Called them around lunch time and told them the tire I needed. Showed up after work around 6. They had it done in 15 minutes, lighting speed. The staff is extremely friendly as well.

Got there at just about closing to check if they had a tire available and if I could set up an appointment early the following morning to get it fixed. Spencer, the store manager, took the time to give me all the info I needed and also went above and beyond to check my tire (at closing time now) and determined he could patch it instead of getting a new one. Told me I could come back the next morning when they opened (7) and hed have it done quickly. I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. A $26 fix instead of a couple hundred to get a new tire. Knowledgeable, honest, and provided great customer service. A little out of the way as id pass quite a few repair shops to get there, but definitely returning for future repairs because of my experience. Thank you.

Manager is nice and service is good

After a bad customer service experience at the Westmont store, I called and spoke with Spencer in Cherry Hill. Although this location is further from home, Spencer made the trip worthwhile. Great demeanor and customer service skills. He went out of his way to make sure the tires were what we wanted. Would definitely return!

There was courteous and fast

Staff is very professional especially during this pandemic. Dropping off my car with the keys and having no contact ever was really nice. Mechanics here are very good, knowledgeable, and quick. Have always gotten reasonable prices, especially compared to all the other places down 70. Great service, will definitely continue coming here.

I came to this store on 10/04/2020. I came to get my 4 tires rotated and balanced. While I was waiting to get the job done, the technician (Joseph) and the service advisor (Rebecca) approached me and told me that one out of 4 tires won’t balance or meet the acceptable balancing rate no matter how many weights they put on the wheel. They suspected that the wheel rim was broken or bent. So, the next day on 10/5/2020, I took the suspected broken wheel to get inspected. Upon putting the wheel in the balancing machine, the other store said that the wheel rim was okay even and not bend. So, I told them that Tires Plus was not able to balance this due to suspected brokenness on the wheel. So, the store re-perform the balancing on that tire and they were able to make it balance again. So, I called Tires Plus to ask them for a credit because they had provided me with a wrong information and they could not balance one tire because they claimed the wheel was broken. Upon calling them, they told me that they had performed a great jobs with all 4 tires and they were not obligated to refund me the portion of the wheel that they said wouldn’t balance. This store is very dishonest. I they told you anything about their diagnose make sure to ask them to put the issue on their receipt. So, if they were proven to lie, you have evidence to claim that tp your credit card company. Make sure you pay with card too cause they are very dishonest. Better yet avoid this store cause it’s not worth it dealing with dishonest store like this.

Stopped by today around noon which according to google it says not very busy. When I said I just need a tire plugged I was told it would be a few hours. Looked like there was 1 employee working at the time too. I would think on a saturday you would have a few employees working to take care of customers. Either way I called over to Goodyear down the road and they said it would be no problem just stop in and they will take care of it.

I had a flat that needed to be repaired. After about a half hour a guy came in and said that he couldnt find anything wrong with the tire. I explained that I had filled it with air, drove an hour away and it was down to 9 psi. He said okay and went back. After another half hour I was told it was fixed, I paid, and my tire pressure light came on again before I even got home. Now I have to go back tomorrow.Update: I went back and explained what happened. Tom apologized and told me that he would take a look at it. I dropped the car off and went to lunch. Tom called later and told me that there was a hole in the tire that the previous tech somehow missed the day before. He apologized for the inconvenience, put a new tire on the car, and only charged me for the labor, not the tire. While the overall experience wasnt good, Tom was great and did everything he could to make things right. I have managed several businesses and I know all too well that you cant ensure that all of your employees do a good job all of the time. I appreciate the way Tom handled things.

Look,dont dance around finding a places to get your tires done,even all kind of works for cars in this place. Nice people. They even give me a lower priced then alot of other places for the same product. Good place,seriously,and trust me,and alittle piky,but this places got my respect and my buissness. Thanks guys. I was traveling with work, and had an issue with my tires-low air pressure. Stop by this store, and my car was serviced right away. The sales associate/mechanic went out his way to help.The best customer service!

