My favorite store in the area. Extremely nice people and I always leave with the perfect pair of sneakers. Every time I go they offer to measure my foot, know each shoe type to know size variations, and its always a good experience. I come from Philly just for this store.

I recently went to another new balance store and gave a 1 star rating. The Cherry Hill NJ is spot on when it comes to knowledge of shoes, customer service, and friendly atmosphere! The young lady who helped me from greeting to check out had me out of there in 15 minutes with the proper shoes I needed/wanted. I will never go to another New Balance (corporate owned) store again! Thank you for all your help!

I have a unique size shoe due to a past trauma where there were 27 fractures in one foot and 16 in the other and wear an uncommon size. I had an event approaching in two days and needed comfortable footwear for a 14 hour work day. New Balance is without a doubt the best walking shoe for support, comfort and has removable liners so custom made inserts fit inside perfectly. Podiatrist and Orthotic providers recommend New Balance. I have worn them for many years. I was told I may never walk again after the trauma. I have had a couple minor in office surgeries to release hammer toes and such but no major OR procedures.I now run 5 miles a few times a week. So since the pandemic the New Balance corporate website has had limited sizes available. So I reached out to local stores. two stores I contacted suggested I reach out to the Cherry Hill store who carries a large variety of current models and of discontinued ones along with uncommon sizes length and width. So I called the store and sure enough they had what I needed. I went to the store and found d everything I was told was accurate. I bought a a pair of New Balance walking shoes in all black, no other color at all on them as required for my assignment. You wouldnt believe how difficult it is to locate an all black shoe. I wore them twice but realized I needed a wider width, 4E (extra extra wide). I called the store because it is a bit of a ride from University City Philadelphia. Geoff Rabinowitz, the managing partner took my call and shipped them to me overnight even providing tracking. He even offered to bring them to the Eagles game, I work for the team. They feel great, look great and are so comfortable. I cant say enough positive things about New Balance, the Cherry Hill store or Geoff. This is the true definition of excellent customer service.

My husband bought me two pair of sneakers in Vermont which he thought he was going to surprise me with, but when he got home with them and I tried them on they werent the right shoes for my feet. 3 days later my husband stop by New balance in Cherry Hill New Jersey and asked if he could return them there so he wouldnt have to drive back to Vermont, and the manager Jeff was very kind and considerate and without a hassle or anything he applied a refund to my account. I am a very happy customer with New balance in Cherry Hill and I would recommend them to anybody that I know. Its too bad that New balance doesnt have stores in other parts of Jersey but now I know where to go what I want new balance sneakers. Thank you again Jeff.

Nice, pleasant customer service BUT do not go here if you want anything under $100. Go to an outlet store for that. The shoes I looked at were $135 and $180. I didnt read the reviews before going and regret wasting my time here. This is a high-end store and I repeat, NOT AN OUTLET!!!!

I had an awful experience trying to return shoes at this location. I spent almost $400 on shoes here & unfortunately didnt like any of them after a few wearings. The manager seemed to take pride in saying no your not getting your money back. After calling her other manager who was okay with me returning all three of my shoes, her response was Well my other manager is nice & we are going to refund you for all your shoes. Well yeah, you could have been just as kind but choose no to be. Its ashame because Emma who sold me the shoes could not have been kinder but her manager should not be working retail if thats how she is going to speak with customers.

CH New Balance was not new to me. The Fit Specialists make you feel at home so I could have been taken care of by anyone. This time it was Brandie. She was actually the one who ordered the walking shoe for me. While I may have known the shoe from before, she still wanted to see that the fit was comfortable and in the end utilized a New Balance insert. There was no rush despite being near closing time. Youll like the store when you enter, youll love the store when you leave.

My first visit to the store. I wore New Balance in the past, but had to start wearing shoes with better support. The place I used to go closed, and I find it difficult to buy shoes online. Great experience, Brandi is so nice, very knowledgeable. Sneakers felt so comfortable that I left the store wearing them. Now this will be my go to place.

Picked up a new pair of shoes today. Want to start getting back into running so decided to actually go in and talk to someone vs. ordering online. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Even created a 3D map of my foot and gait so now I actually know what I need in the future. Ended up with a completely different shoe than I thought I would which is another good reason to go try them on. Will definitely shop here in the future!

My fiancée and I were looking for good running sneakers. We heard a lot about New Balances but never owned a pair. We pass this store at least twice a month and always wanted to stop in. Last night we did with about 20 minutes before closing and we were greeted by Geoff. I’m glad we did. He knew exactly what we needed and it actually ended up being the same pair for both of us. He definitely chose the right pair and even told us that there are more expensive ones but they were not good for our feet. All in all it’s safe to say that we will be back for another pair soon. My wife and I visited the store this morning. The young lady who worked with us was most helpful and extremely courteous. Both of us have been wearing New Balance sneakers for years and although a little expensive are worth the money because of their fit.Will definitely return and thanks for a pleasant shopping experience.

