I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza and a half party pizza. I wanted bacon and extra cheese on the medium. As you can see from the picture there is very little bacon on it. Most of the slices do not have bacon. It is only thrown in the middle of the pizza. I called the store and spoke with Shania. I advised her that this was the second time I ordered bacon and there was none on it.. She said that they portion it out. I said I understand that but bacon should be on the whole pizza.. she said we throw it on the pizza. I asked to speak with a manager. She said that she was the manager. I said ok I will have to do a review and she said that was fine. I am not sure what is happening to seasons. This is the second seasons that I have had a problem with and they do not care if they loose customers. There are other pizza places out there. I have ordered from them alot because I live close but theyre service and customer service has went down so I will not be going back. If you want to taste toppings then stay away from them.

Food tasted good, but “XL” pizza was same size as dominoes medium, and we asked for extra cheese, but I don’t think that was what we got. Won’t be back.

This is a really great spot close to were I work that I like to come to and grab lunch. Food is great, lunch specials are great and filling with some of them starting at $5.99.

Really good pizza and subs. I really like their Philly cheese steak sub. We order over the phone and our food is always ready when we arrive.

So my wife is actually on her way to take back the $40 of food we just ordered. Im 2 mins from their business and when she went to get it, it wasnt ready, no big deal I love hot fresh food. But when she got here everything was cold but the chicken quesadillas which all I can figure is that was the last thing they were waiting on to put in our bag to complete our order. So how long was the other items sitting in the bag before completion?. Long enough to get cold. We have ordered cheese steaks and cheeseburgers from this place before and they were amazing I guess this is what we get for trying something new. Its a shame this was the deal breaker. definitely going to be ordering from different places from here on out

Ordered wings and paid extra for the celery and got old yellow celery, will not come back again

I had a terrible experience at this location today. Delivery was good but the food was not. I ordered a steak stromboli with fried onions and banana peppers. Only to have just that. Fried onions and banana peppers. I also had a order of buffalo wings that werent done at all. Im highly disappointed.

Ive gotten delivery a few times from this place, and the pizza was very late and very cold. The driver showed up to my door holding just a cold box. No heat insulation sleeve. A box. And I did tip. Id recommend just getting take out. They are not reliable for delivery.

Was the best cheesesteak wrap I had in a long time

We ordered food through slice and the app messed up the delivery time by an hour. The delivery guy showed up an hour early when we were gone and called when we didnt have our phones and drove back. This is fine, and an honest mistake caused by slice, but when we called in to figure out where our food was; we got nothing but push back and unhelpful excuses. We talked to three different people all the way up to the general manager and still got horrible customer service with excuse after excuse. All we wanted to know was whether they could deliver our food to us as quick as possible, or if we could wait longer for new fresh food. At one point they even asked if we still wanted our food! Haha. Long story short, be cautious about ordering food over an app from them, especially slice.

The food was great but for this establishment to have pizza on the end of it should be ashamed of my pizza which was delivered last night dry hard and cold. Ive bought frozen pizza that came more appetizing🤔

Usually a great place to eat, was disappointed with stromboli, mostly doe not enough meat. But still a great place to eat.

I ordered (over the phone) spaghetti and meatballs, with a garden salad and roll. When i arrived to pick it up, the young lady who took my order had given me someones Cesar salad. The manager ( didnt get his name) made me a delicious side garden salad, which by the way was the best part of the meal. The spaghetti sauce was horrible. I will never order this entree again.

Let me preface by saying the route 13 location and Maryland Ave location are great. This review, however, is about the Christiana location near the hospital. Almost every time I eat anything from this location that has uncooked/cold ingredients, I throw up. The cooked food I do fine. Once I ended up in the hospital with c-diff within 48 hours of eating here, and symptoms started two hours before we had to call an ambulance - no way it was from an antibiotic from earlier in the year. I deteriorated way too fast. Last night we ordered here, and I decided to go for a caprese panini. I ended up puking around midnight for about a half an hour.This is the ONLY location I have issues eating at.

