They are running low on stock. Wont really bargain much, but with the chip/car shortage they are still pretty friendly. Not overly pushy. Found a good car

Maintenance shop is off track, worse I’ve ever seen. Finance department as well, their run your credit as many times as possible. The problem is the type of banks they use, not good. Bought a car, salesman lied about interest rate and gap insurance. The motor blew up at 40,000 miles, 2018. Within 3 months After repeated fighting with them they finally decided to replace. 4 months and counting still not done, no car rental, still making payments

I bought a car from them at Marietta. Had issues the day I drove it. Told us they would check it. They did nothing. Had offered the car for less and went to drive it and raised the price. I had no trade in. The vehicle I wanted to see was told I couldnt afford it. Thats when I should have left. When I called to get car checked I was sent to the Ford dealer. They had to reschedule for the Chevy dealer (Go figure). Was there and hour to hear that. Took to Chevy side to sit from 9-2:30 for them to say transmission bad. Didnt want to give me anything to drive just to get home that day and bring car back that evening. Finally gave me a car while fixing mine. Did replace transmission. Grugingly. Didnt cost them chevy warranty fixed it.Went to get car and it still had the same issue. They would not stand behind the car. We will never deal with these cheating and dishonest dealerships and salesmen. I called and talked to people from this Nourse dealership and just got grief or no returned calls. I tell everyone I know not to buy cars from NOURSE! NO GOOD! Only one star cause I had to because this wouldnt post!!!!!

Worst customer service!! I have contacted them asking about the price for 2020 Accord sport. To save time, I asked the representative politely not to give me the MSRP because I know it. However, he sent me the price which was nearly the MSRP, I politely responded with” I told you, I know MSRP, I am asking for your discounted dealership’s price (If available), he responded to me and called me “RUDE”. I called the dealership and asked to talk to a manager and surprisingly, he was laughing and defending his employee and said that I should not told him “I told you” because this is rude. So in conclusion, the manager is also ok for his employee to call customers as “rude” for just asking for a price.
I was just walking around looking at the Hondas, and they have some really good deals. All of the Honda prices seem to be really nice with a lot of options. You can get a Honda Accord sport for $27k with a 6sp trans. and awesome interior. Then the Honda Civic as low as $20k to $25k with 158 to 190 hp and more options than most high end cars. Save money put down a good down payment and youll have low monthly payments on a worry free car. Go Honda!!
We received a great deal on the car we traded in,and was very happy with the vehicle we bought.But our sales woman Valeri was very dishonest with us telling us that she would make sure our car that we bought would get buffed since it had some scratches on it..After trying to contact her multiple times to see if she could get it done for us,and she never came through with her promises..Happy with the vehicle just watch out for some of the dishonest staff.
I just want to give a shout out to the service department at Nourse Honda. We were passing through from Indiana to Virginia last week when our Odyssey lost power and started displaying some wild transmission system errors. The service department at Nourse worked us in immediately, scanned the system, reassured us we could safely make it back to Virginia, and gave us a printout of the error codes to help our local dealer deal with the problem when we got home ... no charge! These are some really nice folks at Nourse.
I bought a new car last week. Upon driving away I realized that my new car had 216 miles on it and that the oil life was at 50%. I called my agent and he said that I should stop in anytime and the service department would change the oil. The next day I discovered the Tire Pressure light was on so I called and made an appointment. I took it in and was told it would be about an hour and a half. So I hiked out shopping. In less than an hour I got a call back ... They were done. No they were not. They had not checked the oil and that was because I didnt tell them correctly. However, they said the Tire Pressure Light was fixed. I drove off. When I got close to home I noticed the light is back on. This is no small trip for me. I make time when I can. But to hear that the very least was done and then to be reminded that their technicians go home at 5 so I better come at a time convenient to them... Little frosty. Do these people ever consider that customers have to work to buy their cars... So freaking mad right now. Who the heck drove my car and why didnt they change the oil.

I had a fantastic buying experience. Everything was smooth and convenient. Had a bit of an uncomfortable conversation with one of the salesmen concerning race relations, thats the only reason Im giving less than 5 stars.
We were looking at vehicles for Mom and Dad that could be used for a wheel chair ramp. Rhett came right out to see if he could help and gave all info needed about the vans. When Dad wanted to see some he helped get the wheel chair out to get him out. Mom then choose to test drive a van and he set us up. As we chose to purchase he was more than helpful to get Dad in the building and to meet sure they were comfortable and help with financing information. I will say that I have never seen anyone so attentive and helpful. We were able to get everything done and this was all thanks to Rhetts help.
Bought my 2015 Honda Accord Coupe the end of December. They were able to locate exactly what I wanted which was a v6 and a manual. I ended up getting the deck lid spoiler installed a week or two later, but they messed up the spoiler and trunk while doing so. They have promised to fix it and make it right, but other than that I have nothing negative to say. It was a good experience buying my first brand new car. Tyler was my salesman, he was very friendly and personable.

Went here because my Honda had a blowout. While they did not have my tire size in stock, they did put my spare on so I could take it to Columbus to the Honda dealer I bought it from. They were very friendly and professional and promptly took care of me. Thanks Honda of Chillicothe!

Lucky that theyre getting 1 star. Worst customer service I have ever had at any dealership. Went to get my car serviced. We were told that we would get a call the same day, but when we called they told us that they couldnt service our car but they would do it next day at 7:30 am and call us back. Next day comes, no call, its 1pm, we call them because we had to travel and our car still wasnt fixed. So we asked for the diagnostic report because we were told the mechanic couldnt figure out the issue with our car. They told us we cant get the diagnostic report. Basically our car was left at the service center for 2 days without any communication and it wasnt even looked at. Never going to this place again for anything.
Getting my minivan serviced here has always been a pleasant experience. The big difference is that the staff here are very friendly.

Would not quote a price on the car other than MSRP without an in person visit. Seemed to be practicing old fashioned, higher pressure predatory sales practices. I tabulated a list of the 9 major vendors in central Ohio and they came in dead last. I really have a very bad feeling about this dealership and their sales practices and advise you to look elsewhere.

Would be no stars if I could. I have a 2009 civic hybrid with 127K miles on it, the IMA battery was out of it, called these guys and they said my battery is out of warranty and they would have to charge me for the repairs. Hondas website clearly states 10 years, 150K miles. Called Bill Marine Honda in Springfield and they got me in and the battery changed under warranty within 3 days! Needless to say I will never deal with Nourse Honda ever!

Lie to me about sending information to my Protection Service lie to me about talking with them on several occasions when I decided to take the vehicle to a more professional establishment what I discovered was my woofers were missing out of the back of my truck my clothes my cologne basically everything I wasnt tied down to the vehicle has been stolen from the service department its ridiculous
