My go to hat place they never dissapoint

My son likes fitted hats so we like to go there is nice

So I was just shopping around and looking at hats that were relatively cheaper and I saw this nice Nike hat for $22. I went to checkout and the guy said that it was $28. When he gave it back to me he had scratched off the part of the barcode that had the price on it. NEVER SHOPP8NG THERE AGAIN!

Worst customer service. My fiancée and I drove 2 hours to the Cherry Hill Mall looking for Jersey Shirts for the super bowl on Sunday, we entered the Lids store and ask if they were any Jersey’s available for the 49ers. The sales associate response was rude and arrogant! How do you tell a customer It’s in front of your face and that’s all we have! I will never shop there again. What ever happen to having friendly helpful associates that are always willing to help. Company’s really need to look into who they hire today because of people like him a lot of companies go out of business!!

Back in 2011 my fiancé purchased a New York Yankees ball cap for my birthday & eight years later the cap still looks brand new & I love the purple flair in my ball cap . That was the best birthday gift I ever had.

Let me start by saying I been shopping at Lids for years, and is one of my all times favorite store for buying my fitted. Anyways I recently came into this Lids to speak to a member of staff, about an issue I was having with my recent Access Pass Premium subscription upgrade. Make a long story short I upgrade my subscription online and never got any Further emails with my Lids code to receive my 20%, I made several calls to customer service to get help with this issue and was given the runaround and told to wait a few days and still nothing. So that’s when I decided to come into the store in person and spoke with Mireya a member of staff, she told me that Lids was undergoing new ownership or what not and that could be the reason that I was experience issues. Mireya was vary nice and was vary informative about everything that was going on, I was kinda frustrated that I didn’t receive my Email with code when I upgraded my subscription that I had to literally to upgrade my subscription again paid another $5 to get my 20% off my purchase. And still after doing everything in-store and waiting a few hours after my purchase I STILL didn’t receive an Email with my code like I was suppose to so I could use my 20% discount.

Excellent variety of hats .Not just local Philadelphia sports hats

I’m a retired disabled veteran, who asked for a military discount. The store manager per her name tag, stated did you join the military or sign up for the military for a discount. I said I’m now a disabled veteran, she then again asked then a different question Asking me if I volunteered to go into the military, thus do I think I deserve a 10% cent discount just for that. A simple no would’ve been just fine. This happened at approximately 10 AM Thursday, March 29 2018 shocking. Well as I left I asked if it made her feel better, and asked if she was the owner of the store. Hopefully the owner of the store will apply an appropriate practice to people that are just rude.

Cool, unusual sports team hats. Not cheap. Fitted caps are 1st rate.

As of 4/26/2018. Service was terrible I went I. To have custom hat made, and was discouraged and forced to leave as a result of and discruntal employee. There was An attitude with store manager Hillary and instead of helping me she insisted that the customer wasn’t always right and she doesn’t care and that her company will back anything. Abuse of authority. Sick. No sale nothing accomplished, but the point that she’s not fit for a manager.

They have an amazing work staff and also a great selection from visors to snapbacks to 5 panels and fitteds.

Staff was friendly, service was quick, store was clean.