I recommend not doing business with this establishment .I work across the street at the hospital the gentleman that answer and took my order said 45 minutes a hour later I called the gentleman and he impolitely said we called you that was not true I simply told the gentleman that was not true and that was terrible business he automatically than said would you like to cancel your order it was hurtful without any other way of fixing the issue. This establishment has many complainments within the hospital. The seasons on Maryland Ave has the complete opposite business mindset .

Food was amazing...thank God it was!!!...a bit of long wait to get seated and to get served!!!..overall the young waitress did her best to make things happen...being an ex server somethings are not always the servers fault...keep up the great work 👍

We picked up seaso-bites, I am not giving them 5 stars at this time because I was surprised at how many of the chicken bites were quite small. We ordered a double and usually that is enough to split between us, but sadly, not this time..They were very good but too many of them were very small pieces 😢

I love there steak stromboli with mushrooms sweet peppers and spinach.

Delivered bin about an hour but missing half the ingredients to 4 salads. Candied walnuts not added to the 2 salads, only half the salad was present compared to the other salads, no egg, etc horrible. How are you going to miss half the ingredients in salads?

Last week was our first time we visited this good restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the attentive service, with the finest food and wine and with the modest cost. We will absolutely visit there again.

I do order take out from them regularly. The New York style pizza is good. My husband likes the broccoli and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Sad they dont have stuffed shells any longer.

The food was good and the driver was friendly. However, my delivery order was late. We were promised our order in 45 minutes. But received it in over an hour, because the order taker did not confirm the spelling of my address, so the driver was unable to locate the house until we called back and spoke to someone else. Always, always, always confirm the spelling of an address before promise of delivery to ensure the timely manner of the delivery of an order.

Ive ordered from Seasons, multiple locations, multiple times. On the last occasion, I ordered delivery because I didnt feel like going out. The food showed up 45 minutes later cold. I called the store and was told that it would be another hour before they could redeliver, and that the same thing will probably happen again. Well if you cant deliver hot food, why bother? I was also told that I could come in and pick up a new order. I didnt want to go out that day. That was the whole purpose of ordering delivery. I was eventually offered a refund, which I never got. I was also told that there will be a $10 credit toward my next order...

I love this location! Recently had an issue twice with a delivered item. It was wrong, twice. Im pretty sure it was because we couldnt understand each other. I love you guys but please have someone that speaks understandable English answer the phone.

Ordered an Asian salad with extra chicken. Chicken was dry and tough. Paid for extra but was not. Paid $13.48 for a lousy salad. Deleting their app. Not worth it.

Ive been eating here since last week Cheese Steaks was Awesome. Today I got a Turkey sub its the best Ive ever had thank you season pizza for all you do.

Love the food, the delivery drivers are great. Out of all the times I order from here I was only treated poorly once. I was looking at the menu earlier and stopped in for a pickup order. Larry took my order and acted like I should know the menu as good as he does. I hope hes not a manager and teaching staff how to treat customers. Other than Larry, I highly recommend this place.

Food is amazing. No more Pizza Hut. Prices are affordable. Cant say enough about the customer service. They go beyond to make their customers comfortable. And enjoy their meal. Pleasantly surprised. Pepperoni pizza, bacon pizza and hot wings delivered. Pizza was good, crust for me could have been a bit firmer but otherwise two good pizzas. The wings were great! This will be my wing place! Last but not the least, on line ordering and delivery was the easiest and quickest in the neighborhood! Overall a very happy customer!

Awesome pizza. Really good price. Cant beat it. I pretty much buy pizza there every day. It’s fun for the whole family. Kids love it. Adults love it. I mean... It’s pizza! Every one loves pizza. The people there are really helpful too. And patient. Some times it takes me a little to find out what I want to eat. And they wait patiently.

Seasons Pizza has always been a great restaurant. The remodeled a year or so ago. The restaurant is family oriented with great menu selections. My family enjoys the pasta Wednesdays. Two of my favorite custom meals are the seafood fettuccini and broccoli and shrimp. The food is plentiful. I almost never finish it in one meal. I love this local restaurant.

Most food looks great on menu, not when you actually order it. Never fall for medium pizza specials, theyre smaller than a small pizza you can get anywhere else & barely larger than a personal pan size. Very disappointing they could sell pizza that tiny plus taste isnt up to par, 2 people threw away their slices after only 2-3bites last time I brought it home.