This new balance location is absolutely fantastic. I had been recommended to this store by a specialist to get good supportive shoes to help with plantar fasciitis. The whole crew here was not only knowledgeable about the condition but were able to guide me in the best direction. A few weeks later no more pain. I have now been a repeat customer to this location. Every time I am impressed more and more. Whether they are helping me with sneakers or work boots. They always have the right stuff. I’d recommend everyone at this location and all the products here a hundred times over. Stop in and meet some great people who will help you like they did me.

The staff in this store are knowledgeable about their product and incredibly helpful. When I buy shoes I need to try on multiple pairs and compare and they make that easy. You cant get that service from a website.When stores can open again this is the first one Ill visit - I need another pair!

Wanted to take a moment to tell you about New Balance Cherry HIll, and Senior Fit Specialist, Tara Strauss. My wife and I could not have been happier with the service and professionalism of this store and Ms Strauss. It is so rare these days to get a personal specialist, that actually knows what they are talking about, to take the time to explain to a consumer the best product for them. We went in there with only the intent to but my wife new sneakers. We go 3 pairs of sneakers and a pair on shoes sent to the house. The folks at New Balance are wonderful to deal with theyre very friendly and knowledgeable. They put a lot of effort into making sure you get the proper sneaker for your foot. They all spend all the time it takes to ensure a comfortable proper fit. I purchased a pair of $230 sneakers there including their custom orthotics. My my feet feel good and I got a great pair of sneakers. I highly recommend anyone of their locations

New Balance is a quality product made in the USA. I dont know where that reviewer got their info about them being overpriced. I have been coming to NB for years. I think that everything they offer is great, the customer service is top notch. I like that its family owned and that you get treated like family when youre there. I always have a hard time getting getting proper fitting sneakers. The staff there went out of their way to make sure that my new sneakers fit. They made me feel like I was a legend. Top notch staff, top notch sneakers and an awesome value. I wont go anywhere else for my sneakers anymore.

Staff was very knowledgeable in helping me with my problem feet. After measuring my feet, he went right in the back and came out with a few pair that all fit. Not an easy accomplishment for me.

I wear a large shoe, size 16. So it is usually a hassle for me to find something that fits well. I was searching for 2 days to find a shoe as usual, before checking this store. Im so glad I went in. Not only did they have a few shoes that fit, but the customer service was above and beyond what I have ever experienced in a shoe store. Allie was very friendly! And as we chatted about shoes, i found out her father and sister both work there as well. It is so nice to have found a place, that is family run, and makes you feel like a friend rather than a target, or sales goal while you shop. I used to have to resort to online shopping to find shoes, and it was such a pain to return things that didnt fit quite well. Not anymore! Ive found my new go-to for shoe shopping!

I took my ninety-year old Dad to purchase a better fitting shoe that would support his foot than his off the shelf brand. Ive had a great experience purchaseing NB running shoes which is why I took him to the NB store. We had great service and the young man took his time fitting my Dad for which he need a lot of patience as my Dad is hard of hearing. I will be back when I need new running shoes. Thanks again.

Great sneakers and excellent service. Inserts in these sneakers were a tremendous fix for my lower back problems.

I came here today at my foot surgeons recommendation. I had surgery in November and needed orthotic insoles. They measured my feet, watched me walk, and had me stand on a pressure point machine to get the correct insoles. I ended up getting a pair of new balance sneakers as well after trying them on and feeling the comfort and support difference they offered over the Nikes I was wearing. The sales girl was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs and the anatomy of feet in general. It looks like I will be getting all of my sneakers here from now on. I recommend coming here and have them help you pick out the best shoe for your needs, and inserts if you need them.

We just left the Cherry Hill New Balace store. Our feet feel better already. A knowledgeable and friendly man named Geoff assisted us on fitting and selection. The orthotic cushioning support feels fabulous. We walked out wearing them! It is wonderful to be able to have personal service and fitting by a knowledgeable professional. So glad we did not order on line. This is our 2nd visit and purchase. We will be back!

Friendly helpful staff, nice store. However, merchandise can never be returned, not a day later, not an hour later, zero return policy. Really ridiculous if you spend $150 on shoes, take them home, re-lace them try them on and realize you need a different size, no such luck.

Another great day at New Balance Cherry Hill. Their excellent team provided me the service and expertise that I have come accustomed to over the last 11 years of shopping here. Suffering from Plantar Fascitis due to soccer flats. The NB team not understood the antomical reasons for my pain but also what I needed in a sneaker. I hate shopping! I went into the New Balance Cherryhill store looking for cleats for my hard to fit son. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did I find cleats for my son I bought a pair for my self! The staff made me feel like a Hall of Famer changing my hate towards shopping to a pleasant experience!

The team is AMAZING! They are very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks to this team I learned that shoes are made differently for different foot types. I learned that when I walk I pronate, which meant I needed a shoe with more support for my arch. I now have the 860. My knees and back are feeling so much better!! I also felt like family by the time I left.

The last time I went there they took the time and made the smallest adjustment while measuring that made a world of difference! The staff is great and I enjoy getting my running shoes there!

Went in and got the best shoe experience ever, although i have not actually ran in them yet, Brenan was very helpful and knowledgable, after measuring my shoe size and doing some feet pressure test, he came out with a shoe that fit like they were custom made for me, very pleased with this experience.
