Stopped by this Cycle Gear location recently to pick up some new track gear. There was only one employee working but he was doing a phenomenal job tending to the various customers all shopping at once. He got me exactly what I needed and lent me some good knowledge regarding sizing for certain items. Overall great experience.

Such a wonderful experience shopping at Cycle Gear. My salesperson was Eric- he is very knowledgeable and offered options on different helmets and communication systems without pushing any bias. I was so pleased I brought a friend back and she bought a helmet and communication system also. He installed the systems and they are running perfect. I highly recommend Cycle Gear and Eric for anything you might need.

The store associate was very helpful. He knew his stuff when it came to helmets. The store could use more inventory as they did not have the size of the original helmet I wanted and needed for the next day. Bad planning on my part but would have been cool if it was in stock. Also the store was a bit smaller than I had expected.

I wanted a Schuberth, modular (flip front) with some kind of system, to hear my phone and GPS. I did on line stuff (research). I emailed Cycle Gear and they responded quickly. They had what I wanted so - I took a bike ride. Rubin was the guy behind the counter. THANK YOU Rubin. He did a great job installing my SENA 20 in to my Schuberth C3 lite helmet. Excellent job. thanks. Being born in 45, each day i ride is a gift. Thank God.

This Cycle Gear location was really great. Steve at the shop was really knowledgable about motorcycles and motorcycle gear. He helped me select my first helmet and gave me the pros and cons when deciding between styles. The whole experience really made me confident in my purchasing decision.

Needed rain gear right away, and they had my size and a couple styles to choose from. Most importantly, boot covers with the soles! Nice young man at the counter helped me, rang me up, Jacket, pants and boot covers $95!!! AWESOME!! Came in handy, it rained on my trip!!

Ruebin for Cycle Gear in NJ was the best help we have ever had there not only because he was extremely knowledgeable about the products there, but because he could talk about experience from using those products and you could tell how much he appreciated the items at Cycle Gear and the importance of being safe when riding a motorcycle. Super friendly and I could tell that under his mask that he was smiling and cared for not only us as customers but other customers as well. I would 100% recommend other customers to speak to him if they need any help, but knowing him, he probably would come to you first and ask if you need any help as that is what he did. He must be a very valuable worker there and 100% deserves a raise. If I had a motorcycle shop, I would hire him. When I have to go back to get more supplies, I will definitely have him help me again.

Best place for Motorcycle gear. I walked in and not even 10 seconds passed before I was offered help from the employees. I went in as a new rider, they got me fitted for a helmet, and got everything else I needed. They were honest, kept asking what I wanted and worked around my preferences. They were not pushy trying to up sell me other things, or even try to get me to buy the most expensive things. They worked around my budget, and listened very well, even ended up saving me some money with their suggestions. 11/10 would recommend to anybody, and I will definitely be going back soon.

I recently purchased a motorcycle and needed a helmet. I wound up at Cycle Gear because the customer service at RevZilla was nonexistent.From the moment I entered the store I was warmly greeted and shadowed while I shopped. The customer service representative stayed with me to answer my questions. At no time did I feel rushed or like I was a nuisance. The CSR took the time to explain the arrangement of the helmets, their construction andany extras they might have. The attentive CSR was even kind enough to explain something that was on my bike that I wasn’t familiar with.I left Cycle Gear with a new Sedeci Bluetooth helmet, a nice pair of riding gloves and a membership that affords me special sales & discounts and free access to a website. Good variety for a small place. Its about the same size as maybe a 7-11. The dont cater to ONLY Harley, only sport bike, only dirt bike... A little something for every kind of rider.

Today I went to Cycle Gear in Cherry Hill NJ to check on a new half helmet, and my husband wanted to look at jackets. As I walked in with other customers, a salesman walked up and asked can I help anyone, since no one else said anything I asked do you have any white half helmets?. He answers no, we dont have any not even looking at me...and turned to help the other people who walked in with me. He could of been just a little more courteous I think, maybe tell me about the online ordering feature Cycle Gear has. Maybe because I am an older women with grey hair. I dont know. He needs a class in customer service. I gave 1 star, because I couldnt put zero. I will never go there again & will tell ALL my riding friends.

So many different kinds of Motorcycle gears, including imported protective gears (helmets) and other gears such as motorcycle clothing and apparels, from France (Shark), from Italy (Sedici), from Japan (Shoei), from South Korea (Arai, Bilt, HJC) with prices ranging from $59.99 (on sale/clearance) up to $629.99 for a brand new Arai or Shoei helmet. The sales person was very attentive and very nice. He answered every single question I asked, with detailed info. I ended up buying a Bilt Full Face Helmet, a pair of bike gloves and a waterproof motorbike cover. It was indeed a pleasant buying experience. I will definitely come again.

