Highly recommend Imagine Audio. I have a 2010 Subaru Forester that needed an updated head unit and speakers, window tint, a dash cam, back up camera, and LED fog lights. They also installed a USB plug for my phone to connect to apple car play. The selection of the head unit and speakers was easy because they had everything on site to demo for me. Same with the window tint. It took a day and a half, and when I picked up the car, Steve sat with me and showed me how to work everything. I love how everything turned out, and two months later I remembered I should write a review, because this business absolutely did right by me and deserves the accolades. I would recommend Imagine Audio to anyone considering them - they were easy to work with and the quality of the work was excellent.

The team at Imagine Audio did a great job installing my new head unit on my FJ Cruiser. They also hard wired a front and rear dash cam and even created a custom mount to mount the rear cam. The whole team is incredibly nice and communication was great. They even took the time to show me all the features of the radio and made sure my phone connected properly. Highly recommend them!

I’ve been a customer for over a decade now. They back up their work from my long experience. I put a lot of miles and hours behind the wheel from here to the west coast and Canada. I have had many many types of creature comforts installed in my multiple cars and trucks. They even did some work on my Goldwing and three trailers. I found them through trial and error with other shops that were closer to home.

So far so good my tint job looks really good. Prices were average, fair market for the time. Alot of car audio stuff. JL audio, focal audio, pioneer, Kenwood ect. Led lights and off road lights. Subs, amps, speakers, tweeters, boxes. Viper Remote start and car alarms. Rims and tires...Ill update this after some time to let you know how the tint is holding up.

Thanks to imagine audio, I was able to get the quality of service that I paid for and customer service expected as a consumer. They made sure that my needs and desires were met with providing affordable but feasible in-stock options for a quick turn around. I needed a new radio, and wanted to get my existing wiring checked out because I was concerned it was effecting my battery. They tuned my amp, I changed my subwoofer, redid my wiring and also cared/tendered to pre-existing wiring/service that wasn’t their work. I also received steering controls amongst other things required/recommended parts with the service. Tom was awesome and down to earth, he really kept my anxiety down to a minimum. Very clean professional install and also very knowledgeable.... but expect to have your project delayed/ canceled if they aren’t interested in a project. I got called a few hours before my appointment after I already called out of work and made ride arrangements whom also had to take off work. They called the day before to confirm the appointment too and I also payed them a deposit. I understand the deposit is to protect you and your time.... but my time is not respected and they didn’t even care that I wasted a full day of what I was supposed to be doing. Then they said I would get a call back from Marc. Which they have told me multiples times and Marc didn’t have the decency to call me back after he canceled on me. I had to call him and get a hold of him. The film they put on my car is also torn at the top with little bubbles in it when I got my car back from them. When I went back in to get my money back they wrote my name as “D*ck” instead of Nick.... very disappointed at the service. Update.... I took my car to a new shop and the ground they used was bad and the box they sold me had a massive air leak.

This place is amazing! I called it by accident to get window tinting done and stuck with it after speaking to Ray! I dropped my truck off at 845am and they said be ready at noon,,well low and behold it was done by 1045!! They did an AMAZING job and pricing was awesome as well! My experience was great. I booked an appointment in a week, they helped me choose the right tint for my car, and were accurate with their estimate for the job time. Its easy to drop your car off in the afternoon, spend a few hours at the mall, and its done! My tint looks fantastic, inside heat is reduced in my black/black car, and now I have sun protection while driving. Highly recommend!

Called to see if they could replace a window tint that came with my truck from the dealer brand new. Guy said to come by at a specific time and told me how much it would cost. Get there and 1 guy comes out to take a look at it and tells the other guy to write it up and they say that they cant do it until next week? Huh? Complete waste of time.

These guys are the best in the area. Ive used them for sound systems, performance upgrades, alarms, lighting, and exhaust. Great to work with and knowledgeable. Now I will say its not the cheapest around but they stand by their work and it shows in the quality of the job they do. But if you want a cheap system that sounds terrible then there is a best buy down the road.

The service was excellent. I went to get a car auto starter installed in my push to start key and when they were doing that they noticed that there was an auto starter already installed. So when i came to get the key and car they showed me how to trigger the auto starter and they didnt charge me anything. A car starter is around $300 to get installed and they could have just said they installed it to charge me $300, but the employees were nice and trustworthy.

