Although the people there are lovely, they use a piercing gun which is an awful way to conduct piercings, one of my ears got infected and I was forced to take out my earing before it healed, I would recommend finding a place that does needle piercings as I have gotten 7 now and none have gotten infected, with the added plus that it hurt significantly less during and after getting them despite my iffy aftercare

I’d give this place a three out of five stars. I would give it this because when I went there the professional was nice and kind. Although she was nice and “professional” she still pierced my ears uneven. I specifically told her I waited for my ears to close because the first time I got it done there, it was very uneven. When she marked them they looked perfect, but she continued to pierce them unevenly.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry me and my wife and my two kids all have necklaces from here wonderful staff when you’re buying and they talk you into getting the insurance. But as this is my third time coming back for a broken necklace every time I have to upgrade because they don’t have it and I spent the extra hundred200 $ what’s the point of having the insurance if I can’t get another one of what I purchased? I was there Wednesday and was told they were going to get it from another store she called her boss and she said a day or two it’s now Saturday I haven’t even received a phone call and I call and they say they’re still waiting for it to come. Communication is horrible they don’t call you back when they tell you they will. The upgrade was $170 for the next Chain up I asked them today give me some type of discount because it’s not my fault they don’t have it in stock and this is the third time I’ve come up and I don’t have the chain and still have not called back and going on for weeks. And there’s a simple no we can’t do anything for you? So why am I paying for insurance if I’m not getting what the insurance says? And they blame it on the cove at 19 but this isn’t the first time we had similar issues months before and I got fed up and just upgraded now I refuse to it’s a money scheme they get you to keep upgrading and keep sucking money out of you

Excellent job. I just got my double piercings here and the prices are pretty good! I wish I got his name but he was very quick and did the job very good!!

I finally had my ears pierced after all of these years. They marked my ears perfectly and it was a fast and painless experience, why didnt I do this sooner. The ladies were great and I would recommend them to anyone!

I got my second hole in my ear done and I loved the experience! The people we very kind, polite, and patient! They made sure everything was lined up and they told me about everything they were doing throughout the process. I love Piercing Pagoda!

Store hours say you guys open at 11am it is now past 11:30 and no employee is here to help.
