Jennifer aka the Benefit Brow Expert did an amazing job on my brows. I can’t believe the before and after. The technique that she used really brought out my face. I am in love with my eyebrows and it was extremely affordable.

Needed some new make up to play with. Mariah was awesome and patient with me. Matched my foundation perfectly on the first try. Excellent customer service. Glad I chose to stop at this location.

Got my hair cut by Gianna. She was so cute and friendly, easy to talk to, and did exactly what I wanted, and the blow out was beautiful! My hair looks and feels so good and healthy. Will definitely be going back!

The staff are always helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of cosmetics and and beauty products. They are a bit pricey. A brow pencil lip gloss and travel size setting spray was almost $70.

I went for my first cut/color since the pandemic started. I was a little nervous but Ulta did an amazing job with sanitizing everything and social distancing. That made me feel much better about everything. They have markers on the floor to keep distancing throughout the store and they the plexiglass shields up at the registers. Now, Rosa in the salon is the BEST!!!! She has been doing my hair for several years and you cannot ask for a better stylist!! I got a cut and color because my hair was looking like a hot mess during the quarantine!!! I went in with pictures of different cuts and colors and she worked with me with which would work best with my hair texture and thickness. I walked out of Ulta again with a big huge grin on my face!! She did a great job and I couldnt be happier!!! I highly recommend her at the Cherry Hill Ulta!!!!

Still see dust on shelves. So that means not properly cleaning. In a pandemic? Come on. Protect everyone! I see products being added when quantity is low..but never see wiping shelves or anything.

Seriously if they sell your products you cant live without? Just order online. The staff is always so stuck up and or clueless. Every time they have a promotional give away they never have the actual give away items. Honestly its just not worth the effort to go inside and have someone be rude to you just to walk out saying I could have done that online

I have been getting my hair cut here for quite some time. In the last year the customer service at the salon has been lacking. While my stylist has been out on maternity I have tried to make appointments and they have cancelled the same day. It is nothing worse then having an event to go to and needing your hair done and having a stylist cancel on you at the last minute. When I expressed my concerns about the cancellation the staff member was extremely rude. After speaking to a manager she too was extremely rude. Now I have made my appointment to have my hair done during the pandemic and I had a dew questions about the look I am going for and I left a message for a stylist to get back to me and I have not received one. I have called that phone number and nothing was done. It was a waste of my time.

I absolutely love my hair! Emily did my hair and it is truly amazing! I have ethnic type hair, type 3b curl and this girl can cut it perfectly and I get nothing but compliments on the color. A trim was truly a trim. I could just about tell, when normally other stylists but the neck out of it.I will definitely refer my friends to her!! Thanks Emily, your a great addition to the salon!

This Ulta store has by far the rudest employees. I was followed around like some criminal around the entire store. I was looking for specific shades and was just trying on different brands to see what I liked. I had items in my hand of what I wanted and was definitely being followed from isle to isle. A lady asked how I was doing and as I was answering her, she was walking away? I was literally talking to the back of her head as she kept walking away. I had questions but guess that didn’t matter.

Alyssa Reynolds is a superstar hairdresser! She listens to what you want and then follows through, she is kind and professional and a really cool person. I cannot say enough great things about her. Now Ultas salon was clean, well stocked, and didnt cost an arm and a leg for a haircut and blow-dry.

I love this place but so items arent fully stocked like Kylie skincare and Juvia place powder.

Come here at your own convenience oras soon as the door opens. That’s the onlyTime the workers aren’t busy talking to each other. As a former retail sales associate/supervisor, I always made myself look approachable no matter what I was doing. These workers make sure you don’t look their way. For every 5 associates on the floor I would say 1 person is willing to ask if you need help.

Had my hair done by Brittney, she listened to what I wanted my hair to look like and she nailed it. Will definitely be going back to her.

I shop here 6 or 7 times a year, always large purchases. I have always found the employees to be helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Today, Abby was very helpful and she went out of her way to find a product for me. I love their Xmas specials, the 5 for 5, great stocking stuffers. The Ulta brand products are excellent.