Issue: climate control lights dead after Imagine Audio completed installation of new radio head unit; here is testament to true customer satisfaction!i am a repeat customer having had IA install aftermarket auto-start back in 2012/13 time frame. when considering an installer for new head unit, while IA is further distance than others, i decided i was going with them again because of their commitment to customer satisfaction knowing the installation would be professional and guaranteed.after driving down to the shop once, i scheduled my installation for Tues May 7.i dropped the truck off in the morning and picked up mid afternoon that day.all seemed well, they did exactly what i had asked and i was very pleased with the installation. i even had an issue with my A frame molding that they some how secured!however that night (while driving @ night) i immediately noticed my climate control lights were out. i obviously knew they were working the night before dropping off @ IA.its like your dash lights being out @ night, you immediately notice.i spoke with my sales rep Thurs morning and agreed to bring vehicle back for them to inspect. i had not known they would be removing the climate control unit/module.after leaving there that morning and doing more research, i decided it was best to contact the owner.once i spoke with the owner, he immediately reassured me he cared, i mattered as a customer, and he was going to make things right. the owner went over and above in coming to my house (as i had already made 3 round trips to his shop) to grab the climate control unit/module unit, take it back to his shop for his technicians to repair (not an easy repair. the module has to be opened, circuit board removed, tiny little bulbs unsoldered, new bulbs re-soldered in place), then return to my house that afternoon and re-install the climate control unit/module. by far a true testament to the meaning of customer satisfaction!i would most certainly recommend IA and will be customer in the future!thank you IA!

Great Service Friendly and helpful

Had a previous remote starter installed here and then went back for an install on an Audi. Quote seemed high to me and information off. I went and scheduled to have it done elsewhere that promised it a lot cheaper and then found out a couple days before that the other place screwed up and had bad information and wanted even more money plus they wanted me to find my own parts on the internet. I came right back to Imagine Audio. They were great, their information accurate and their price was truly fair. They scheduled me and had it installed in no time at all. I wont second guess them again. Even when we had a glitch in the previous remote starter after a year or so of use, they looked at it and had it working quickly and for nothing! They totally stand behind their work and products. I even had one of their guys take another one of my cars for a ride to look into deadening some road noise. He suggested that I might not need any of their solutions, but rather pointed me to a garage for wheel bearings. Again, they were 100% accurate and honest even if it means not selling anything to a customer. They have my highest recommendation.

To All USE THIS PLACE!!!! Here is why!!!! This place went above and beyond to correct my car tint that did not pass Texas regulation. I had my car done before I moved to Texas and when I informed Imagine Audio they did not hesitate to correct and pay for the replacement tint, so my car could pass Texas car registration law.I would ask other to consider this company who took the time to listen first and then say don’t worry we will pay for correcting the tint, to include add a stress-free situation to me! I SAY THANK YOU IMAGINE AUDIO!

The staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful. They do a great job and will spend time explaining things for you. Only thing I am a little disappointed with is I cant keep my headlights on auto with my car starter otherwise I get an error. It still starts. I spoke with Jackson after his reply and he assisted me with my issue. So I have changed my review to 5 stars. As I previously stated, the staff here is helpful, knowledgable, and awesome. I will definitely be back if I need anything else for my car!! Thanks for being a top notch operation.

Decent spot for tint, I prefer Dynamic Tint now that they are in town. They will upsell the heck on certain films so I’d advise making sure you ultimately get what YOU want. Overpriced when it comes to audio, wheels + tires, but the internet has crushed that business and it’s obvious they need every dollar at the risk of repeat business so that’s to be expected. They’ll have story, but we know the customer is always right and wouldn’t give a pointless negative review. Fact is, I never received an original cost for them to loosen a few screws, remove an amp to come back and pressure me to spend $700 repairing it when come to find out it’s costs $350...but I’m sure they had to make some money. Say you chased me down for $95 for that 5 minutes worth of labor, after not replying to my ask to just send me the model # of my amp so I can get another to bring to you to install, but they wanted that repair revenue! I’ve sent lots of referrals their way, some disappointed expressing the same “pressure” to buy certain films that I took as educated advice... well you wanted the $95 you got it I could have paid that over the phone months ago if someone would have replied to my request. I have a 2018 Range Rover Supercharged, S5 and 2019 Wrangler... I think I was good for it :). Cheers and good luck!

This is definitely the first place I will be going in the future for any more car work! They just installed an awesome sound system in my Jeep, which they helped me pick everything to my liking quality and price-wise. I was more than happy with it because it was even better than I expected. Every option was fully explained to me and all of the guys there were really friendly and nice to talk to! They even showed me some of the other vehicles there and one of the guys working there let me in his (awesome) truck to listen to the sound system that he got to compare my options. I went there by recommendation of someone else and Im glad I did!

No need to read any other posts after this one. Called and got a quote on some window tint for my Honda Civic and made an appointment. These guys do great work and really make you feel good about your purchase. Im not some paid actor nor do I get any kickbacks from endorsing them, Im just saying that if you need any work done on your vehicle, they are amazing. Ive also had a sound system put in a previous Civic I owned and got similar quality of service some years back and nothing has changed. Great shop. Very knowledgeable. Have had multiple jobs done by them and they never disappoint. Yes its true they prefer to install gear they sell but is understandable as they know it best. Will install things you buy other places but can not guarantee it will perform and is more challenging if something malfunctions if they can not vouch for the equipment. Overall highly recommend. Only get what you pay for and this is highest quality.

