and has great communication.Like the commercials say “best decision”
Went to showroom in Cherry Hill NJ Saturday morning 2/9/19. Greeted by Ms Kaitlin Stack customer service upon entering showroom. Asked Ms. Stack for direction of a specific product. Ms. Stack pointed just go over that way. Ms Stack verbally indicated she did not want to be bothered or spoken to.Fortunately, Donna Gambino (5 stars) was extremely helpful which allowed me to make a fantastic purchase. Donna was great!!!! Thank youMs Stack inputted the purchase order while rolling her eyes to indicate she was annoyed about completing data entry order for my purchase. Very uncomfortable interaction with Ms Stack.
My husband and I met with Amanda DeJesus last week to pick out several items for a kitchen and bath remodel. She was patient, professional, and kind with us. The showroom had a lot of beautiful items to choose from and Amanda did a great job guiding and suggesting items that were in our budget. We highly recommend seeking Amandas help if you visit Ferguson.

My sales person did help me choose bathroom accessories. But when I asked what their standard conditions of return and refund were, she asked me why I wanted to know and complained that a refund would be a lot of trouble to issue. She also made it difficult to deliver the items and suggested that I go pick them up at their warehouse. She never suggested that they could be shipped to my contractor. I wound up finding the same items and saving a significant amount of cash here in Philadelphia
Nice place....but definitely pricey. We were also browsing the store for about 30min and no one asked us if we needed any help

Extremely horrible customer service! Staff has no idea when your items will arrive despite giving you a time frame and apparently cant track it on a computer theyre probably sitting in front of. I got met with a lot of Well have someone call you back and NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK!!! Save yourself money and time and find somewhere else. Never ordering from here again. Just awful!

How hard is it to help a person without an appt? Ironically we HAD an appt and the salesperson didn’t show. I get better service at WaWa. Recommend Weinstein.
Jamie quoted us one price in person and then when we called to purchase, we were told a much higher price. We were then told we had to speak with Jamie. 3 different calls over a week with messages left and STILL no response from Jamie.
