Ive used Downy Glass before for a chip in my windshield and I was happy with their service. When my passenger window needed replaced I called them. The cost was lower than they quoted me and I love that I was able to call at 10pm with questions and they were happy to help. I live in Yukon but I was happy to make the drive to Chickasha for true customer service.

My windshield lasted 1 day. Literally. 1 day. Huge crack after one day. Even if a rock hit it you would think if good products are being used this wouldn’t happen after 1 rock impact. Poor quality products

Great fast friendly service, Downey repaired my Nissan window a few years ago and I’ve never had a problem with the replacement. Then on Friday a rock hit my window causing a chip and they were able to get me in and fixed by Monday.
