The biggest Zara I have ever seen. Very nice and clean. The best solution in this store is that the departments for men, women and children are housed in separate rooms. But there are some minor drawbacks: it is a very big line and turn to pay for a purchase, you have to wait a very long time. But the choice of clothes is very large. The prices are not very expensive. There are not enough consultants to help buyers.Good luck, guys!

This store is huge. There a lot to choose from. These clothes are very fashionable. They are obviously meant for younger people and young at heart. The clothing isnt well made. Youngsters will definitely find what theyre looking for

I had a bad experience today with untrained employees. One told me that I could exchange without receipt and the other said I couldnt (Which I believe was in charge this morning). I explained to the young girl I had no receipt and I showed her the ripped blazer that I got from the store without knowing it was ripped. She said I could go grab another one and she could do an exchange for me. Grabbed the same exact one, went back to the front, waited again. The person in charge told me I couldnt in a rude tone way. Didnt even seem like he wanted to solve the problem beside she made a mistake and push the responsibility to the employee. If you dont know how to deal with customers, maybe you shouldnt be a supervisor. Go back in training to deal with situations like this.

Great quality clothing. Nice store. One problem: the line was so long and soooooo slow I left the 15 items I wished to purchase and left the store. Seriously, on a Saturday when theres so much money being handed out by the government and theres a lot more leniency in regards to number of customers allowed in the store thanks to mask wearing and vaccines being administered, I would think it makes sense to have more people working the registers collecting 💸cash. 🙄

If I could give it a negative star rating I absolutely would! I waited over 40 min on line when I realized I left my receipt at home. I explained to them that the style didn’t suit me & that it wasn’t a sizing issue. I explained I would gladly accept a gift card because of the madness in that store. He says it is my responsibility to care for and mind my receipt and it wasn’t his problem. Manager comes out and I asked her for her name she says she’s on private property in a UK store with different policies and will not give me my name. WOW! As Americans in America we shouldn’t give them our money with that type of treatment. 14 years of Zara and it is very disheartening to say the least! I will never shop at Zara again!

Love this store!! I can always find something I like. Since the pandemic the check out lines have been extremely long. The dressing rooms arent open and that makes it difficult when purchasing your clothes. Ive returned alot items because Im unable to try it on in store.

I was in your Cherry Hill Mall store on Monday and had several items ready to purchase when I saw the LINE. I put all of them down and left! How disrespectful to your clients. I had been a frequent shopper in your Walnut Street location and I never experience this type of line. I have also had occasion to shop in NYC where I Never experienced lines like this. I know that you think additional cashiers will cut into your bottom line. I suggest it may increase your customer base. People, especially women, react very favorably to being shown respect. Horrible management. There is a line to get in. Once in, the line to check out wraps to the entrance. Security told me there were no cashiers working. Why keep the store open?Update, I came back another day. The line was even longer. I spent an hour JUST in line to return something. Will never shop here again. Stood in line for a return only for almost 40 minutes, and when I get to the register to get the refund, the cashier asked could she short me money on my refund because she didnt have any change. The refund was for 29.90. I gave her 25 cents so she could give me back 30.15, she wanted to keep my 15 cents. Instead of just shorting herself 10 cent.. and was upset that I didnt allow her to keep my money..

Under staffs for sure. Most items are out of stock so the place make mad money. The owner definitely can afford to hire more cashiers and restock especially when they know items are quick to sale.

Line for purchase is very long all the time unless you get there like when it just open up. Sizes are limited. I guess it good for the owner that the items are good sell. Need to open more cash register especially on the weekend.

The store is clean and I was greeted when I walked in. But the lines are by far the worst, and it’s every time I visit, I believe this can be improved. The cashiers are always chatting amounts each other and don’t bother making the check out experience enjoyable.

The line to purchase and return items was by the entrance to the store. They had one person on the cash register. There were more people in line than shopping in the store. The sale people were walking around, some were hang up clothes. Everytume I go in the store the line is like that. I have walked out twice because of the line. It took 45 minutes to do my return. Zero stars for Zara. They need to hire some help.

This store is breaking the law by turning away people whom are medically exempt and cannot wear a mask. I have spoke with both the corporate number and have read up on the NJ executive order and I would be speaking with the Cherry hill store employees if only they had a number to reach them. No customer service! What if I left something behind?Very disappointed by their lack of knowledge which is in fact illegal.

Zara takes forever in store and you can’t even make a purchase online because they won’t provide a tracking number unless you chat AND they’ll charge you twice as “part of our procedure”. Quality of their clothes aren’t that great for the stress.

I was so disappointed to drive 30 minutes to this location to pick up a ship to store item and I find they are closed at 7pm when the rest of the mall is open until 9pm. The sizing selection in store is limited. They are a bit overpriced. And the line is always way too long. They have only 2 workers on the registers and they move so slow.

This is the worst Zara Ive been to buy far. Customer service is horrible, no help from sales associates at all, they dont know what they have in the store. The lines to the registers are awfully long (min 1 hour!!). Only a handful of registers are open, why not open all of them when you have 1-hour long lines?!?!?

Very poor service. I purchased items for my daughter for Christmas and unfortunately a few items didnt fit. Attempted to return the items and Im now being told its over the 30 day return policy. With the holidays and current pandemic limitations you would think there would be a little flexibility but that is not the case. My order totaled over $1,400, and Im now at a loss for roughly $300 to $500.

Horrible service by one of the cashiers. Line was extremely long, and no sense of urgency exhibited by one of the cashiers. She even opted to leave the register and go on break, leaving two of her co-workers to handle all the customers. Workers like that, leave a bad impression on the company, as It is bad representation on Zara and the company values when it comes to customer service.

Management needs to find a way to prevent the long check out lines. The lines are so long that very often the lines are all the way back to the entrance of the store. Ridiculous

Came in to return something. The woman helping me then proceeded to tell the cashier next to them that I dressed horribly and NEEDED their clothing. No whispering, just disgusting people being rude for the sake of it. I got my money back, but dealing with that customer service makes want to drink.
