Our representative was awesome! Metro came through again for me! I added a line for my son, which is now the 4th line, with ease. Never have an issue with them they are fantastic!
Although I wasnt the one purchasing anything (I came with a friend for different reasons), they were all extremely nice and actually LISTENED to what my friend had to say. I would absolutely come here again 😃And could someone give Anthony a raise? (The young man who helped us) He was patient and gave extra info as to how to solve the problem again in the future. THANK YOU!! 😄
Wasted my time yesterday when I came there at 5 and waited for more than 30 mins just to switch over! both workers was stuck with a customer so I was patient then when it’s my turn to get seen all servers are down the employee told me. I wish I never waited just to feel played ! My experience was not satisfactory not uh ..Most Disturbing experience I just said ok and walked out. Thanks for wasting my time corporate store so unprofessional it seems

Wanted to treat myself to a new phone so from Trenton I drove to this store. First thing I asked was this a corporate store I was told (YES). So I was helped by Divine he was very helpful in me getting my new phone and earbuds and pairing them to the phone. I also observed the other two associates assisting customers in a speedy manner. Thank you Divine 😊 💓 I will be back to get my sons and daughters phone together . Please be there.
Customer service for claims is terrible I was trying to file a claim for 5 hrs it took the 5th representative to get the process going and it said it was approved turn to find out some how after me being a customer for years turns to find out they had my information wrong. How . I never had nothing like this happened before and its still not completed after 2 days.
Only place for my metro needs. They never steer you wrong
I moved 30 minutes away and would still drive to this location because the staff there are friendly knowledgeable and usually have you in and out pretty fast. I live across from the Clementon location and they are so terrible with their unprofessional and unethical behavior that I still drive all the way to cherry hill if I have any issues. I have 5 lines now and have been with Metro PCS since they came into existence years ago. They are pretty reasonable and provide a great value with simplified plans.
For now I dont use this app.Once in a while I will it help..So cant do your job by take photos for your company.
I walked in the store to check in. Due to COVID the associate told me to wait in my car due to store capacity. Which is fine, I was very nice about it. He told me he would call me and it would be about 25 mins wait. Well it’s over and 1 hour and 40 mins and I still have not received a call from them! I left the parking lot after waiting an hour!!! I was so upset because even after I left I never got a call like I was supposed to. I was going to go back but now I will never go to this t-mobile store for anything. I feel like my time was wasted for what? If they are suppose to call me it’s not my job to go into the store and check on my status after they told me to wait in my car.
Very helpful and informative place to go. I spoke with George and his manager Ken. They did thier best to acomodate me and Id recommend thier assistance anyday.
I went in too purchase a new phone and every phone I like and would choose I was told out of stock.. A bit disappointed.
Metro pcs overcharged me on my account with no explanation, I had to go to the store because neither customer service or the Kings Highway Cherry Hill NJ store would answer the phone. It took two trips due to the incompetence of the manager, a short fat white man with anger issue. At one point he threw his workpad, cursed me, called me poor for wanting credit for the overcharge and repeatedly threatened me with violence. Good bye Metro, I am not poor and will sign with a more professional provider who has respect for customers and doesnt laugh while stealing from them.
I love Metro! The staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly. Cell phone plans are so cheap. I just HATE having to pay for phones at full price! ............ Alot of the time they have some good sales going on.
Just switched over from Boost mobile. The associate in another location started everything for me but the rep put the wrong information in and I couldnt receive incoming messages. The following day I came 2this location and they worked diligently 2make sure my issue was resolved and wished me a happy birthday and that was awesome and I am thankful to have this issue resolved great customer service and even better people, thank you!!!!

Avoid metro pcs at all costs, as in dont try to ho there even to save money, Straight Talk is a much better alternative. Two things:1. They STOLE from me.They sold me defective phone and refused to refund or even exchange.2. They LIED to me. They opened a new line for me for a $70 plan for first month and assured me that i would be able to chose the 50, 40 or 30 dollar plan for subsequent months. on the second month they refused to switch me to the $50 plan that i wanted and insisted i had to stay on $70 plan, because it was not their policy to switch plans!!😡😡😡
Tried to contact retail store and only got voice message about website and store locations. No service option offered and doesnot put the call to a live person, either service rep or store employee.
I used Verizon for a few years but recently switched to metro and I must say i am very pleased with the service I am saving so much under metro I wish I had switched earlier
My experience at MetroPCS T-Mobile was wonderful. The employee Nikkie was able to help me tremendously with my phone problems along with the problems my father was having on his phone. Thanks to her patients and diligent efforts our problems were solved. She is truly an asset to your establishment. Looking forward to seeing her again when I come to pick up my home internet modem. Five stars service!!!!!

I thought it was going to be a nightmare... All nos, sorry we cant, and the system wont let me do anything... But it wasnt ... They saw my frustrations, made a neutral opinion based off what the heard and tried themselves off my phone, and helped me like a really professional business. 5 stars.. I wish I knew their names but Im sure the ones that do t put any effort in know this is not for them... If they exist their😁
I would highly recommend this store for a great deal on cellular service and phone. Ive visited a non-corporate store and the customer service was so bad, I wouldnt even rate them one star. Will only visit this corporate store for future service!

November 13 2018, I had a horrible experience with Metro PCS. I single-handedly witnessed several employees from customer service over the phone and in store be unaware and unknowledgeable about the products that they advertise. I wasted about 4 hours of my time that Metro PCS cannot give back toI was I was advised to call online then to research online then to call back online then to call my local stores then to call back online and then to research online my own self. I would not recommend Metro PCS to anyone they wasted a lot of my time yesterday and the only thing they had to offer was apologies for being a knowledgeable about the products that they sell I I also had the chance to interact with customer service Representatives who did not know their job scope and what it entailed. Im completely disappointed with this company and as soon as I have the time Im definitely switching companies.
They couldnt solve my problem so thats how Im reading them maybe if you next month Ill leave them I already feel ready so Ill stick with it for now

AWEFUL! WAS FORCED TO GETTING A PHONE THAT I DID NOT WANT AND WAS TOLD TBAT NO STORS I. MY AREA HAD THE PHONE THAT I WANTED SO I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ANOTHER STORE WHO H NEVER Happened! So I was told to go to a corporate to get my number and contents of my pho e ported over because the machine e was not available at that store! So I go TO the corporate store a d they have the phone THAT I want e en though I was told that no store had the phone! So I asked to have my info ported I. To the phone that I want6 phone by switching it its a new line! I was told that was not possible. Which is so stupid the transaction WAS done in less than a hour. So me as s brand new customer is very upset at this dumb policy and I am changing my service
