Mike is a nice guy and I appreciated doing business with him but it hasnt even been a year since i bought a car for him and i had to spent $1200 on a new a/c (The old one didnt work at all) and the sunroof also was broken (which I dont even have the finances to afford getting fixed right now). The interior paneling of the car is also coming apart. This may not be Mikes fault, it could be the previous owner of the car, but regardless be careful. I believe the warranty should be at least 6 months -> 1 year instead of 30 days to be safe.

Recently bought an SUV from this place about 5 months ago, have not had one problem with my vehicle. I would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a quality used car. Mike was very helpful throughout the whole process and made sure I walked away satisfied. I will definitely be back in the future for my next car!

Very poor customer service from my most recent experience.I stopped by because I had my eye on a 1993 **correction** black Honda Civic Del Sol they were selling. While I was looking at the car, a man approached me (to open up the gate). While we were talking, he started to up-sell the car. A buddy of mine had a Del Sol and we both worked on his car, so I know a lot about it. Though it looked like a very well-kept car and he was asking for around $4300; but it had 125k miles on it, on the dashboard it was advertised multiple replacements done on the engine, and I had no telling of how the under body of the car and what its the engine bay even looked like... I wasnt really sold on the price. I understand that there will definitely be maintenance done on the car thats 26 **correction** years old, but the list that was left on the dashboard was a little too much for my comfort.When I was talking with the man, he seemed to get agitated that I wasnt agreeing with set price. He was adamant that the car was worth the price, in fact worth more. And boasted that he bought the car from out of state (Pennsylvania, I believe), drove it at 80 mph the entire way back to the dealership, and on one tank of gas. After hearing that, I knew that this car mustve been a beater in the past (and now present). With the high mileage and paired with the dealership advertising that there was a lot of the engine work done on it, I was definitely not sold on it being anywhere near $4300.I was previously offered a price for the same car (one owner, in Westfield) with 108k miles for $4000 with title/registration and several spare parts to go with it. When I told the man about the car I mentioned earlier and the price I was given, his response was, Yeah, well go buy that one then. I responded, I guess I will, then. and we walked away from each other.I dont mind the factor of a hard salesman, in fact I welcome it! I like talking to people who are passionate about their wares and haggle hard with me. But to be as dismissive, rude, and let alone unwilling to even counter offer at all with me was pretty wild.Thought the rest of the reviews seem high for this place, its pretty suspicious that I would receive this type of response from such a high rated area.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------**Even with the most recent reply from the dealership, I still stand by my review.**Regardless of how your representative felt, in the moment, he was quite rude with me. I was calm the entire time, and I wouldve been very interested in looking at the car, completely. Unfortunately, I was never offered a chance to even look at the car. When I told your representative I was also looking at another car, as well; I was quickly dismissed.Maybe your representative was having a bad day, I dont know. Also, I didnt mention that ALL your cars are beaters. But how your representative described the del sols trip from its previous owner to your lot made it sound to me that the representative treated it as a beater. In regards to the miles, yes I did bring it up. But it wasnt the sole selling point to me. I was looking at all the factors presented to me at that very moment.But, in the end, how I was talked too, how I was let go, and the overall experience was ridiculous. I stand by my story. And as mentioned above, I stand by my review as well.Once again, this was my perception on how everything went down.Your representative is fully entitled to his own opinion.
