Horrible customer service from Kyle rep - she first told me Id get 2 weeks notice before they came to replace my door, then called the day before and left a message, Theyll be there tomorrow which I couldnt do. So then she gave me attitude and said the next available date would b 6 weeks later/Nov. 3. Then, no confirmation call, which I didnt expect, but since then, Ive called and asked for a receipt and the warranty, as the installers (normal) said i would be getting, and she STILL has not sent me anything or called to let me know what the problem is. No one answers the phone when you call, so I dont know who to complain to about her - just unprofessional and BAD.

Had new commercial sized garage doors put on and they are very nice. Had to have a few adjustments but no service charges.Also had a new electronic gate put on at one of our businesses and we just love how it looks!!

I bought a new house that had the garage door installed by The Door Company. There was a wire loose in the safety sensor causing the garage door not to close. I called The Door Company and they came out right away and fixed it. I got a bill in the mail for $75 for less than 5 minutes of work. I called and asked why this wasnt covered by the warranty. I was told they only cover parts from the manufacturers warranty not labor. Also, prior to that they didn’t put the pin in the bolt that holds the garage door to the motor. The bolt fell out disconnecting the door to the motor, they are lucky it didn’t kill someone or damage a vehicle. On top of that made me go pick up the pin for the bolt. I dont see the motivation to do quality work the first time.

As my wife was leaving for work, the garage cable came off the pulley. The technician, Paul, was there within an hour and fixed it less than an hour. He was courteous, professional and very personal. It was a great experience and happy to continue future business with the Door Company.Thanks again.

I called and told them what I needed, they said that they would send someone out for an estimate. I never heard back from anyone until about 2 weeks later Someone just showed up without calling ahead of time to give me an estimate. They took some measurements and said they would get back with me. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back from anyone. Complete waste of my time, really unprofessional company.

Ll never do business there again. They punished me severely for doing my own work. They charged me $300 for a pair of springs. Thats what it would cost to have the job done by them. They freely acknowledge that they charged me an installed price just for the part. The door was broken and they were aware they had me over a barrel. I try hard to do business with local brick and mortars, but they taught me the error of my ways. Home Despot/Prime from here on out. TDC can KMA !!