So happy I went to the Cycle Gear store in Cherry Hill, NJ. It was easy to see that Steven was knowledgeable and definitely wanted me to make the best purchase decision possible. It was such a good experience, that I had to force myself to leave before I bought an extra helmet and boots I don’t need, lol.... It is over an hour ride for me, and I still know that I’ll be back there in the next couple of weeks. The guys I met were awesome. I look forward to my next purchase from Cycle Gear.

Im a fan of cycle gear, but not this store. Twice now I have gone in only to be basically ignored when I try to check out. I feel like the guy that works there is happy to serve everyone else but when it came to me he acted like it was a inconvenience. Not thrilled with the customer service in the least, it needs some big improvements. Last time Ill ever bother making the drive there, every other store Ive been to their staff is pleasant.

4.5 stars because I didnt actually buy anything this go around. My girlfriend wanted to pick up a shoei that she had been having trouble finding. This was the ONLY place that had it in stock.As she played with shoei stuff, I poked around the shop. A good selection of great riding gear, and lots of accessories for cosmetic and maintenance lines the shelves in this place.I had trouble not buying anything for myself, but I havent picked up my new bike just yet. Buyers beware (JK) this place is VERY enticing.I look forward to stopping back in here in the future.

I like this place because unlike shopping online for gear that I wear its always nice to be able to go to the store and try it on to make sure it fits . It saves aggravation time and money and having to deal with sending it back getting another one and it still not being correct . But dont get me wrong their website is still easy to use and you can find quite a bit of accessories or gear that youre looking for.

I wish I knew about this place when I went to buy my sons dirt bike. I spent a fortune at the dealer for helmet and other accessories. Cycle Gear has much better priced options.Bought myself a helmet, gloves, goggles and spent less on all 3 than the cheapest helmet at the Yamaha dealer.

The guys in here are really really helpful. They even have different helmate shells to show you the difference in material. I come here whenever im not sure what exactly i want or need; definitely a must go if you are shopping for a helmate. They also have a wide array of cheap or professional jackets, gloves, boots and other footwear, and even a little parts section. You gotta go here for gear.

Great staff. Warm environment. As far as the store, it was no good for me. Im a 6-4 280lb man and the store had very little to no gear in my size. Rather try on my gear than order online and send stuff back because it doesnt fit me.

Do not believe the hype about the store all these reviews that are saying that theyre so awesome and theyre so great probably have only ever been to a cycle gear for motorcycle equipment there are many more stores in New Jersey to go to. Cycle Gear is like the Walmart for helmets and gear its like the flea market with the building for motorcycle gear everything that I have purchased from there has failed the only thing that has not failed is the carbon fiber tank pad and the heat out dew rag everything I have purchased from this store has failed. If you want to save money find yourself a real motorcycle store and purchased from a real motorcycle store especially one that sells motorcycles the only thing they have good is cheap tires. Dont waist you time. The sales guys are only nice because they want you to purchase something because the minute you dont purchase it something and treat you like trash go in as a secret shopper and youll see what Im talking about.

My daughter and I went here to purchase a street jacket and gloves for the upcoming season. First off, I just want to say that since my first and at the time last visit in April 2019 things have greatly improved at this location. Last year I stopped in to purchase some gear and bluetooth communications only to find some of the rudest and most low class wannabe salespeople I have ever encountered in a retail store. I left and went to Revzilla and spent the $1,600 I had intended to vowing to never go back and waste my time. Today, I thought lets give it one more shot a year later in hopes those people had been rightfully replaced. Boy was I surprised. 2 steps in the door and we were professionally greeted by our new friend Rich. What an absolute pleasure he was to work with. He treated me and my 12yr old daughter with class A service. He was extremely patient while helping my daughter pick out a perfect jacket for her and must have gone through 2 dozen gloves (poor guy). After that he helped me find a very nice jacket. We never felt rushed and even spent more time after just getting to know him better. He even let my daughter sit on his bike a rev it a few times, she was so happy to have that kind of attention, it was a very positive experience! While we were checking out we also met with Steven who was equally as nice to us and very professional. Also, to the very nice woman that worked there and posted the picture of my daughter to Instagram in her new jacket and on the bike (Im so sorry I forgot your name) you made my daughters day, she couldnt wait to get home and brag. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend letting these wonderful people help you out with your motogear needs. Thank you guys!!
