Thanks so much to Miguel for helping my mom and I upgrade our devices. He was working the store by himself, yet was flawlessly able to help multiple customers at once. We really appreciated his kindness, patience, and professionalism.

I gotta take the time to say what a great experience I had at this location. Went in to add 2 lines to my sprint account fully expecting for it to be a longggg annoying process, but to my surprise it was a quick painless experience AND everyone was super friendly! Matt took care of us with the help of Collins and Christian. I highly recommend 👍🏻 Great team.

In February I added a line to my account. I was asked explicitly by the (very helpful) customer service person if I wanted to add T-Vision, or whatever their streaming service for cable is. I explicitly said no. He didn’t push the issue, which was appreciated. I’m assuming he was new, because as he was finishing the transaction, his manager came over to make sure he did it right. He was fine, but then she asked “Did you sell them the thing?” He said, “They didn’t want it.” She looked disappointed but didn’t press him further. I assumed everything was settled.Tell me why then, when I checked my auto-pay settings today for my next bill to be paid, there was an additional $91 in charges for T-Vision? I called T-Mobile because I did not ask for this, did not use it, and will not use it, and had the charges taken off my account. If I hadn’t needed to check which bank account my auto-pay was drawing from today, I would’ve been charged for this, at which point I’d have cancelled my T-Mobile service. As it stands, I just won’t be going back to this store. I’ve sold for commission before, and would’ve been fired if I pulled a stunt like this.
There are two T-Mobiles in the cherry hill mall and I have to say after being to two other T-mobiles, and having so many issues, this one is definitely the best one I’ve been to. The manager Dan helped me and my mother out so much and was super kind. I thank him so much for all his help! He made my problem much nicer and easier!

Best phone purchasing experience to date. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delvin and Steve and unfortunately I didn’t get the other two men’s names however everyone was amazing and provided excellent customer service. Definitely going back when it’s time to upgrade ☺️
Not helpful, staff works like they would rather be anywhere else then actually help me. If I come in with doubts and feeling lost about their service I leave feeling equally lost with the same or even more doubts .
**This is for the T-Mobile on the upper level near old navy in the Cherry Hill Mall** ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Payment was processed incorrectly because the employee had no idea what he was doing. I called customer care they said no problem, they can refund your payment in the store. I go into the store and they tell me they cannot refund it EVEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS ON THE PHONE SAYING THEY COULD.... the employee was RUDE and at one point while helping me, he left the counter and went to the back of the store. I was in the front waiting for him to finish helping me and another employee opened the back door. HE WAS SITTING IN THE BACK, ON A CHAIR, EATING AUNTIE ANNES PRETZELS!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They have no idea what they are doing, give out wrong information, and their employees are LAZY and do not want to help you at all. I have never experienced this before in my life. They need to shut this store down!!!EDIT: this was the fault of this particular store. I have sorted this out with customer service and am pleased with T-Mobile as a company. THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE ASAP!!!

Its confusing to review considering there are two T-Mobiles. The one upstairs by Old Navy and GameStop is by far the worst T-Mobile I have ever been to. Not even worth one star.The one by Macys is extremely hit or miss as far as customer service is concerned. Depending on who is working; the service is great or awful. I remember one gentleman being extremely helpful along with Christian when getting my Note 8. The last time I was there was for the Pixel 3a (XL) trade in promo and service was just bad. My trade in (LG V30) qualified for the $400 trade in, however the associate that helped me said I did not qualify because of the crack on the back on my phone. T-Mobiles trade in policy clearly states that crack phones qualify as long as it is not the screen or camera that is damaged. I told this to the associate this and even showed him that the camera was fully functional, but he still did not take my trade in. Honestly, just go to the T-Mobile in the Moorestown Mall. I went there after my experience at Cherry Hill and the associates at Moorestown. The trainee knew much more and the staff as a whole was extremely helpful through my entire time there. I dont plan on shopping at the T-Mobile in the Cherry Hill from here on out.
Rude and disrespectful. No customer service whatsoever. They all need to get fired and replaced. Come on t-mobile, you can do so much better than this!!!
These fellas here at the Tmobile store next to Macys get your info and use it for their personal use,luckily life lock was on point and notified me and I called tmobile told them and now theres a few investigation going on and gave me a $100 credit because of these guys that tried to use my information.This could be anyone!I really wish that this was on the news to let others know!
Horrible, took my money should have read the reviews before shopping there. Charged me twice and claim that I will get a bill credit. Now I have to go through taking them to court for a policy that’s not even explained or shown on any receipt. Lesson learned I should have continued to do my business through apple. Then the store manager Charles was condescending to my wife over the phone. What a clown.
So my mom was there earlier and Im only 16yrs old these guys were very rude to my mom and didnt know what state philly was in lol...I was totally shocked how irresponsible and not knowledgeable the manager was.Save some time guys and go to another store as they dont represent Tmobile customer service the right way!

NO STAR!!!! Not coming back in this store again... Associates are tricksters/scammers... I was a victim almost 2nd time around... first was when we switch from Verizon to T-Mobile, the associate said that both our phones Samsung and iPhone qualify for them to pay for our remaining monthly payment except for the value of the phone which I understand... but the next day when it was time for payment they said they will only pay for one phone because the other does not qualify unless we buy a new phone... what!!! but we already switched and there is no turning back... 2nd time was their buy one get one free... the associate already computed how much we have to pay monthly and all other things then my wife and I just thought for a minute or so just to think about our options then some other customer jump in so we waited for them to finish talking but we are ready to purchase the Samsung 9... but when I asked the senior associate about pre-paid so we will have 3 lines and 1 prepaid, he said oh sorry the buy one get one promo is already finished yesterday... what????... consider this it was an hr before closing, how could they forget the whole day they did not remember? the tags and displays about buy one get one are still attached... we were already about to accept the offer and bam!! we shaked our heads and left vowed never to come back in that store and so should you... they want to catch you then when you have no where to go they change the agreement...

Does not even deserve 1 star! I came in because I had an issue with my phone, and instead of helping, ERIC told me that I would need to call 611 for assistance! When I got in touch with a representative and explained my problem, I was told that it could easily be taken care of in store. I then went back to ERIC while still on the line with the representative and he continued to say that he cannot help me ( in a very rude manner ) the representative heard ERIC and encouraged me to ask to speak with a manager, which I did. ERIC would not get a manager yet told me oh I think there is one here but on a conference call. The resprensetive on the line asked to speak to this rude employee that is suppose to be representing tmobile( the rep on the line was extremely embarrassed and apologetic for this despicable individual ERIC).. he refused to speak to her, and told me its against policy I will look up your account WHICH HE DID NOT!! HE THEN WENT ON TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER!! AND AFTER HELPING THAT CUSTOMER HE DECIDED THAT IT WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO PLAY CHESS ON HIS PHONE THEN TO HELP ME OUT!!VERY DISGUSTING !!!!
I was there yesterday and they deceived me to sell the phone. They said that if I take one, the second will be free. As a result, as it turned out, after a call to Castomer service, I would have to pay for 2 phones!
