Thank you Tyler with DMH! We called and within 45min we were loaded up and on our way home. He took extra care loading and unloading our vehicle due to it being a lowered truck. Pricing was very reasonable compared to all the other companies we called! Will definitely use this company again for all our towing needs.

This wrecker service and repair shop is the best! They got to me very quickly and towed me to their shop. I was traveling home and they stayed even though it was time for them to go home for the day and fixed my truck. On top of that they let me use their personal vehicle to go get something to drink. They are very kind and caring and professional. I highly recommend them.

The young man that helped us was very professional and understanding to our situation. He also lead us to a very professional and of great quality tire business within great pricing. Also putting us in a great location where 2 women didnt have to worry about the neighborhood, seeing that we has to wait 4 hours before they opened. I will use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know and dont know who needs someone in their business. Oh also did a great job rolling my car off his truck especially with it being very low to begin with without a flat...so it being very very low. He got it off without a scratch! Ive seen some wrecker service dont care about that and will get your car off their truck along with the front bumper. So that a huge plus in my book!!!

I didnt actually use their service, but a customer had locked their key fob in their truck. DMH was the only place that answered their phone because it was on the weekend. They responded very quickly and had the truck unlocked in a flash! Im not sure what they charged or the one on one with the actual customer, but if I have any problems with my truck, Ill be calling DMH first .

Billy was the operator, called on Sunday morning and 40 mins later he was there on site. Under an hour to get my project loaded up and ready to be towed. 10 out of 10 guy. Super friendly and always attention to his customer service. Will no doubt use you again, of needed.

My husband, Jason Lowder, and I made a trip from Michigan back to Texas with our son’s truck. We ended up breaking down here in Oklahoma. We called and explained our situation to these guys and ended up leaving the truck with them. They called to tell us that the transmission was bad. We spent over $3000 to have this repaired and drove back to Oklahoma to pick it up. Now, with less than 1000 miles on this transmission we find out it is no good. We took this truck to a shop here reluctantly, scared to spend anymore money. So we have tried reaching out to you guys, being told that we would receive a call back, no call. We feel like we got taken advantage of, being that we were from out of state. I hope that your shop will do better for us than just to ignore our calls and cry for help. I feel like a $3000 transmission should drive more than 1000 miles before being called “no good.”

I accidentally locked my key fob in my car and didnt know the battery in it was weak and needed to be replaced I called my roadside assistance service. They called DMH and they called me moments later and sent one of their team to my location and I didnt have to cancel my appointment. In nearly 20 years of working on the road, having breakdowns and needing emergency services, I have to say these guys are the best I have ever dealt with. From the initial call requesting a tow, the dispatcher told me I was pretty far out and the tow was going to be expensive if I wanted to go to their shop. Up front and honest from the start. When you are broke down on the side of the road, you dont expect that level of honesty. I went with them anyway and I am glad I did! The driver called to let me know he was on his way and about how long before he arrived. When he arrived, he was professional, friendly and efficient. Good conversation on the way to the shop. Knowing I was out of town and passing through, the driver gave me suggestions for hotels and actually dropped me off at the front door of the hotel! Service like that is hard to find. The next day, the service team jumped right on the problem and got my truck fixed fast and at an amazing price. And this, is the top notch service again. Knowing I was from out of town and with no uber service in town, The driver who had done the service call the night before, picked me up at the hotel and took me to the shop to get my truck. Again, customer service like this is hard to find. If you ever need emergency service or mechanical repair. Dont hesitate to use these guys!!

My insurance company sent them out via my roadside assistance and they safe a very professional company. The driver went above and beyond to help with my disabled pickup. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone that needs a tow.

These guys are great! I made a mistake that ended up with my kid locked in my car. It was running but I was seconds away from breaking a window because my auto start only lasts for 10 minutes. They were extremely professional and quick. I will use them for all my future needs, thank you guys so much.

This company provide the best towing experience that i have ever had by far, my truck was down in the ditch pretty far and i tried everything i could to get it out. The operator that showed up made quick work of removing the truck and getting me towed to my house. He also was very capable and managed to get my truck in position to be worked on at my house.

This was the first time Ive ever locked my keys inside my car. I had just been planning on running inside to take care of some business that wouldnt have taken me more than 5 minutes when I stepped out of my van, closed the door, and put my hand in my pocket to double check for my keys... Only to realize they werent there. It didnt help the situation that I had $100 in groceries already in it from Walmart Pickup.So there I am, freaking out because Ive never locked my keys in before, terrified and frantically googling locksmiths in the area when DMH and Son popped up. I called them up, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly patient and courteous. Close to tears I told him of my woes and he assured me that they can get my door open, I wouldnt have to be towed, and a driver was nearby and should get to me within thirty minutes.I spent some time out by my van, hoping beyond hope Id put my hand in my pocket and the keys would be there, or if I paced around the van enough my feet would bump into my keys that I had maybe just dropped and hadnt seen. No luck. After about 10 minutes of this I broke down under the oppressive 92°F heat and blaring sun and went inside, anxiety boiling in my stomach.No more than 30 minutes after I called, I got a call back from the driver letting me know he was here. I led him to my van, still close to tears, and he was the most kind and considerate person Id ever worked with in any venue. He kept up a cheerful dialog as he set to work, responded clearly and quickly to any questions I had, got my van open in a matter of minutes, and made me feel less stupid for the accidental misplacement of my keys. I wish i hadnt been so frazzled so I could remember his name, but I would highly recommend DMH and Son if you want prompt response, and friendly service.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARENEVER USE THIS COMPANYMy car broke down in Chickasha (I live about 40 minutes away) and triple A hooked me up with this company. ETA was given at about 30-40 minutes when in reality I waited a little over a hour. When the driver got my location, it started good. Hooked the car up to the fancy truck and did some paper work. No payment info was stated AT ALL (Triple A said they would accept check). I assumed that I would get billed for the towing after the guy said he would call me to say the vehicle is at the shop (in my town). I got a call from the driver asking for some direction and then was asked how I would go about paying. I asked how much the bill was and the driver replied, I dont know. We ended the call with ensuring direction to the maintenance shop. I get another phone call from the angry driver asking for the cash payment (this is at 9:00pm). He says if I am not at the shop with the payment in 5 minutes he is leaving with my car. He then accused me of hanging up the phone, not being able to pick up the phone 4 times, holding up other towing calls, and keeping him waiting all night. He concluded the phone call with, Well I got orders from boss to drive back. If you have a problem, you can take it up to my boss. and then hung up on me. Quickly, I rush to gather the $185 payment from my ATM and head over. After this, I call his boss which went along nicer than expected. He told me, If you have the money, its no big deal. Ill just tell him to turn around. I finally meet with the driver at the designated place. The driver is now charging $250, which I did not come with. Tapping on the window repeatedly, the driver drives off, with my car. I plan to take legal action against this.One simple call, turned into a nightmare.

Wouldnt recommend these dudes to ANYBODY! If you want to waste your time and money to end up with the same problem you started with then go for it. I used them once to replace a transmission, i got my truck back they left a major part off & that caused the bell housing to crack & they also tried to keep my old trans. So that rendered my truck useless, i rebuilt an engine for my next truck, i couldnt get it to run so i had them come get it. They had my truck for a week before they ever looked at, when they did it was a whole whoppin 45 minutes to run a compression test which in the end cost me 500+ & Still didnt fix a thing...Stay away from these guys unless you have money and time to blow.