Good Customer Service. These guys went out of there way to make sure my sons BMW had the right tires and wheels in right places considering we only bought two tires. Later we had to replace 2 wheels with wheels from junkyard and they did a great job with installation.

Phil took time to explain everything and showed me what happened until I understood completely. I felt as though he valued my time and budget. I felt as though he looked out for me as a family member would. I totally trust him! What an incredible representative for Tires Plus! Ill never go anywhere else. Customer for life! I highly recommend them.

I went in for a full brake and rotor replacement based on what was recommended by the Nissan Dealership. Tires Plus was great and cut my bill in half because only the front needed done. I appreciate the honesty from Tires Plus and their ability to save me money by not replacing good back brakes like Nissan wouldve done.

Need new tires for my bmw. Called in to make a appointment and gave them my size and what brand I wanted. I was told that the new manager won’t changed my tires because my rims are after market. Seriously????? I’ve got my tires changed from them 3 times with the same “after market” rims. Looks like they lost a loyal customer.

So far I have never had a bad experience at the Tires Plus in Cherry Hill (Rt 70). I have bought two sets of tires (for different cars), had brake pads replaced, and had the oil changed on a couple of occasions. The team has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I have done a lot of shopping around for tires and they have always worked to give me the best deal. (If you buy tires there, they will rotate them for free when needed.) (The only minor thing to note is the waiting area needs to be updated so either drop your car off and come back OR walk across the street to the Dunkin.) Overall I would recommend Tires Plus to anyone looking for good quality tires at a competitive price.

For the past 10 years, we have consistently used the TiresPlus Cherry Hill store for tires for our vehicles. The appointments are scheduled quickly and the service completed as promised - CONSISTENTLY. Our experience this week was even better than usual! We scheduled for four tires to be installed on Sat 11/24. We dropped the car at the store on Friday at 1 pm. By 3:30 Friday afternoon we received a call that that tires were installed! This was a DAY earlier than expected! When we came to the store on Saturday to pay for the service, my husband realized that the tires we had ordered had been upgraded two tiers because of the Black Friday sale! He was astounded and thrilled that the service adviser Tom would be so thoughtful! When my husband mentioned to me the great service and care he encountered today, I immediately reminded him that THIS is one of the many reasons we STICK with TiresPlus Cherry HILL! We get three companies estimates for tires when tires are needed and Im always rooting for TiresPLus because I have had reliable appointments, quick service for road hazard repairs, and courteous employees. Every time, TiresPlus is the best deal! I ALWAYS recommend people consider this store when purchasing tires! Kudos to those who work at the Cherry Hill Store!

Staff was friendly and very kind that I will admit. But I paid $350 and the issue with my vehicle still exsist, its actually gotten worse in 2 days since picking up my car. I told them there was rattling like something was loose .. And knocking (wheel bearing ) .. Nothing was changed instead the stabilizer bar was replaced . when asked was that the sound I was hearing I was told yes, which was false . Iam now out of luck and very disappointed .

Worst experience ever! Stay away from this place. I had to go 3 times to this place to get my tire fixed and it’s still not fixed. I went to get passenger side tire changed and they ended up replacing the drivers side tire with a spare. I went to get one tire fixed and I am walking out with 2 damaged tires. When asked, what happened the staff was stumped and had no answer. Waste of time and money.

Been here several times and the person working the counter is polite, courteous, and was able to refer me to a different store when they could not help me that day.

Great service, been going for over 5 years

A little bit pissed. Took my car in & they obviously found other issues as do all mechanic shops. They told me I needed a new aitfilter for my engine. $21. As my hubby was paying for it, I called him. He said he can do it as it takes 30 seconds & its $8 at Advanced Auto. So I passed, paid for the oil change & went on my way. After my husband got home today he came in with a piece of plastic & told me Im not going there anymore. The cover to the air filter was just laying on top of it. It wasnt closed. Allowing air to get go directly into my engine. Not only that..mbut the air filter was in backwards. Im done. ...
