My father was in the hospital with Covid. He accidently broke the stem of his hearing aid and was having difficulty hearing the doctors. I dropped the device off and the receptionist April was soo helpful. They called later that day and said they would get it fixed for me. No other facility in the area was willing to assist me. I really appreciate their help more than they know.

Excellent choice for a hearing test. The audiologist, Elizabeth, is very pleasant and explained everything to me in words that I could understand. The test itself was very thorough. Very disappointed had expensive rechargeable hearing aids less than 6 months old, they gave me a loaner pair that’s not great, the only other option was to borrow the same ones I had for $10.00 a day?
