Its hard to rate Whole Foods.Im actually not a vegan but I like their vegan baked goods cause they taste really good, Their regular bake goods dont taste good they taste like soybean oil pies, cakes and muffins they used to be delicious but apparently they must have changed their recipes.Their baked goods are over priced,As well as many other products.Their homemade chicken sausage that they sell at the meat counter is delicious. And their air dry chicken is amazing. The hot food does not taste good and does not look appealing and their soups are extremely too salty but I remember when they 1st open they were delicious.Customer service is very good, Someone is always willing to come and help, courteous and polite.stores always clean.I cant give them 5 stars because the bake goods and hot food does not taste goodand they over price.

Whole Foods always has a great selection of fresh fruit and produce which I appreciate. The aisles are always well stocked and the store is clean and inviting. There are tons of non-dairy and gluten-free options too. The downside is prices are a bit high and the bakery items are good but not amazing.

Everyone was so helpful kind and considerate. You dont see service like this very often. It was a pleasure to shop there! Thank you Whole Foods staff! :)

Such a great store! Im vegan and Wholefoods always has a nice smattering of old/new vegan stuffs. Yesterday I picked up Rhythm organic cauliflower bites, crunchy, cheesie, noochie deliciousness! I love always finding new stuffs💕

Ordered on line they Amazon. Picked up curbside. Theres a great feature to let them know when youre 10 minutes away! My order was brought right out as soon as I let them know which spot I had parked in.

Love this Whole Foods. It is alway pristine and they have Pizzeria quality Pizza which is an amazing feat in NJ. Their bakery is also top notch. I highly recommend their in-house Sourdough loaf.

Being Consistent with the Service ProvidedOver the years I have visited this chain of stores and the service has been pretty good or satisfying. However, today was quiet an exception for some strange reasons.What I like about the store is the variety of organic items from a pin to an anchor. The prices are great as well. Good value for your money. I must give a shout out to the men in the seafood department. Well done on the consistent service.Today 4/17/21 the front of house manager and my cashier was off. My prime number did not work and it was handled in a loud and almost rude way. A client saw the confusion and offered up his card for the discount. This solved the issue and made the experience much better.Again to the leadership of this store please ensure that staff be provided with enough support, huddles and breaks to ensure consistent flawless consumer experience. The culture is wholesomeness and that must be upheld through whatever means. Again thanks for serving our local community with good, clean and wholesome choices.Today’s experience was not good.

I prefer this Wholefoods to the one on 73. Usually have what Im looking for. The new self check-out makes it much faster than it used to be. The amazon returns are ALWAYS fast and easy.

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and have shown nothing but amazing service. Which is why this review makes me upset to make but something has to change. I had happened to be with my girlfriend grabbing some groceries that we needed for the house and as I was paying for my groceries at the self-checkout I turn around and a lady with short hair is right behind me. I’m not the type of person to jump to conclusions but I was the only one there and as soon as I turned around she looked the other way. I guess she wanted to see if I had paid for all of my groceries. It was humiliating and degrading. This was totally unprofessional of her and the management of Whole Foods needs to address this immediately. You won’t be seeing me in there again

Enjoy shopping at Whole Foods, dont do all my shopping just the things I like. I find some of their items too expensive. It helps having Prime membership.

I absolutely love this wholefoods location. They have the best organic produce in the area. The organic apple selection is amazing.

I love being able to go into such an organized and clean store, being able to find exactly what I am looking for without frustration.

The fresh produce is why I come here. Its always good to see that and they never disappoint! My only complaint is that the prices can get expensive at times.

Quiet easy breezy shopping at this whole foods. Its not so busy and thats nice to navigate the aisles without fighting to find the products you like. Hot bar is decent, coffee bar is awesome, and they have a noodle bar type of restaurant inside the store.

I always have a positive experience when visiting Whole Foods, the food may be a little pricey but for its quality and health purposes you can’t beat it

This supermarket has the best grass-fed beef and organic, whole trade bananas. I always buy the sockeye salmon, Suja Green Delight and Garden of Flavor The Grasshopper here. They also have free range eggs, not just cage-free which, in some instances, are just as bad as regular eggs. For fresh produce, this is the place to go.

I love Whole Foods. Its always fresh. Their 365 brand is better than many name brands.