I am really upset with the experience I had last night at the brow bar. I went in for a brow wax and I was very explicit with the girl to leave my eyebrows thick and just to clean it up a little bit. When she had finished my brows, I noticed that she had also filled them in a little. I didn’t ask for her to fill them in and I even told her before she started that I don’t ever fill my eyebrows in, but I thought she was being nice and trying to give me good service. It was when I got home and washed my face, I saw how much hair she actually took off my eyebrows when she was waxing and even noticed some uneven spots in my eyebrows. I was so upset at how my eyebrows actually came out once I washed off the makeup she put on. The fact that she filled them in before I got a chance to actually look at the results made it feel like she was trying to hide the fact that she made them too thin and that there were uneven spots. The thing I’m most upset about is that I would have purchased an eyebrow pencil for myself while I was at the store if I had known how they actually turned out, but since I didn’t get to see the full results, I couldn’t do so. Now I’m left with terribly thin eyebrows and no eyebrow pencil to fix them myself. Very disappointed.

Awesome place for makeup beginners and pros alike. Nice blend of professional and drug store brands all at sale prices. Take your time and grab a bag - youre gonna need it!!

This Ulta has a benefit brow bar, I use them all the time. Emily is very good at shaping them.

Went in at 8:30pm the store was fairly empty. Only a couple other customers. I asked to be color matched to the Juvias Place foundation. The manager rolled her eyes at me, exhaled loudly and walkied for someone to come over. The women who helped me was very nice but I was embarrassed and decided not to spend my hard earned money here.

I do believe this is the second or third review I have written about this Ulta. To sum it up this is a nice store, some empty holes on the shelves which is understandable I believe they are a high traffic store. I go there every 4-8 weeks to get my hair trimmed (I have a pixie) and always have Gianna do it as she does a great job. The staff are friendly people, usually quite knowledgeable but if they dont know something they do their best to find out for you. I was terribly upset when Ulta as a whole stopped carrying Laura Geller, now they have stopped carrying Kate Somerville. They have really nice sales and nice things on clearance occasionally. I was a little upset when I spent $400 today and didnt get any samples at checkout. Next week Ill be getting my first facial at this Ulta and will report back once done🙂.[EDIT] The facial with microdermabrasion was definitely worth the money, I noticed my skin brighter and generally more glowy than it has ever looked right away. Ill be going back in 5 weeks for just the microdermabrasion and in ten weeks for the facial+MDB. Im very happy with my results. The ONLY improvement I suggest is to offer dermaplaning; its very popular know and just leaves you so smooth! [END EDIT]

The fact that I came back to do a return what was rung up wrong and they just decided to close their store early is poor customer service. Given the fact that the employees were still in the store and would not help. Stores should have to abide by the hours they have posted on their doors! Not a happy customer!

The MUAs there are so good! They really care about your skin and whats good for it as well as what looks good! I go jere whenever I can, sometimes just to talk makeup with them. Sometimes they try to push products on you, though.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE GETTING BROWS DONE. Do not use Jazz/Jasmine. I asked her to clean my shape up and she destroyed my entire arch and plucked off both eyebrows without asking - knowing I had a wedding the next day! Completely changed my shape and left me with thin lines. Such a terrible experience. Will take me 4 months or longer to grow back, if they ever. Stay away from the benefit brows bar it is not worth the risk! You will regret it.

Ive always went to the Mt. Laurel location due to it being a bit closer to me and in an area with less traffic, BUT Ive found that they dont carry nearly as much of what I need and love as much as here! Plus the staff and cosmetologist Erica is so genuinely pleasant and helpful so Ill be coming here from now on... THANK YOU!

Horrible experience. I go in a manager or supervisor is on floor with another employee talking about district manager isnt happy with their numbers. And manger is watching everyone. I felt so bad for employee. This conversation didnt need to happen on sales floor. Maybe if you helped customers more find products your sales would be up. NOT going back

Take my girl there all the time she loves it. They have men products to so keeps you entertained. Oh and did I mention it has a hair cutter place inside.

