The BEST customer service ALWAYS provided by Sam. Such a great person and always does outstanding job. He had to go through tons of boxes for me one day right before they were closing but did it so professionally and with a smile on his face!!!Thank you Sam for your great customer service!!!

Absolutely atrocious! This place gives the entire UPS business a bad name. They happily advertise and accept appointments for notary services 7-days a week when the notary himself is apparently only in the building for a few hours M-F. Why do you even offer appointments on your website when you know the notary wont be at worK?!? Unbelievable- this is some third-world bullsh.. When I asked the employee this question she replied, The owner doesnt change it. Um, whatever that means? Pathetic.

These knuckleheads put a 2 year old expired sticker on my emergency package that caused the FAA to delay it. Instead of next day, its going to take a week to be delivered. Go anywhere else!!!

Recommendation DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!When i drop my package the person give me the receipt ... but dont scan the item for DROP-OFF. Only appear in the UPS Shipper created a label.. The store owner Jatib Patel is very rude and this is the worst customer service in a UPS store. Dont go to that store ..Here is the example in pictures ..One picture show drop-off in Philadelphia UPS Store. ( nice store and correct)And the other picture create label from my home and the drop the item in the UPS store in 926 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002( bad customer service and never scan the item drop-off, INCORRECT) THE ITEM IS MISSING FROM THAT STORE ... LOOK THE OTHERs REVIEWS FROM THAT STORE AND DONT GO TO THAT STORE.👎🏽

Did an amazon return here, dropped off item and they should have packaged and shipped. A month later, no update and Ive been charged back. Make sure you verify that your package has shown received before leaving the store.

Always friendly fast service willing to assist and advise you. I try to make sure I do my packages and labels correctly, along with using the correct tape and box size, but I have accepted I am not perfect and sometimes require assistance, and will happily pay to make sure my package gets to its destination safely.Will be shipping a dvd to my nephew in Florida tomorrow from this UPS store.

I am a box customer and the level of service here has diminished. The female clerks have the worse attitudes around. They never smile. They act like it is a chore to speak. They are rude as ever. One started a shouting match with me and I was completely taken aback. Cheyenne is the only pleasant one and she has been gone for a while now.Ive come in several times to have to come back to get packages they do not give me. If I say hello, they may or may not say hello back. I pay for a service and I should not have to dread coming in that building, but I do. I do not want to change my address, but I think I may as well bring this to a close. I am so tried of the misearable experience.

In addition to the fact that the customer service representative is not very professional. I will honestly try to avoid this ups store from now on. It’s happened multiple times where I just don’t get the quality service I expect from this company.

Ricardo is an outstanding UPS representative. Literally a few minutes shy of close, he accepted my package that I had to send to my mother for her birthday. I wanted to get it to her on time because she is still dealing with the loss of her own mother. So him attending to me quickly and professionally meant a great deal. He made sure the address was correct on both ends and he wished me a good day. I appreciate his service and will be back at this UPS location.

Came to return a package but needed to print a label. From the moment I walked in, I sensed hostility. And to make matters worse, in the middle of our transaction the Muslim lady just walked away and never came back.The young boy had to come takeover, I’m not understanding the unprofessionalism. She could’ve at least informed me of what was going, instead of leaving me standing there confused.

