Went in for a chip. I went in and was out in just a few minutes. I have a feeling its best to go at an off time being that the road is so busy. The gentleman who fixed the chip was professional, yet relaxed. Leaving, my windshield, as a whole, was cleaner than when I went in. Pleasantly surprised with the whole interaction.

Broke my rain guard and never replaced it like they said they would. You cant get a hold of a live person either

Great Customer service, they were able to get me in the same week. Christopher, the tech guy that did the replacement explained the steps clearly and did a great job. It only took him about an hour, no mess was left behind. Deff recommend this place

3 Issues. FIRST someone was smoking cigarettes. A day later my interior REAKS of cigarettes. My truck is all clothes interior, NOT COOL! Secondly, paperlike and other packing materiall from the installation balled up and thrown in my backseat floor area, not cool! Thirdly, they didnt reattach my windshield wipers. the screws were loose so the motor turned, but the wipers didnt. My buddy screwed the screws back in and the wipers wipers work fine now. Otherwise the windshield seems fine.

Had to install my windshield twice, the first time they ruined my wipers. I had to purchase over $200 in parts to repair and have waited more then a month for reimbursement that still hasnt arrived. No communication and poor quality workmanship. Second windshield is tinted the wrong color and has tint where the original and the first replacement did not (this I wont complain about to them because the second install is actually ok even though its not the oem glass). Do yourself a favor and call safelite instead.

Said they couldnt get door open then they did and instead of cleaning out the door part. They just shut it and didnt tell us door didnt open again. Save your time and go somewhere else.