So, I checked out image audio from a friends referral. I was researching speakers online but decided to visit the store and hear the focal speakers in person. I was greeted by a specialist Ray who spent a quality amount of time with me and I purchased a set of focal speakers. I was so pleased with the customer service and experience that two weeks later when I wanted the best focal speakers they carry I went back instead of purchasing online. This time, I worked with Ray and the owner (sorry bad with names) they jumped through hoops to earn my business. Fast forward to Christmas time, I referred my mom to Ray for the viper remote start. I opened my gift and my mom shared her pleasant experience she had at image audio. Online shopping is great for many things but for audio equipment I recommend building a relationship and a go-to company in image. Highly recommend, I will provide feedback once my remote start is installed.

I had my remote start installed on my car in December 2015. Everyone there was very professional and helpful. They were clear on what they were going to do and my car was done by the time that they had given me to pick it up. Very friendly and professional. Fast forward to this week. The remote start was only staying on for a few minutes, vice the 20 minutes it was programmed for. I dont live in the Cherry Hill area, so yesterday I had an chance to stop by there while at the Cherry Hill mall. Ray quickly greeted me and didnt hesitate to look at my car. He arranged to have the car looked at immediately and the technician corrected the problem. The manager took the time to explain to the issue and the correction that was made. The remote start was under warranty so there was no charge. Every person I have dealt with at Imagine Audio has been professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I highly recommend getting any of your car needs done at Imagine Audio. Best experience ever! Thank you guys for your hard work.

I wouldnt waste your time here. I went to get info on having a lift kit installed. I explained that I was very particular in what I wanted because I wanted to avoid and squeaking components. The guy at the counter with the backwards hat says well every lift squeaks. Maybe in your world kid. Then a guy named Mark comes over to follow up on what the first uneducated knucklehead talked about. The labor price changed three times and they dont carry what I want. They said theyd install outside parts and to email them. So that exactly what I did. No response. Sent a follow up email......no response. These guys might be able to install a few speakers, but if you want actual truck work done, go elsewhere.

Imagine audio rebuild my whole system. Talking bout a booming system. Man all I can say is, they are highly recommended by me. They also did my interior, when I say immaculate, thats what I mean. Quality work. I spent a lot of money, but got it done the first time, and I was finish. And this was back in 06-07.

Marcs technicians installed a remote start in my wifes Jeep. Marc took about 20 minutes to go over everything with me so I understood the features, after the sale.Who does that these days? They really know their business and take pride in their work. It sure is nice to get in a cool car when its 90 degrees out!

Since moving back to Philadelphia in 2006, I tried 3 different car audio shops and none of them had the customer service and especially the expertise to properly assemble a high end car stereo. Sadly, its seems as if finding a great car audio store is about as difficult as finding a skilled/honest auto mechanic. Thanks to Imagine, I finally own a stereo that anyone would be envious of. It plays extremely loud without a hint of distortion.....louder than I can even listen to it, which is every audiophiles dream. I feel as if I have reached car stereo nirvana.

All I was asking is to sell me inline fuse holder. “You need to know what kind of amp... if you dont know what kind of amp it’s we not going to sell fuse to you” If customer is asking for fuse - sell it to him! Customer word is - law. NEVER coming back here. Do not recommend this place.

I recently had windows tinted at Imagine audio. Im very satisfied with the work. While I was waiting for the work to be completed. I selected and upgraded my factory audio system to a custom audio system. With Steves expertise and professional installers I now have the audio system that Im very satisfied with. Steve helped me select all new speakers, amp and subwoofer for my Ford F150. All the upgrades and install met my expectations. Great service I previously took my truck to dynamic to get an auto start put in they call me and said it wasnt able to be done because my brake lights stood on Marc and his guys had my autostart in in about 2 hrs and explained. How everything worked before I left defiantly recommend to come see these guys 👍👍👍👍

I cant live without my remote start, love being able to operate it from my smart phone no matter where I am. Much more personalized service than Ive experienced at other stores and I dont have to worry about the quality of their work. I also feel better shopping at a family owned business thatll put that money back into the community especially since the price is comparable and selection exceeds other places.

