My account was subcontracted, without my knowledge. When I have an issue I have to call a different company. ADT does not have wireless doorbell video surveillance, like they signed me up for. I have to pay Ring for that. Totally duped by ADT. It is awful.

Theyve been nothing but a pain!! First off, they made me sign a whole new 3 year contract when I moved so they could keep me trapped in a contract. It was either sign it or pay $800 outright so I signed (and I regret it). Then they created a new profile so every time I call we go through the same 20 questions to figure out which one is right & Ive had two phone technicians tell me that I didnt use this company after I moved & they have no record of it... I have bank statements, online profile & other things that say otherwise. Ive been using them here for 2 months & Ive had them come to my house 5 times already also while calling over a million other problems- the main one being the money. You have to watch your account because they double charge you or they will charge you for things even THEY dont know about! They told me there was a 6 month guarantee or I could cancel the contract. Now theyre telling me I had to cancel within 3 days &in order to cancel now, I have to pay $1,351.22. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! They only care about your money!!

I had a wonderful experience with ADT. The rep explained everything thoroughly to me and my husband, and we walked him through the house so that he could better analyze where sensors need to be placed. He also explained things from a customers point of view, and showed us the app on his phone. He didnt try to force us to purchase anything we didnt want to and clarified our options.

A successful call for a salesman! The technician was very friendly. I feel safe and secure but feel that I was a little oversold on the equipment. . .

Very friendly and informative installer showed me and explained what every component included job was ! Ive had other security systems before and when they would come to install they would come do their job and leave, I feel like when the adt installer left I knew everything about my new security system he left with all my questions answered!!

The technician was very kind and explained how to use it very thorough. He asked if we had any questions throughout his instructions on how to use the equipment. Appreciative!!

So everyone should be aware that when you have a problem, issue, or question regarding your ADT system you are now working with a non-local ADT representative. To schedule a service to check 2 false alarms at the same window ADT charges a $25 travel fee. Not what I call service from my local Defenders in Marlton.

The installation tech was very professional - he explained the security risks and how the system could mitigate the risks, he showed me his system recommendations and the costs associated with various security equipment, and he was helpful in offering cost reductions to meet my budget.
