I recently had Floor Coverings International work with me for a home renovation of my kitchen and dining room. We had original hard wood floors that we wanted to keep and refinish in the dining area. We also had old, gross, laminate flooring that we were getting rid of in the kitchen, and wanted to install new hardwood to match the rest of the house. I worked with both Doug and Michael, and they were fantastic - they understood exactly what I was looking for, made the whole process super easy, and my floors turned out absolutely beautiful. The only downside is now I want to refinish the floors in the rest of my house, because the floors in my kitchen and dining room look so good! I will definitely be calling these guys again, to do the rest of my home. Cant say enough good things about my experience and the end product.

I went there looking for carpet and engineered floor. The store is inviting with a good selection of flooring of all types.The customer service Doug provided was outstanding. Ive been to many stores while shopping for flooring and in none of them I got that level of attention, with a friendly and professional attitude all the time. He made me feel very comfortable and worked to find options within my limited budget. In some other places Ive been to, the salesperson would disengage as soon as Id let them know I could not afford their expensive options.I highly recommend the store and Doug in particular.

I’m thrilled with my new bathroom floors!!! Doug was very professional and helpful and Linda was always available for questions!! Doug came to my home a few times with samples when I couldn’t make up my mind!! The installers were very neat and clean with attention to detail!!!

From beginning to end I had a great experience with this company and my team, led by Stephen and Michael. I needed a complete reflooring of a workout room in my fitness studio. The underlying concrete had settled and cracked, the existing flooring was damaged, and I had a unique baseboard and mirror set-up that needed to be worked around. Stephen and Michael gave me very helpful advice and recommendations after assessing the space and talking to me about how we use and clean the space. They answered a ton of questions, provided a lot of samples, accommodated my businesss schedule, and checked in along the way. Follow up on review.Floor began to separate and door way transition came unglued. Installer came out and said gaps are common with floating floor and said to install molding to conceal the gap. Now the entire floor is separating and they will not return our calls. Guess Ill have to pay them a visit

This was our second large project with Floor Coverings International of Cherry Hill, NJ and we couldnt be happier with the result! Our sales representative, Michael Chase, was extremely informative and made our flooring selection process easy. Stephen Chase visited our home twice - first to make certain every thing was in order before the installation and the second time to ensure that we were happy after the installation. The installation team completed their job in two days instead of the three days that were projected, and they put back every piece of heavy furniture (custom bar, pool table, theater chairs, TV stand, universal gym, treadmill, elliptical machine) within an inch of its original position! Great job!

Floor Coverings International replaced flooring in a number of rooms in our home. I appreciated that Jenn came to the house to describe her companys services and provide expert advice for replacing carpet and tile. The installers showed up on time and did quality work. We were very pleased with the services Jenn provided and each newly installed floor!

I do not like writing negative reviews, and always give the business an opportunity to make things right before I do. In this case, I have probably made at least 10 calls, text messages, and emails and no one has responded. I had flooring put in and the work was done well, the problem was the entry door closet was not put back correctly and ruined the closet. I was told they would replace it, and thats where I stopped hearing back from Michael Chase or anyone else. It was very surprising and extremely unprofessional.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Will be using them for all of our flooring projects.

Just had my family bathroom floor done by FCI. The installer was very polite, clean and thorough. I thought he was going to just rip up and replace but he corrected little imperfections in the floor that was previously allowing water to get to. He really took his time and the finished product shows it. Thank you FCI, our 4 boys love their new bathroom floor.

She helped me with flooring needs during the remodeling of my new house, now almost all of my house is covered in Floor International installed products. During the remodeling, Jenn went out of her way to help resolving the scheduling issues with the general contractor to make sure things were done on schedule, and everyday by the end of the day during installation, I saw no dust no mess at all. Love the waterproof laminate flooring in my new kitchen and living room, they are beautify and true life saver with two little boys running around all day.

These guys are great. My salesman, Bill is a super nice guy. Very honest and makes you feel comfortable with everything he is telling you, from price to recommendations. Not like the sleezy salesmen from televised floorsing companies. Their showroom is HUGE with a ton of selections or the salesman will bring samples to your home. (I did both).The installers arrived exactly when expected and worked extremely hard all day to install flooring and baseboards throughout my entire condo...moving (and replacing) all furniture along the way.And the pricing was perfect...exactly where I expected it to be...and much lower than others that I compared to in the area.I can not give a high enough rating to everyone involved. GREAT GREAT JOB!