After some time I have decided to revise my review, and the following Review should provide a better description of this location. This Wholefoods has superior products to most markets, and they provide exclellent customer service. The staff is always very warm as well as friendly. My family and I frequent this Whole Foods multiple times a week, and the expirence we have is always better than the last time. Their products are fairly priced, and I can confidently say this Whole Foods is the one to go to. We have had some negative expirences with the Marlton location, but this location’s quality products by far exceed the other location. The health and wellness section has numerous holistic substitutes, and I would highly recommend visiting this area. The staff are beyond knowledgeable in regards to any ailment you may have. I laud the devotion of the staff, and the company itself for its great work. I highly recommend this Whole Foods, and we will be returning again very soon. Great job Whole Foods!

What is there to say great produce, meats, an other products

The store and most employees are decent enough. However when asking a simple question to ths employees working behind the fish counter I was met with attitude and annoyance.

Has free EV charging which is amazing. I get about 20 to 24 miles per hour on my Tesla model 3. the internet inside the store is blazing fast as well. Perfect spot to charge up the car do some work and have some delicious healthy food. Just dont be a jerk and park your gas car in the ev spots 😂

I loved my whole experience. Staff was super helpful, the prices were great, the produce was fresh and the store was spotless.My only concern was there were a few people not wearing their masks properly only covering their mouth). Please go up and ask them to wear their masks properly as they are touching their nose and then produce and product

Whole Foods offers discount food shopping to Amazon Prime members. They sell high end and organic grocery items under their own label as well as other retailers.

Very spacious store with friendly staff. Very fresh seafood and meat. Love the variety in the bakery and cheese departments. My only complaint is the shelves arent always stocked. Seems like the Amazon Prime shoppers wipe out the products at certain times of day.

This specific location has the BEST butcher/meat department. Lou is FANTASTIC. Super knowledgeable! Ask for LOU for your butcher needs! This store is always clean and staff are always helpful.

Went there to buy My Son a sandwich I wanted a slice of pizza but the girl making the pizza started touching her cell phone texting after she got done didnt wash her hands or change gloves. With all this covid going around Really I will not buy any pizza from here Your cell phone has so many Germs !!!!

A great local store. They keep very clean and I almost always find what I am looking for.

I’ll never go back to that store.I went there a week ago. The cashier on the express line was extremely rude, didn’t say hi back to me, didn’t pronounce a word, silently put the receipt in my bag.At home I discovered he scanned two of my items twice so I ended up paying 20$ more that I should have. Outrageous.I wouldn’t expect such bad services in such a high quality food place. They should hire more experienced and polite people. I give it one star out of five.

Dont waste your money here. I dont mind the marked up prices compared to a normal grocery store and I dont mind the pretentious and rude customer service.What I do mind is they advertised their coffee shop as open, and when I got here it was not. I cant trust a business that cant even be bothered to update their hours of operation. Lazy and does not care for their customers.

Let me start off by saying that I love to quality of the Whole Foods products. I love going here for my food because the quality is good and generally they have great staff at this location that are super helpful and friendly.During COVID-19, I am sure it has been very hard for them to meet all the demanding needs of their customers. I can only imagine what a challenge that has been for them, so I’m trying to be realistic and fair. They have senior hour every single day from 7am-8am. I am typically waiting in line every single week outside to be let in the store at 8am, only to find out that they are already out of some of the main foods I require. I have specific dietary restrictions because of food allergies so it’s been very hard for me to find things like organic chicken breast and organic ground turkey breast. After trying to go in at different times during the week, waking up at 6am to get a spot in line and get there, I finally asked an employee behind the meat counter what to do. He told me to call ahead and ask them to hold the meats and that would ensure I get what I need.Low and behold, I called this morning and they said they’re no longer holding things because people that were waiting in line complained that they couldn’t get things. Again, I can understand it being very hard to make every single customer happy and satisfied during this time but what are people with specific dietary restrictions supposed to do? They shouldn’t have senior hour every single day- it should be a few times a week so others who need the same food can have a chance.

Absolutely love whole foods. Best place ever for vegan food, healthy food and organic food.

Fresh squeezed juice, grass fed marrow bones, andouille sausage, cream top milk, black forest bacon, freshly made ramen, in budget lotions and shampoos. Not for everyday grocery shopping for me (hello budget) but it sure does provide some serious pick me up delights - plus the coffee place is delicious.