Beware of this vendor. The owner misrepresented their services, and engaged in rude and counterproductive actions when resolving customer service complaints. During the 2013 Christmas Holiday, I called the owner of the Cherry Hill NJ UPS store to inquire about the availability of a shipping box that matched my heater’s size and weight. He said that he had a suitable box in stock. When I arrived at the store, the salesman said that he had no box. Luckily, I brought a box and packing materials that were used to ship a TV. While in the store, I wrapped the heater thoroughly with heavy bubble wrap and taped the bubble wrap. The UPS store salesman inspected the wrapped heater and box, approved it, and closed and thoroughly taped the top.The heater was damaged in transit. It was not only damaged, it had been removed from the box, seemingly, to examine the damage, and placed back in the box leaving the box partially open. Since the damage was cosmetic, I sent the buyer a replacement grill; however, the buyer decided to return the heater. I reported the damage to the UPS store, and they arranged to inspect the damage on-site. Though the store had approved the box and wrapping, the store owner called to notify me that the box was sub-standard and the heater was improperly wrapped. It seems inconceivable that the box and bubble wrap were suitable for shipping a TV (very fragile), but not a space heater. I reminded the store owner that the packaging received by the purchaser was not the packaging that left his store. The heater had been removed from the box. Furthermore, the box and wrapping had been inspected before shipment by his employee, and his employee had taped the top of the box. He said that the damage was my problem, not UPS. Since the damage was cosmetic, I told the purchaser to return the heater and replacement grill, and I would return his money. I fully expected to resell the heater for $560. When the heater was returned, it was totally destroyed, and the replacement grill was missing. The UPS Store owner asked why I was calling him, neither his store nor UPS were responsible.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!Would not ship a box that I have shipped (Same type of packaging/box/exterior) dozens of times before. Demanded up-selling me outer box that would have significantly increased my shipping charged. Went to another location - No Problems At All!REPLY TO OWNER: I checked with UPS, and the use of a wooden SHIPPING BOX is not disallowed, as long as the weight of the item is paid.UPS Specifically stated in reply to my inquiry: Wooden shipping devices are allowed, they add to the cost of shipping, but are sturdy enough and consistent with standard shipping dimensions that they pose no issue whatsoever with the UPS processing or sorting infrastructure. Upon checking the package that your submitted, we see that any UPS location should have accepted the item - without any hesitation.No worry here, I will not be returning, nor will I not be referring anyone to your location.

Yesterday was the first time coming to this store. I have gone to other stores in the past, but I have never had an experience as pleasant as the one I had yesterday. I was making a return to amazon (first time I ever had to do so) and the young lady who helped me, Cheyenne, was so patient and helpful. She showed me how to print the label from my phone, and also helped me finish packing up the item by adding more materials into the box so the phone wouldnt get damaged and covered up the old labels for me. I will now bring all of my returns to this store and will tell my friends and family to do so as well. Thank you!!!!!!

My daughter and I always come in with packages that need to be dropped off or printing on the computer and she is very good at navigating us in the right direction. I went to this UPS Store to avoid any problems with the Postal Service. Ended up having problems on the receiving end. However, the manager Gabbi from this store was awesome and very sympathetic due to the delicate nature of the vital documents I was sending . She really helped to rectify this problem and put my mind at ease.

I called and ask for an estimate to ship a pair of UGGs to my daughter in NYC and was told the cost would be around $17- $19. Got there and was told I had to purchase a box because UPS doesnt ship box wrapped in gift wrap. I thought they didnt make sense so I decided to spring for the box. I get the receipt for $30.51 but noticed they charged me $5.00 twice. I called and ask them what those charges were for and was told $5 was for the material to wrap box up and the other $5 for them to do it (service). First of all, if they told me upfront about those charges, I would have done it myself. How hard can it be to place a box in a bigger box and tape it up? Id already paid for the box and will be shipping it so shouldnt the material and labor be included?Bottom line...I feel conned

Had an Amazon refund and asked if they could tape my box; told Id have to buy a whole roll of tape. I get it, tape costs money. Id even pay a quarter for the tape, but no, a whole roll. When this service is offered free at the distribution center and many other locations, Ill go elsewhere.

Service and attendant was absolutely rude, she treated me like I was wasting her time, When entering she greeted me, I needed my passport photocopied and when she came to know that I am not US citizen her manner of speaking changed from welcoming to outright rude. I have already taken the matter with proper authorities and hope proper action will be taken.

Wow- $7 for a box then $3.5 to rebox it when she could have told me from the getgo that my box wasnt appropriate. After doing all the detail work LIBBY told me since my box has print she cant send it in that but she wouldnt mind slipping it in an appropriate box for me. Bam then she charged me an extra 7 for a 12x12x12 box and $3.5 for her to slip it over another box. Are you kidding?! Never again will I ever go to THAT store for the simple fact she could have mentioned from the beginning my box isnt correct and she will charge me as much as shipping to put another box over it. Should have went to the post office it cost me $25 to ship an item with UPS due to her greediness and dishonesty. Libby- shes unacceptable and because of her I wont return.

I brought in a box that needed a 6 piece of tape on the bottom corner. Wanted to charge me $2.50. When I responded with are you kidding clerk said that he was only doing his job because the owner insisted that all tape must be sold. Owner needs to ponder and reconsider such a stupid and rigid policy.

Stopped by to inquire about and/or purchase a shipping box. I needed at least 30x30x18. They suggested a 30x30x30 cube. The price was ridiculous at $30 for a box. I called UPS Store in Cinnaminson, they had same box for $21. I think they have a really inflated marked up.
