Terrible customer service by Jaquelín. Very rude. I called the store and her attitude is awful. Trash cans are full very in sanitary. Employees had COVID-19 and the store manager did not follow the proper protocol to inform other employees that they had contact with. An employee was forced to come in after having Covid and still not feeling 100%

Had a interview scheduled for 11am (mall opens at 11am) and was waiting at the store for 20 mins. I talked to 2 sale associates, asking for the manager as I was there for an interview. They told me she’s helping a customer that she’ll be right over. I ended up walking closer to the candle section and the manager asked if I needed help. I told her no I’m waiting for the manager for an interview. She said she was the manager and asked me what time. I told her 11 I be been waiting. She said I was late and that she didn’t see me come in. I told her I came in and talked to 2 associates and stood by the registers. She said she had no time for me that day that she’ll give me a call to reschedule. She never called and I just received an email saying it was nice speaking to me and that I didn’t get the job. How could I if I never interviewed and they never gave me a chance???

The workers when visting were extremely helpful and kind also when looking around them gave me heads up on where some stuff were, gave me a bag to carry stuff, and Etc

We were in Chicago Ridge Mall and I was happy to see that Bath & Body Works was open they are practicing social distancing employees and customers are wearing your mask they were not giving their regular shopping bags out you know the ones you use to place your items you wish to purchase . You had to select your own paper bag and if you were to purchase anything place your items in the bag and take them to the register . They have two hand-washing stations which is great.

I was very pleasantly surprised with all the new products Bath & Body Works offers. There is a lovely lady at the front of the store that is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I havent been to the store in a few years but I will return soon!

Awesome shop. Very clean and organized! Dana I believe her name was up front representing made me spend a bunch of money lol good for them good for me. Sales are phenomenal!! Even got a couple things for my hubby.

Evertime that I go to this store I always have a pleasant shopping experience. The ladies who work here are always so polite & pleasant. They are super helpful about letting you know whats new and whats on sale. I spend so money in Bath & Body Works anyway. Especially now because they have their Semi Annual Sale going on. I absolutely love💜💜 this store.

I will ALWAYS be a Bath~N~Body Works customer. ESPECIALLY at this particular location. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. They have great deals & good sale prices all year round. This review is on customer service not on products. First they dont know what 6ft apart is. Their circles are more like 2ft apart. One of the associates was very adamant that I stand in a circle and I was like Im too close to the guy in front of me. And instead of letting me go to the next available cahier, the same associate makes me wait at an empty register after the girl left to go to the bathroom. SMH. Waited in line to enter store like maybe 20+ minutes. Thats covid for you. No wonder online shopping is much better.

I gave Chicago ridge five stars I wish I could have given them ten. I had gone to another location which was in evergreen Park prior to going to Chicago ridge. I give Chicago ridge five stars because they were courteous they were friendly and helpful . The employees here went out of their way to make sure you were satisfied with your experience at this location. The other location that I had gone to they were rude I felt like they thought I was doing them a favor by shopping there.

I love this location, its one of my favorites. However, Ive noticed when I shop here I find the employees watching all shoppers closely. I guess because they have a lot of people stealing. This has made me feel somewhat uncomfortable while in this store. You cant assume that everyone steals.

Always find good smells. The COCO Shea products work very well. The body wash leaves your skin so soft. They also have a body jelly wash..that does the same.

As always, the delightful scents of candles drew me into the store, looking for my favorites and a sale. I found both! There seemed to be several people in the checkout lane so I decided to visit a different location. As I was leaving I asked one of the ladies that worked there about a particular product that I hadnt located. I told her I was in a bit of a hurry and the line was too long. She told me the group was all together. I picked out my items and sure enough the cashier was ready and waiting! I didnt have my discount coupons but she gave me 10% off anyways. Outstanding!

Store was swamped due to a candle sale! However they were very well organized and only allowed people into the store and others left! Had multiple extra cashiers on hand for the sale! Great job Bath & Body Works team! Made what I thought was going to be a miserable experience into a very pleasant one instead!

The two ladies that were in there helping my boyfriend and I were so sweet, told me about the coupons and were patient with us because we were buying a lot. Definitely appreciate their patience and help!

This place is okay, being in the mall it is pretty accessible but because its in the mall is super busy all the time, lines are super long 30 minutes to be exact, but they have a good selection and normally have the product that you want. This place is about 2000 square of pure smelling goodness.

Ive worked retail and I totally understand that they want you to sell, sell, sell.... but some of these workers are too in your face! Even when told you are just looking or shopping around they continue to bother. I felt like even if I told her to just leave me alone, she would have continued to bother me. Honestly I would have just walked out but I stopped in to buy hand soap for my bathroom and those little scent things for the plug in. I knew what I needed, wanted to run in, grab it and leave. Instead was asked 21 questions making my time spent in this store even longer. They need to just tone it down! Having people stand right in front of the store begging people to come in or bothering them with questions seems unprofessional to me!