I really love While Foods especially the one I normally go to in Marlton. I recently found myself in the vicinity of the cherry hill store so I decided to stop. The store is much newer and is much brighter and shinier however I am amazed at how different the employees attitudes are. . One of the reasons I go to Whole Foods is because I know I will get fresh fish. The fishmongers in the Marlton store are always very helpful and patient with me and my questions. Today I was lingering a little bit trying to decide whether I should buy fish for Christmas Eve today or wait a day. Well the fishmonger seemed very annoyed and when I finally decided to buy a piece of salmon he said point out the one you want. When I did so I was kind of nastily reprimanded because I leaned a bit over the top of the plastic barrier with my gloved hand. I did not touch the fish and I was a good 2 feet away. Even though he told me to point out the fish I wanted, he yelled at me in front of other customers to not put my hand over the barrier. Hey, I get it. Covid and all but it was more of the attitude and I really think he was annoyed because I was spending too much time And not doing enough buying. Needless to say I won’t be returning to the shiny new store but back to the older, but much more comfortable location with much friendlier employees.

Always will love Whole Foods. Fresh and amazing stuff. Also store is kept very well. Religiously come here once a week.

Great sales for Prime Members!

Nice Whole Foods buy the pizza is bad. It was burnt and underneath it was completely black. They need to clean the oven. It was also soggy it made me want to vomit. When you wipe the oil off and get a tissue to wipe off the black gunk from the bottom it just makes your stomach hurt. CLEAN OR SCRAPE THE OVEN OUT DO NOT FEED PEOPLE GARBAGE. ITS NOT HEALTHY!!!!!

I like this place more than the Marlton location. I dock it a score because when I call it says allegro coffee company and I cant find a phone number to call this store!!

Nice location. The staff is always friendly. However they are definitely on the pricey side as far as most groceries go. I know its because its supposed to be better quality but I often cant justify spending the amount that they charge for most products. I do like that they have lots of local goods and will go here for small shops in-between my main grocery runs.

Higher prices but superior deli food. Also fresh breads and bagels are superior to supermarkets. Every day food items I still buy at a supermarket.

Ive never been in a supermarket that smelled so freaking good!! The variety in this place is amazing. It was way too crowded on Sundays, no social distancing for sure. Prices are ok, although this place is in Cherry Hill, NJ so dont expect Walmart prices. Everything is fresh, and the sushi bar!! Wow. Dinner already made, or ready for you to pop in the oven. They literally have everything you can think of.

It’s nice that they open for seniors one hour early. However, doesn’t do us much good if most of the produce hasn’t been put out. How about bringing in your employees and hour earlier so the shelves are stocked.

Love this Whole Foods location. Staff is always helpful. Sometimes I just want to go here for dinner and lunch for all the prepared food choices. I give it 4 stores, because since Amazon took over, the shoppers they hire are quite rude, push, and unapologetic. Maybe its they are paid on volume or order, but the shopping public shouldnt suffer for it.

Next to South Street Philly, this is my 2nd Favorite store. At least half of their staff has that vibe that was in all WFs before the Amazon takeover. Great selection, and through the whole pandemic they stayed clean and fully stocked!

Fully stocked and clean. Social distancing in place and monitored by staff. I felt comfortable with my shopping experience.

During this covid crisis, it would be nice if employees could make you feel welcomed at the food store. Unfortunately it is not the case. All you get is attitude and the feeling that you are inconveniencing them. The girl who was working the deli counter could not have been more miserable. She asked me to stand behind the white lines, I did, while NO ONE else was. She then started rolling her eyes at me and giving me attitude. Sorry I came into the food store getting deli meat for the sandwiches I’m making for hospital staff tomorrow. If you don’t want to work, then don’t, its that simple.

Expensive but my 4 yr old and I love going in and picking new items to try. They have a great selection for anyone.

You have a nice seating area for about 75. I bought my $3 coffee and noticed your nice hot breakfast items. I asked around for a plate even a paper plate nothing. Instead you want me to mix all my items in a box and eat out of a like Chinese restaurant box...seriously what dont I understand here?

Shellfish is not fresh. Especially clams. Plus they are so dirty. I srubbed and soaked in iced salt water 4 times. They were fishy! Plus at Wegmans 50 clams are $14.99. Wholefoods $18.99