Was ignored by associates, skipped over 2x in line because I didnt know where it started (first time in the store) then an associate brought up a group of customers who werent even IN line to ring them out ahead of me. Will not be back except to return the products I purchased.

Why is it that every time you send out a coupon I am unable to use it on what I need? Once again you have lured me into the store under false pretenses and have wasted my valuable time. I will be taking my business to Sephora who actually lets me use their coupons on what I need. I have been coming to this Ulta location for years, and I am extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service.

Would not recommend for Hair Salon. The first time I came here the lady chopped my hair so bad and my cut was so uneven I had to have a manager fix it. By then my hair was shorter than what I wanted it. They didnt give me a discount or compensate me for another hair appt. I never went back i switched to Mora Salon (a bit pricey but your hair will come out just the way you want it.) i decided to give Ulta another try when Rich ( my stylist) left Mora. I had 2 decent encounters with Danielle who I would recommend at Ulta. But today I was fed up. I called to make an appt and They couldnt give me a price of how much a hlowout would cost. They young lady who answered said “it starts at 40” im like ok, so what is the max .. she goes, “it depends” .. im like on what, she goes “if you want it washed” ... i say, well yea thats usually how it goes I want it washed then blown out. So how much would that be with this particular stylist... it depends

Was just in the store, 3/5/2017 at 3pm, middle of Sunday, was the 7th person in line with one register open. When I finally got to the register it was determined that I could get an even exchange (for a product I bought but apparently had been used and returned by someone else) and then the clerk told me I would have to get back in line (now there were 10 people in line) with my even exchange. Needless to say I left, I have better things to do on my Sunday afternoon!

A smile and a sorry let cust know you empathize when you tell them out of something they need.Dont think we have it - not a good answer. Cust shouldnt have to ask if check with someone else to be sure.its ok if dont know everything, as long as ask someone else who does.Out of ulta brand haul item on table. Employee said might be just for sale.again, is it or isnt it? If not just for sale, is there more in spot usually lives? Not sure.Can we find out?See a pattern developing?

I went in for a specific masacara and left with much more. i decided once i was there to look for a new foundation and asked for help with color matching. candace was a huge help!! she recommended a good brand for my skin, was very knowledgeable about skin care and the issues i was concerned with for my skin type. she took the time to color match me as well (which was surprisingly no small feat!) she also helped my find a primer as well. she answered all my questions about application and explained why certain products were better than others. the specific color foundation was out of stock in the store but candace made sure i had some samples to go home with and helped me to have it shipped right to my house. the cashier i spoke with that helped me place the order was extremely helpful as well (im sorry i didnt catch her name!) im someone that is intimidated by makeup and having so many choices in a store like Ulta can be overwhelming. but from start to finish my experience today was great and i appreciate all the help.

I received the ULTA catalog in the mail with the usual coupon on the back. I also received a coupon from Lancome for a free sample at ULTA. I asked an Assistant where I could redeem my coupon. She looked bothered and asked another Assistant who told me this offer was only available in Marlton, not Cherry Hill. This was not indicated on the coupon.I purchased over$50.00 of make-up and hair products. I presented my Ulta coupon only to be told my products were not eligible. REALLY! Why bother issuing coupons. I am sure this was indicated on the coupon but even Superman would need readers! A really frustrating visit.

Helpful and friendly staff and atmosphere...they will order something for you if you want it but dont see it . Eclectic product and services mix...very busy on Saturdays.

Unlike the previous review, I have only had positive experiences at the Cherry Hill Ulta. I have used the salon service, purchased fragrance, cosmetics, etc. Everyone at the store is professional and a pleasure to deal with!

While I still dont care for this Ulta, or the staff..I wanted to edit my review bc I called out a very specific employee who I have felt with since then, and she has been fine. Not my favorite ulta....usually doesnt have what I want and again majority of the staff is miserable.