Just eh. I mean, theyre trying I guess. The sauce still sucks though! The crust options are getting better so you have the option between thick cardboard and thin cardboard now, but yeah its still far from a great pizza place.

This pizza stinks

The wings were meaty. I thought the sesame oriental sauce was bland. I want to try their other sauces, honey bbq is tempting. They have a good thin crust pizza. I only had pepperoni but it was tasty. It could use more cheese. Zach was our server, he did a great job with our large party.

Ive actually been raving about this Seasons. Theyre location is always kept so clean but most importantly they are with the times. Your pizza comes in less time than what they promise and is always packaged neatly, organized and doesnt cause any messes. They arent stingy with the amount of napkins they give you so you can actually enjoy your meal. And lastly, theyll actually come up to your building, suite or to your actual apartment number instead of just standing in the lobby and making you come down.

Only reason why I can’t give 5 starts is because I asked for ranch and U got blue chs and I hate that stuff. The wings were absolutely delicious! I wanted all flats and you gave me mostly that. Most places don’t even do that for me lol so thank you so much.

It is a nice place to sit down and eat. The servers greet you with kindness. They are nice to you and help you with anything. The food is also great. Their pizza is amazing, it is good for a little pizza place. They serve gluten free pizza. It is about a 15-20 min wait for your food but it is worth it. You order from a menu and sit to dine.

I have been eating here for years and absolutely love the food! They have so many different delicious menu items to choose from it can be difficult to choose. The pizzas are great, the pasta dishes are delicious, and the appetizers are sublime!

The pasta is amazing and super fast and always accurate with my order. Very large portions (at least for me) which I find absolutely fine because i have leftovers for a few days and get to enjoy the deliciousness multiple times!

Always good cafe type of food. Havent tried the pizza yet! Crab cakes, salads, sandwiches and burgers are all good. Atmosphere is laid back casual and relaxed. Service is always friendly and appropriately attentive. Draft and bottled beer available. When we can go out for a nice dinner for two that includes a couple of beers for $30 including tip - thats pretty good.

The server was very kind and attentive and the food was actually good but there were roaches crawling on the wall next to our booth. My husband killed two and there was a third unfortunately lingering around. Again, the server was great but I could have done without the crawling welcoming committee.

Shops here only for convenience since Pizzahut close to my home moved 6 miles away. I only orders $5 medium sized pizza as I regretted ordering chicken wings once as the size of the wings were so small for a whole lot of money they charge for those wings. I am neutral on their pizza as my kid likes it.

Gread food always fresh

Ive never been in a BAD Seasons Pizza, and Ive been in many, but this is one of the best. The staff is friendly and personable and the food is tasty. The place is also more accessible. They also dont more or less ignore their dining room like one SP I know (those guys are all about the drive-thru, I guess its just how their clientelle worked out).

Clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Food is good and has a nice variety.

Some days the foods great, other days its kinda meh for the same thing. I guess it depends on whos working that day; recently the streaks been much better than the 50/50 good food/bad food that it was before

Seasons Pizza is my go to place when I need to eat soon. They are friendly, serve a drink soon after sitting, and make my salads to my liking.

These pizzas are NOT hand tossed ........ they are round shaped dough disks....Soooo stop advertising HAND TOSSED. !!!! Order food for delivery I was told 45 minutes it was closer to 1 hour. When I opened the order the food was room temperature drink was hot(never refrigerated). Called talked to manager he asked if I wanted wanted it redone. Did he really think I wanted to wait another hour for food when I am only 2 blocks from them. The manager had an attitude that he did not care or concer ed about the complaint. This is the 2nd time they have delivered room temperature food. Last chance. Will order from another restaurant next time.

Terrible service today now I usually order from them every other day the store gets alot of my business that just ended. DO BETTER currently searching for cooperates number the manager was un experienced and needs some retraining on how to perform when it comes to customer service.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad from them for lunch at work after paying deliver fee and my meal it came out to $17. I get my salad and sit down to eat, when I open the container all that was in the bowl was lettuce and croutons, no cheese, chicken, or the black olives I paid extra for.
