Oh I love everything about that store. The staff is warm, friendly, and professional. The store is just beautiful. I could easily end up in the poor house if I lived closer.

It was actually very good! So I only wanted one item & have never been in the store. But the girl who helped me was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This made my trip it very pleasant and quick!

Walked out without buying a thing. To expensive. Looked at clearance items & thoughtdamn, this aint for me. Better stick to stores that have make - up that wont drain my bank account dry. I gave the store 1 star. I had to rate it before this site would post my comment. Left up to me they would get zero stars.

I went there for my very first time about 2 weeks ago and I was looking for a certain product. I asked an associate for help finding it because it was my first time being in the store and I didn’t know where anything was and she got very rude like she hated her job or something. She didn’t specifically say anything mean to me, it was just her body language. I explained what I was looking for and ask if they had any and she threw her boxes down and rolled her eyes at me. We walked all the way over there and she said “were out of them” and I said “okay thank you” and she just walked off. No one greeted me or asked me if I needed help or even said Goodbye. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any retail store especially with a first experience. I will NEVER be shopping here again which honestly makes me pretty upset considering I’ve heard so many good things about this place. And I wasn’t upset that they were out of the product, I was planning on staying even if they didn’t have what I wanted just so I could look around and maybe find something else but after that I just left.

Prices are higher then most on drugstore makeup. Their workers dress provocatively like going to a nightclub. Friendly though.

My favorite beauty store! I love how attentive the employees are, they make you feel right at home. I also love how anyone can go into Ulta and find something in their price range, as they carry drugstore and Prestige brands, plus everything in between. Their reward system is amazing, so I always try to buy everything that I can from Ulta versus another store. I have gotten quite a bit of money back, just for buying things that I love

The customer service isnt that good. If youre being rung up by someone or you return something its never the same. They ask dumb questions like Have you returned this before? like yes, I totally have. 😑 You just never know what youre going to get. They treat you like crap if youre not wearing makeup as well. Some of the workers are nice and are decent humans, but most of them arent. If youre not wearing makeup you wont get the same service as someone who is. Im a platinum member and even I have to deal with this. The products are nice, but everything that are samples are completely wrecked and disgusting, and they dont restock as much as I wish they did. Id rather order from the site just to avoid going there. The convenience isnt even worth it.

FYI, due to pandemic, there are no testers. If you were going to Ulta to select a foundation (or other make up) and try the color on your skin, you are unable to do so. If I had known this, I probably would have just shopped on line.

Dont buy gift cards here. Every year my aunt/uncle buy me and my sister a gift card for Christmas from Ulta, and every time the store takes the money but doesnt actually put money on the card. I thought it was a fluke the first time but this has happened four separate times.

The butter drench is the bomb. My hands r exposed 2 outdoor elements daily. They were cracked and bleeding....oKeefe helped but didnt prevent the cracks. The Drench is da bomb. Healed hands....use it all day. No mo bandaids n tape....just smooth hands. Im converted. This stuff works.

This is a fun awesome store and you can try a lot of products before you buy them. Great Philosophy product.

I was visiting with a friend and they had a really good selection, but were out of stock for quite a few items that we came to buy.

I went in with no makeup to try new foundations concealers for paler winter skin the saleswoman followed me around the store from one side to another making me feel like a thief and was very rude and as soon as i got to the counter for only my 3 items i couldnt live without she jumped in front of another associate to ring me up so she got the sales commision .She eavesdropped on my conversations with other customers was on personal phone calls with ear piece talking about christmas shoppers that steal i felt very uncomfortable and ordered my foundation and concealer from sephoria that i tried and liked i never have a chance before work without makeup to try new things, to see if it covers or pills with my other primers and cosmetics i told her i was trying new items for winter I was fine and would ask her if i needed assistance, but didnt If i was going to steal they would have had me on camera and my name on my credit card and adress on ulta account. I wont be back .This sales associate seemed like she was in charge of the others. dirty blonde hair shoulder length 40,s judgy and whispered to co workers the whole time.Unprofessional and rude.

Got my eye brows done here. The guy who did them was great but for the price I paid it looked like nothing was done. Customer service great here though.

Went to the salon here to get highlights orginally the highlights they gave me were not enough blonde. But the manager Megan was amazing. She made sure i was happy when she redid my hair and did whatever it took to make things right, and treated me so nice. I definitely recommend asking for Megan when you go in there! I love my hair now

Came in from Cincinnati for a class reunion and called for appointment they got me right in and the girl did a,great job and was super sweet.

They failed to have the It cosmetics brushes I wanted with the sparkly bag but its ok I can order online. Love going here employees are always super friendly now matter what you look like lol Ive been in this place looking a hot mess and still got gold star treatment!

I wish I could rate the store quality then the employees, I would rate this location with a 5 as I love the products they have and have been to this Ulta about 4 times total. The first 3 times were amazing as the employees are professional and so helpful...My daughter and my visit yesterday wasnt the best and without further ado here I go.Yesterday was my daughters 18th Birthday and her day to go and buy whatever she wanted before the evening. Went to Sephora of course as I love the associates and products there in JCPenney. Then decided to go to Ulta as I always forget there is one in the area. We walked in and an employee with wavy blonde hair questioned me/us, Did you walk here? I was shocked and was like, no we didnt walk here, we drove. Why on earth would an associate ask that and her expression was not pleasant and you just dont ask that when someone walks into a store.Throughout the visit my daughter was being helped by another associate she just loved, a brunette with short hair and glasses I believe so I am really glad my daughter was assisted by this associate.The lady with blond hair maybe was trying to help me when she showed me where the IT Cosmetics were, but I did not feel comfortable at all with her. You know how you can feel tension or something isnt right...well this is my first experience feeling like this when assisted at a store. I let how I felt go and was trying to explain things to her what I was looking for and it just wasnt working, she just made me nervous to even shop here. Normally I would have said something since it is hard for me to shut my mouth, but didnt want to ruin my daughters day and get her upset.I kept noticing that she was watching me and making me feel even more uncomfortable and then another young lady carrying a child started following us or just so happen to be where my daughter and I were. I seen the employee talking to this girl(with the baby/child) and then the girl came straight over to us acting like she was looking at something. It happened several times.So when I checked out, I asked the lady checking us out at the register who the girl with the baby was, she said she was the daughter of the lady with the blond hair. So she didnt work there of course. So honestly you have a family member following one of your customers and making them feel uncomfortable. Just the entire experience for me, I will never return on my own unless one of my girls begs to me visit this location.Sephora is our go-to store and definitely will order online or make the drive to another Ulta if I have to.Just shame on the lady who made a customer feel the way you did. You dont know who anyone is just by walking into your store and just not a good experience although we did buy some good products.EDIT... I just had to raise my 3 star review to a 4 star. Customer Service just replies to my review as I have never had this happen before. I am surprised and shocked. I appreciate their reply and apology although that individual wasn’t the one which whom made me feel just terrible in the store. Actually my daughter did return the following day to pick up primer and I refused to go with her, didn’t stop her from going and I will definitely return just due to the reply. Thank you...

The stylist I went to was literally the first stylist who cut my hair and I didnt hate it. Ulta in general is kinda pricey but most of the things the sell and services they provide are worth the cost.

Went in store today and the rep helping me with my makeup made a totally unprofessional comment. Makes me never want to purchase makeup from here again. First time and last time, I will return to Mac.

The people working there are more concerned with talking with each other than doing their jobs