Just had them install window tint, tail light and side marker tint, and passport 9500ci radar/laser protection on my 2014 Stingray...the did a fantastic job!!!!!!!Colin, Noel and Mark are great to work with...very knowledgeable and helpful...job was done on time as promised and looks great! I went to Imagine Audio for a remote start for my five-year-old, nothing-special car. What a great experience. The prep was very professional with a confirmation call the night before and prompt service when I got there. I only wish my dentists schedule ran so smoothly.But theyre way more fun than than the dentist. They have upgrades from Basic to Just Nuts and they are excited and knowledgeable about all of it. I watched them work on a wish list for a guy who came in and said, up-front, that it would be a while before he would be financially ready to go. He just wanted a real idea of what was out there. With the most welcoming, casual vibe, Steve took him through all the Levels of Cool and brainstormed with him on what was possible for his particular vehicle and budget. He documented what they looked at and gave the write-up to the guy for long-term planning and decision-making. So smart and low-pressure. The team also spent a lot of time with a guy who needed some really specific conditions met for an upgrade for his and his wifes cars. They customized exactly what he needed, told him about some things they could do that had not occurred to him as possible and set up appointments to get it done immediately. The guy walked out with a smile on his face that Santa himself would have been proud of.Because I chose to wait for them to complete the work rather than dropping my car off, I knew I would be there for a few hours, just waiting. Steve had information ready on walkable places for me to spend those hours and when I told him I had hoped to get some work done, he set me up with wifi and even a desk right there in the showroom. I was actually able to get real work done and set everything up for the coming week while I was waiting. Another bonus, they overestimated, rather than underestimated the time it would take to complete my upgrade, so they were done 30 minutes before the timeline they communicated.My upgrade was super-puny compared to some of the ones I was hearing about, but you would have thought I was the only customer they had that day. When the car was ready, Steve accompanied me back out to the car, gave me a tutorial on how to get the most out of it and even thought to remind me, as I was leaving, to leave the heat on a little when I turn off my car during the winter so that the remote start gives me the toastiest return-on-iinvestment possible when deployed of a frosty morning.The only downside of the experience is that now I need tinted windows and a cool new stereo.

The whole crew at Imagine Audio is professional and knows their trade. I went over last week to find out about getting upgraded speakers for my 2011 Infiniti. After taking the time to figure out how my system is set up (not much good information online that I could find) and listening to my stereo, he let me know that just replacing the speakers would make the highs and mids clearer, but because of the way the front speakers are used with the factory system, I would lose my low end sound. I ultimately decided not to buy anything, but without the right info provided I could have ended up spending money and doing work without getting the result I am looking for. To get what I want out of the sound system is too much to invest in this old car for now. See you guys when I get a new ride lol. Thanks again!

RE: 16 Acura ILXBy far the best experience Ive had with any business in a long time.Jackson, Marc, Ray, and everyone at Imagine Audio are true professionals and masters of their craft.Ive been struggling with noise issues in my audio system off and on for about two or three years. And it was electrical noise, or white noise, which is the hardest type of noise to treat. Its caused me headaches, thousands of dollars, and many sleepless nights. Ive been to 4 or 5 shops, switched out amplifiers, added the highest quality signal processors, bought super expensive RCA cables, installed noise filters, changed gain structure, tried different ground locations...you name it, i tried it. All to no avail...Fortunately Imagine Audio solved ALL my issues! Not only did they diagnose the problem, but they fixed it! And then tuned my system to the best its ever sounded. They gave me a clear audio signal that doesnt distort at loud volume or sound muddy at all. I couldnt be happier!Like I said, Ive been to 4 or 5 car audio installers in the PA/NJ area and they all seemed to rush you off the phone or do shoddy work or just couldnt do the job correctly. I honestly think that most shops are just interested in the plug and play approach. It seems that most installers these days just tap into your existing audio signal, add an amp, and send you on your way.The Imagine team knows everything about a sound quality (SQ) system. Especially if you need to retain your factory head unit.If you want a proper audio system installed or if you need someone elses screw-ups fixed, Imagine Audio is the place to go. If you want more than just a subwoofer enclosure tossed into your trunk or your speakers swapped or a remote start put in, this should be your last stop. If you want a high quality, audiophile sound system, this is the place. If you want factory integration with sound processing, signal adjustment, time alignment, sound deadening, non-clipping.... all that fancy car audio lingo that other shops have no clue about, Imagine Audio is where its at!I could go on and on...Im so happy with the end result. I went from wanting to trade in my car to complete elation like a kid on Christmas every time i start my car!The guys at Imagine Audio are awesome. I cant say enough good things.

Another example of great work guy!!! The folks at Imagine Audio moved my On-Star FMV from my Suzuki Grand Vitara to my 2015 Subaru Outback. The On-Star mirror looks like it was delivered with the vehicle. At the same time they applied side body moldings to my Subaru (less then the dealer cost) and they look great!!! You guys rock!!! Thank you so much!!!

Was suggests to come here. Looks like the do great work. After spending over an hour discussing options, owner told the associate they wouldnt install my speakers since they were not purchased from them. In ok with that, but why waste over an hour of my time?? Least the owner could have done was let me know himself or be told up front. Not pleased.
