The Cherry Hill Beauty Supply is perfect. I come here with family and the people are so nice and the prices are also highly competitive. They carry everything you can think of and the hair salon in the back is great! Tom is super friendly and great with any hair cut/ style. Definitely coming back soon!

I visited to purchase Tara hair. I was so disappointed because they do not have a large selection of hair. They do not have a variety of hair types, colors or textures. I was of the inclination that they should have more items to choose from. They have a lot of products that do not relate to hair, like perfumes and colognes and skin care products. I did not feel good about the experience here and I sincerely doubt that I will ever visit this establishment again. The associates seemed nice though. They asked if they could assist me.

I purchase several of my hair products from here. They sell high end products (Pureology). Tami is very knowledgeable. Hair clippers, perfume, hair dryers, they sell it all.

They have an impressively large selection of products, especially hair products. They have things you cannot find anywhere else from reputable brands. The downside however is a lot of the products appear old. U can see the dust on the caps of many. The other huge downside is their return policy. They only give store credit for unopened or damaged purchases. I got two products that were damaged when I opened them. When I returned them I got a nasty attitude from manager like it was my fault. This was with a receipt for over 100$ purchase. The knock off fragrances are horrible. Do not buy. Lastly they call themselves discount but prices are the same as ulta for almost all items and some items like hair dryers were grossly overpriced nd then put on sale for still overpriced. If u know exactly what u want nd cant find it elsewhere this is a good place to find it but if not their return policy sux nd for the price u can go to ulta nd never have to worry if u need to return an item.

I was a little leery about coming here based on some of the negative reviews but Im so glad I popped in. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and all of the staff were pleasant. They have a ridiculous amount of products stocked for us naturally curly girls. I especially like how they have sample and travel sizes. I could have wasted an hour in here. Prices were competitive. Will definitely be trying some new products.

This place is great- the staff are patient, knowledgeable and friendly, and I was impressed with the safety measures they have in place for covid. They have an awesome selection of products and will help you pick out whatever you need. It makes me feel good to have such a great store in my town!ETA: the prices and selection are MUCH better than Sallys

As soon as I entered the door, I was greeted in a very upbeat manner. There was a pretty big selection on hair products such as dyes, shampoos, conditioners, etc. I was at as loss because I’ve only ever used the cheap box dye. The ladies there were extremely helpful as I did not know what I wanted to do with my hair. I walked around in circles for a few minutes before I approached the counter confused. When I told them that I wanted to dye my hair but didn’t know what I wanted, the girls quickly reacted and told me what they all thought. One woman even showed me which dyes she thought would compliment my eyes & skin tone better. I went with what she recommended and I am so glad I did! My hair looks amazing and I absolutely love it! It was my first time ever using salon grade dye, so they wrote down what I should do for better results! I will definitely be visiting them again! Great place! Great products! Great manners! Overall a Great Beauty Supply Store !

I have been at this location in quite a.few years. The staff was very helpful. I asked questions of all 3 them and foind them engaging. They are well stocked and I appreciated the posts throughout the store regarding returns.

VERY friendly staff (Demetria is my favorite) and good values in mens fragrances.I may not be a Preferred Customer but it is my preferred place for mens needs.Keep up the great work.

Love the store but they are expensive with some items where you can get at another store for cheaper. I also bought foundation there once and it was so watery & expired. SMH

When I entered the store today at 10:00am, I initially realized that I wasn’t greeted at all by the 2 workers that looked right at me as I entered. Instead, they proceeded their conversation. There wasn’t a hello or good morning which I typically don’t pay attention to in general up until I overheard about 3 more people enter the store and the same woman at the register as well as her co worker immediately greeted those other customers. I told myself maybe it’s me and I’m over thinking so I proceeded to look around for what I needed. I was in the store for about 10-15 minutes and throughout that timeframe whenever a customer would approach the front counter to pay for their belongings, not only did the woman on register properly greet each customer, she also said to have a good day as well after each transaction. The second woman working that wasn’t exactly on the register even asked 1 out of the 3 customers if they needed any help. I didn’t receive that kind of courtesy or assistance at all. When I approached the register to pay I didn’t get a hello at all she didn’t say a word other than “you’re welcome” when I had to sign my receipt. After bagging my items she didn’t say to have a good day. She literally stood there in complete silence. It was just very odd as if I did something wrong and didn’t deserve sufficient customer service like the other customers.

I bought an item, henna hair color,APRICOT GOLD. I USED LESS THAN A 1/4 OF A TEASPOON. I FOUND IT NOT TO BE THE COLOR I HOPED FOR. SO THREE DAYS LATER I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN IT IN EXCHANGE FOR THE COLOR I KNOW IS WHAT I WANTEDI WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE IT WAS OPENEDI COULD NOT EVEN MAKE AN EXCHANGE.The policy doesnt allow the customer to make a mistake in purchasing. Agreed with Lena Nicolee, not only NO greetings by the lady at the register but the workers make you feel like a criminal.I proceeded to look for a hair mist, Which they didn’t carry so I took a few minutes to deciding what other hair mist I should get.When I was ready to pay I noticed the lady on the floor walked to the front looking straight at me and started to work at the other register. When I walked to the lady at the other register, I asked her to help me decide which of the two hair mist I had I should get, since I couldn’t find the one I was looking for. She pointed at the Cantu hair mist. I purchased the product but instead of giving me the bag, she did something that none of them was doing with any customer, she walked to the door and told me that the alarm was going to be activated, which it did, then she handed me the bag.Did that happen to anyone at that store before or only to me particularly? The time that I was there deciding which product to get, I didn’t hear that alarm, not once.Is that a normal procedure? Because I’ve never experienced that before. Do they do that with a particular products or people?

They stock my favorite hair dye Pulp Riot, and an amazing array of cosmetic selections. I even found a moisturizer that not only doubles as an SPF but is made with cocoa butter, which means after you use it you smell like chocolate! The hair product (for lack of a good word) I bought for my boyfriend that was supposed to hold his hair firm, it might have been a gel but I bought it a month ago, worked so well that it not only didnt move but held for around 4 hours after use. There are critiques I could make but as far as finding great products without needing a Beauticians license you cant beat it.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing products from here if you are not familiar with the brand. I purchased an eye shadow crayon two days ago which I cannot remove from my eyelids. I’ve washed my eyes twice and used make up wipes. Spoke to the manager who did not take the item back as return since it’s been opened. I also recommended removing this item from the shelf and I was told there have been no other complaints of this product. Meanwhile my eyelids are still purple and I didn’t receive a refund. Not the best customer service.

Last time I will ever shop there. I used to shop here all the time for my hair products. The workers used to be a little racist (following me around in the store) never complain. I even got their store card which they dont really push for their customers to get. However, the red-head woman always tend to give me problems. Today it was straight attitude like I messed up her damn day or talk time. She is rude and nasty. I dont steal, have a high paying job...but I continue to be harassed as if Im robbing the entire store. Probably people who arent POC (people of color) have a better experience. If you are, prepare to be harassed or be greeted with tons of attitude. Just because you hired a black women doesnt mean you arent a racist store. Never again!

Eventhough this is a nice size store with a lot of items to offer, I was disappointed at the selection of wigs or lack of, I thought the prices were high, at least give me more options to choose from if youre going to charge that much for wigs
